I thought they were going to hunt Krilie like I saw in the movie - secretly or using net traps. I also imagined they would use a flute or even a harp to lure the monster away.
Again, my guess is wrong.
They camped in the middle of the forest.
"Don't give me that look" Kei told me. Dain and Rio were spreading the mat cloth over the white fresh grass. This park can be said to be unique. Snowflakes always fall, but the air does not feel cold or hot. It was cold, like ice cream.
I muttered. "Who is not surprised to be invited to hunt dangerous monsters."
"Rio will take care of you. Take it easy" said Kei. Then he patted the seat beside her. "Would you stand there until you break your leg?" I walked and put my hips on the blanket.
I grabbed the snowflakes that were raining on me. I've never felt the softness of snowflakes before. In Ratterdam, people have only ever experienced summer and rain, as the city lies close to the Equator line.
"Never seen snow?" I didn't realize Dain was sitting next to me. I'm shaking. "Has it not been in human territory that snow had fallen before?"
"Not that" I said. "There comes a time when snow falls, not like this - when snow continues to fall, but no cold strikes."
"That's our territory" he said proudly. Dain notices his sister who is now busy building a tent with Kei. The two Fae were interrupting each other. Rio pelted the snowball Kei in his hand, while the girl tried to avoid him while scolding him.
"So," Dain cleared his throat. This man was still more polite and somewhat shy when compared to his sister. "You're really human?"
"Huh?" I looked back at him. "Of course."
"Cool," he murmured. "Life, I've only seen a man for the first time."
My cheeks are blushing with shame. Fortunately, the hood of my robe still covered my face. "I think Fae's cooler."
"Everything has to be a cool side" he replied. "Kei explained it to me. He said you could see the future. Well, then, you must know Krilie's hideout."
"Umm, I still doubt my abilities."
"So you can't see the future?"
"It's not like that either." I raised my hand. "Since I was a child, I used to like to drift in dreams. I don't know what dream I saw, once I woke up, I'd forget it sooner or later."
This time Rio and Kei have already approached me. I forgot that even a considerable distance away they were able to hear our conversation. "really?" Sahut Kei's.
"You're gonna forget it sooner?" Ask Dain again. "Then you have to tell us the contents of your dreams as soon as you wake up. Can you do it?"
I'm not so sure, but I'm also curious about my abilities. I have to remember what I saw in my dreams, why I'm not normal like a human being. When humans generally wake up, they will also gradually forget the contents of their dreams, but small pieces of memory must always remain in their minds. They must still remember their dreams, albeit vaguely. I am totally blind. It felt like the contents of my memories were snatched away and taken out of my brain just like that. It makes me feel.empty.
"Okay," I said. "I'll do it."

I lay inside the tent that Rio and Kei had prepared earlier. The three Fae were constantly on guard outside my tent, preparing to be on standby if I gave a signal that I had woken up from my dream. The signal is I'm gonna scream as loud as I can.
May I not forget to signal, my mind while relaxing my own body. I closed my eyes and caught my breath. I definitely can.

I was in a place. A place that feels familiar. A small square building with yellow painted doors, and rickety wooden walls. There was a hanger on the door that was nailed there - a board that read 'My Hiding Place'.
"This is my toy hut" I whispered to myself. "My hiding place building."
This hut is near the village of Norlata, in the middle of a forest that is overgrown with shrubs. At that time I did like to explore, to find this place while playing hide and seek with other village children. This unused shack I've been tagged with my own writing.
"Why am I even dreaming of this place?" I opened the wooden door that let out a loud ringing sound. The dust that was piling up made me cough, and without any illumination, I had to narrow my eyes and look inside.
It's the same, at least. Small dolls scattered throughout the room. Miniskirts and dresses, all gifts from Grandma. I had to feel the wall so as not to be tripped by the objects on the floor. The sunlight from outside the house did not help my eyesight at all.
Until I was sure I was in the middle of the room, I crouched down and began to feel the floor. This place I have left and I have not taken care of for decades. A sticky spider's nest trapped a strand of my hair, and I hurriedly brushed it aside.
"Uh," I snorted in annoyance. I hate spiders. A little insect that bothers me. Amusingly.
"Pity of the spider."
I pecked, stopping the movement of my hand.
"Come on, don't put on such a surprised expression. You've met me." The sound of footsteps rang out from across, and I could finally see a pair of legs. Hearing from his footsteps, I knew who he was.
"Chrys," I whispered in disbelief.
