Wings & Dreams
Quarrelling

"So he just threw you out?!"

"Shhhhh!!" I put my index finger to my lips. "Don't be noisy, Kei!"

"What kind of man?!" Fae was ruffled by the waist. "So you broke up with her?"

"Decap? You mean what broke up?" Clora asked who had heard our conversation. I was in the dining room with Kei in the morning. After yesterday's incident, I kept crying until I finally fell asleep and didn't come out until this morning. Kei who turned out to be too sensitive knows my feelings and realizes there is something strange. I finally told him everything because I couldn't bear to endure all this. Naturally, Jon had never behaved like that to me and my heart was made to hurt by it.

"Decide according to man, when two people quarrel and end up no longer in a relationship," Kei explained with his pedagogy. I'm shaking. "Where did you learn those terms?"

"From books, of course," he said again proudly. "As a young Ventus, I'm obliged to broaden my horizons."

While ignoring me, Clora made a hot cup of tea for herself. In the morning Fae also needed something to warm her body. "It's worth your ability as a Ventus is very low. It turns out you're more interested in studying human science" he said coldly. Kei grunting. "Continue?"

"Continue?!" Clora smiled mockingly. "You're a Fae, Kei! Don't fall into the human world!" He deliberately created a loud sound from his glass. "I can't believe why you're so interested in filthy creatures like them."

It was like a knife stuck to my heart. Clora just talked about me indirectly. Kei had already risen and I was shocked when the girl scolded her friend. "Don't say that! Humans are not dirty creatures!" He raised his hand in anger. "Why are you saying that?!"

"Why is that?" Clora then glanced at me with a condescending look. "Humans are weak, destructive, and of no use at all." He then gulped down the rest of his drink and left.

"That girl is very" Kei had already clenched his hand. But a second later, his shoulder was lowered. He sighed. "Patience, Kei, patience..." He said to himself. Then he looked at me. "Clara, how about you go around with me?" He said with a smile.

"Round?" I raise my eyebrows.

"Yes, touring. All to reduce stress." Kei wiped away the sweat that suddenly emerged from his forehead. "But you have to hide your appearance, because you're not a Fae." He pulled my hand, forcing me to stand up. "Come, hurry! It's gonna be exciting!" Said cheerful.

I froze when I saw my reflection in the mirror. Kei had just remodeled my appearance so that it looked like a Fae, although in my heart I was grateful that he had not added false wings behind my back. I've been thinking strangely, maybe like a bunny bando or a fake mustache that I have to put on to hide my true form as a human being.

"Wow, Clara, you look so pretty!" He said throwing an outer robe at me. "Now, put on this robe. Cover your face too."

"Why?" Many confusion. "I've been dressing up so hard. Why do you cover everything?"

"Because..." Kei looked somewhat hesitant. "You remember that time, don't you? The only ones who know your face are us and Chrys. I'm afraid that Fae can recognize you among the crowd." Kei then helped me put on the robe. Also true. That Light Fae has seen my face. He would have been able to recognize me right away, let alone with the magic he possessed as a Fae Light.

"But, Fae was yesterday..." I remember Fae healing Jon.

"Ah, Fae Healer's name is Sana," Kei said. "We trust him. Just chill. He won't divulge our secrets."

Our secrets. I thought I was just their precious thing. But I pushed away all negative thoughts. They are trying to help you, Clara, I said to myself. Don't get me wrong.

But, can I trust them and tell them what happened to Grandma? I'd love to know who the mysterious Fae I've seen twice. It was possible that Fae was responsible for the destruction of Norlata Village.

"Come on," he said as he pulled me out of the room. Fae took a quick step, as a result of which my robe was blown by the wind that had suddenly appeared. We were about to go out the entrance when I heard a voice from behind me.

"Claras?" I stopped my steps, and gulped. Why should it be at this moment?! Inner nervous.

I nodded, still not wanting to turn around. "Yes." Yeah."

"Where are you going?!" Jon's footsteps echoed. He immediately approached me and twisted my body forcefully. He looked up when he saw my current appearance.

"Clara, what the fuck-"

"Listen, man!" Kei cut the conversation. "If you want to scold him, not now! We're busy!" I hadn't been able to prevent it yet, Kei had already pulled me out of the cottage, leaving Jon still agape at my new appearance.

Appearance of a Fae.
