What's the matter? I slowly opened my eyes, and was wide-eyed when I saw that blade that was just hovering right in front of my chest.
The boy clenched his mouth, and stared intently at me. But his eyes are like they are not looking at me. "Who's there?"
I was confused, but a familiar voice sounded near me. "A Fae Light, of course."
"Sister..." One of the girls pulled the edge of the boy's shirt. "That's it. Let's just let him go."
The boy did not ignore his friend, and simply brushed off his hand. "Don't stop me. And stay focused on the wheel."
"You still don't want to give up?" A yellow ray of light appeared, and expanded. Slowly his blonde hair began to be seen, and finally the light no longer blazes when Chrys has fully appeared.
I unconsciously breathed a sigh of relief because he had saved me.
"You're troubling me," whispered Chrys to me.
"You-you!" The boy nodded, speechless. While the two girls were already screaming hysterically like seeing a ghost.
"Huhuhu.ampun..." They were crying soon. I could see the boy's hand that was already shaking.
"Why afraid?" Chrys stepped up, approaching them. The man retreated backwards. "You guys, Fae Ripper. Let alone the number of you three."
Fae Ripper's? It turned out that was the call for black-winged Fae.
"But-but..."
Gee. The arrogant boy could be frightened as well.
"You..." He swallowed. His body is still shaking. "You should still be in custody."
"Then?" I didn't have time to blink when Chrys had cast his magic, making the boat split in half.
"Aah!!" The two girls have plunged underwater, maybe can not stand the existence of Chrys. While the boy still won't give up. Suddenly there was another knife in his hand. He was aiming it at us.
"Give up, little boy. You are no match for me," explains Chrys while holding his light in his palm. "I won't attack you if you stop attacking us."
"No way!"
"You are young. I'll forgive you."
"Aarrayo!!" The boy was very frustrated. His eyes landed back on my face. He then glared at me sharply. "I won't attack you either! I just want him!"
"Who? Clara?" Chrys looked back, and smiled. "Oh... Go ahead."
What's?! I'm slack. Didn't this man just want to save me?!
"You can't do that, Chrys!" I denied, and intentionally explained. "What's your plan?" I whispered to him, but he ignored me.
The little boy frowned. "You serious? Then promise me it won't get in my way."
"Yes," Chrys replied as he waved his hand lazily. "Bring him up. Do whatever you want."
"Chrys!" Damn, what exactly does it want?!
"Hem." The man kept the knife back. "You hear that, man? Now no one's gonna save you."
"Chrys!" I repeatedly shouted that name. "Chrys! Helpme! I'm about to be kidnapped!"
The boy laughed with satisfaction. Even though he is younger than me, his strength is no joke. Perhaps a Fae Ripper like himself had fighting abilities. "Already, miss. Just give up."
"Huhuhuh..." I sobbed as my eyes were again forcefully tied. Now the bond that shackles my hand just gets stronger.
"Chrys.please," I muttered many times, but I could no longer hear his voice. Let alone that, I could no longer feel his presence, even when I returned to dreamland.
"Chrys... Why are you doing this?"
