"Where else are you going, Mom?"
Lita was inflamed, seeing that Zafran had changed clothes. Just now they arrived home spending all the money Zafran had. Not to mention the additional cost of Mother, almost all of them were detained. Luckily, there was Hendra who guaranteed it.
Mom sat in the front room, watching Naina sleeping on a thin mattress.
"I want to go, don't interfere" said Zafran as he walked out without caring about Lita chasing him.
Mother's voice sounded indistinct, her stiff hands twitching. Maybe ask Zafran not to go and stay home with them.
"We just got back from the hospital, Mom. Where else are you going?" shouted Lita annoyed, managed to stop Zafran's steps.
The man sighed before turning to face Lita who was standing behind him. The woman's body trembled withstanding the re-peaked emotional turmoil.
"Where you go, it's none of your business. Take care of your sick child. Don't take care of me!" snapped Zafran. Both of his eyes glared wide at the woman he had been married to for almost five years.
Lita is surprised to hear Zafran's harsh words about Naina. He no longer acknowledged the boy, saying his name alone has not been heard since they were in the hospital. Lita's tears fell on their own, Zafran's slap last night was still painful and painless, but no more pain when he no longer wanted to love Naina.
"I'm still your wife, Mas. Obviously your business is my business." Lita's no less up.
The mother who saw also heard, could only shed tears without being able to do anything to divorce the feud of her son and daughter-in-law.
Oh my God, why is everything like this? My once peaceful and quiet life is now hell. Every day there is always something to worry about. Not like before, when Seira was my daughter-in-law. The world feels peaceful, every problem can always be solved without quarreling. Now, everything's changed. I realized I had too much sin on that woman.
Old heart Mom realized everything, regret felt chest tight. Memories of Seira just flashed by. Like a beautiful dream that makes you not want to open his eyes again.
"What kind of wife has her own husband fooled?"
The high voice of the two men jolted Mother's daydream about Seira. Her tears fell unbearably, sobbing in a wheelchair. His whole body was stiff and unable to move.
"I'm sorry about that, I admit I was wrong. We can start all over, right? Naina, she's just a kid who doesn't know anything. Please, don't think so much of him, Mom. I beg you," lamented Lita as she held Zafran's hand and shook it softly.
His tears were rushing, not knowing what to do to make Zafran melt like he used to. The man brushed off Lita's hand violently.
"I don't care, he's not my son. You think I'd consider him a child? No, Lita. I'll find my son and take him, Naina .. that's your son!" ketus Zafran really hit Lita's heart.
The woman looked up quickly, staring in disbelief at her husband's words.
"Your son said? So you've had a stash other than me, Mas?" Lita was getting inflamed, her hand boldly pushed Zafran's chest out a vent of emotion.
The man laughed, as if he had lost his mind.
"Yes, my real son. Seira was not barren, she was pregnant when I saw her. Now I want to find the boy" he said with a triumphant smile.
Lita shook her head, but Mother smiled in her helplessness. Grateful in his heart he still has a grandson from Seira. The daughter-in-law he despised and considered barren.
"No, Mom! NO!" reject Lita screaming in frustration.
He dropped himself on the floor, in the end all back to his own story. The one destined to be happy should be happy, the one destined to suffer, will find his own way. All because of the actions of man himself.
"You refuse, you won't change my decision." Zafran.
Stepping quickly away from home without closing the door again. However, his steps came to a halt at the moment he had just come out. In front of him two men in police uniforms stood tall.
"S-day!" Zahran was nervous, his heart was trembling in fear. His eyes heated up, and his entire body froze uncontrollably.
"What's up, sir?" ask again.
"Is it true that you are Mr Zafran?" ask one of the police.
"Really. W-what's up, sir?" Zafran's tongue cannot be moved.
"We got a report of a theft committed by Mr. Can you come with us to the office?" the police answer that made Zafran more cornered.
"Pe-theft? B-but I'm not scared, sir," he said while propping up on the door leaf because both feet were unable to withstand the weight of the body.
"You can explain it all in the office later. Now, please cooperate and come with us to the office" they said calmly.
Lita who faintly heard, moved from the floor of the house. Remove tears and improve appearance before walking out. Curious what was holding Zafran's body in the doorway.
Lita widened, surprised not to play to see two people in uniform.
"What's this, Mr cop?" tanya Lita strengthened her heart.
Zafran was agitated, he threw away the look of the woman's probing gaze, not wanting her ugliness to be known.
"Sorry, Mom. Is your mother ready Mr Zafran?" ask the police.
"I'm his wife." Lita answered doubtfully.
"Look, Mom. We got a report of theft on Zafran's behalf at the office. We'll bring Mom's husband in for questioning. Even if it's just slander, you can go back home," explained the police who jolted Lita's feelings.
His head turned to the man at the side, Zafran still did not look at him.
"Mas, you're really angry?" ask Lita lirih.
"No, it's all slander. I've never been angry" Zafran denied.
"If you do not feel like stealing, then come with us carefully. You can explain everything in the office later. Come, Sir!"
The police opened the car door, waiting for Zafran who was still shaking near his rented door. Lita's lips twitched, her tears fell back without her being able to prevent.
"Ba-good." Slowly Zafran step in.
He turned to Lita with a sorry look before getting into the police car. Lita was still standing there letting go of her husband. I really don't think the man will do anything. Stealing, never really crossed his mind.
"No way! It must be all slander. I have to go to the police station, I have to follow Mas Zafran and mastiin if it's all just slander" muttered Lita as she walked back into the house and grabbed her bag.
"Mom, take Naina. I have to go to the police station, Mas Zafran was arrested by the police, ma'am."
Without waiting for Mom's answer because he was unable to answer Lita ran out looking for angkot.
Oh my God, what else is this? Mother mumbled sadly.
