"What's your name?"

I took the paper and pen in my bag and wrote.

"Oh, so you're that special needs kid?"

I nodded at the nurse who seemed to be far above me.

"OK, Mahfudz. I'm asking for help. Please bring this to the IGD. Give it to a nurse named Rini" the nurse said, handing her a small paper bag.

"What-pa i-ni?"ask me while playing my hand in sign language to clarify what I mean.

"Ooo .... It's just medicine" the nurse said as she watched me try to look inside the package.

I saw the brand of medicine. That's what doctors commonly use to treat peptic ulcers.

"Buruan brought ya Mahfudz. You see, the drug is very necessary Rini for one of the patients peptic ulcer," he said. "If you have delivered the medicine you can just take a break. You don't have to go with your friends to watch the night in the ward. You must be tired too, right? Let me take care of Dita with Sarah."

I nodded even with worried steps I headed straight for the IGD.

A few more steps I was almost at the Emergency Installation, when a car suddenly came in and several nurses and doctors rushed to greet him. Out of the car came someone holding a long-haired woman who was unconscious. And from inside the IGD was immediately greeted by several male nurses and placed on top of the gurney to be taken to the IGD room for further treatment.

I almost undo my intention to continue delivering this drug if I do not remember the nurse said earlier that the drug I brought is very necessary for a patient.

Though doubtful I immediately entered the IGD room. A few pairs of eyes were immediately on me the moment I entered this room. They seem to know I'm a koas kid.

"Who's looking?" ask someone.

I immediately took the book and pen from my bag.

"Rin, Rini ...!"call someone from them.

"Rini's going to the toilet for a while" someone said.

"Wait a minute, he'll be back" said the man I had accompanied.

I sat in one of the empty seats there. My eyes were fixed on the emergency patient who had just entered. It seemed that the woman was familiar, even though she was unconscious and her skin looked pale, her hair was fading and her mouth was foaming. But I'm sure I've seen it.

"Min, close the curtains we have to remove the patient's shirt and remove the poison" said the doctor. Either because he realized I was looking in their direction or it was because the procedure was like that.

"It looks like the patient is pregnant!" the doctor muttered from behind the curtains sounding anxious. "Gus sp.OG's assignment tonight, is there?" tanyakanya.

It was a tiring day for me today. I'm on the afternoon shift and I should be home by 10pm. But because of the Tya incident, at 12pm like this I'm still in the hospital. And tomorrow morning at 7 I have to get back on duty at the morning shift.

I went back into my room at the polyclinic. Locking the door from the inside, shower changing clothes that I always prepare if at any time I need to stay at the hospital like this. Do not forget I pray Isya which has been a few hours late from since the Adhan.

After fixing myself, I got ready to go to sleep. Get on the patient bed where I used to check on my patients. I opened the phone for a while, before I pulled the blanket. At the same time there was an incoming call in WA. That's a call from IGD.
