Today the sun is shining very bright. As usual, I was about to meet Jon in his room when Zeyn suddenly blocked me.
"I want to take you somewhere" he said before I could ask.
"Where?" I was confused, but he didn't answer me.
Zeyn had suddenly wrapped his arms around my waist, then flew us out of the cottage. I'm still not used to doing this, so I keep screaming. While Zeyn let out a sigh of laughter.
The wind gushed fiercely, smashing straight into my face. I tightened my hold on Zeyn even more, afraid to look down for a second.
"Where are you taking me?!" I screamed, but the wind carried away my voice. I know, my throat is dry.
I had no idea how long I had been taken flying, and by the time we finally landed, my stomach was already nauseous and I practically spewed out my morning breakfast on the ground.
"Slow down," said Zeyn while patting me on the shoulder. I immediately felt ashamed that the man had seen a puddle of my vomit.
"sorry. I'm not used to this yet" I'm again spewing out my bowels.
"It's okay" he said with a smile. Then he turned his finger, and the disgusting puddle had disappeared.
"Te.receive ka-"
I was unable to continue my words because I was stunned by the sight that was presented before me. The clear blue colored sea that glittered in the sunlight.
"Waa...I've only seen the Living Sea once, that time from a distance" I said, still agape. My eyes were still busy swallowing the soft beauty of blue.
"Would you try to get there?"
"What do you mean?" I looked at him. "Aren't we here now?"
Zeyn laughing. "I mean, into the middle of the ocean."
"You crazy?!" My hardikku. "I don't want to swim in that deep sea! I could be eaten by a shark or a whale! Or.. Because this is Fae's world, maybe I could be attacked by a mermaid!"
"Daughter..what?" Zeyn looked at me in confusion.
"Eum, it's nothing." Maybe mermaids aren't real, even in Fae's world.
Zeyn gently pulled my hand, and already led me closer to the vast ocean that lay before me.
"You've been through a lot lately, Clara," he said. "I want to ease your grief, at least."
He took my hand, and before long my feet stepped on the water. I panicked, and opened my mouth to scream. But the sound that came out was just a shrill because it turned out that I was floating on the surface of the water.
"Well..this...how can it be?"
"Bless them." I followed Zeyn's gaze, and saw several other Fae busily flying in the distance. As I squinted, I saw the color of their wings was light blue.
"Fae Aqua," he said. Now he pulled me back, getting closer to the middle of the ocean. I tried to relax and ventured to take another step. Now I walk in peace.
That Fae Aqua turned out to be very young. They looked small, and probably younger than me. The children laughed and played with each other.
I caught the blue light from my eyes, and realized that their magic must be related to water.
"Kids, where are your parents?" Zeyn asked them. They immediately stopped laughing, and their pupils enlarged. I'm not sure why. Perhaps they knew Zeyn as a Chairman, so they were obliged to respect him as someone of high rank.
But this was not my reaction when I met a president, I thought as I looked them in the face. Their expressions look more like...
Zeyn smiled and patted one of the boys on the shoulder. "Go home. Don't play in the middle of the ocean for too long."
"But this is my house" whispered one of them, but it seemed that Zeyn had not heard it. He just kept smiling, until finally one by one obeyed his wishes and left.
"Why did you kick them out?" My toot.
"They can't play long in this sea."
"Why? Are there any dangerous creatures living on the seabed?"
"It's not so," he answered. "To be precise, they should not play outside for too long. Because of the many murders that have happened."
I remember my vision of Dain. Yesterday, I tried to meet the two brothers, but they were not seen. Even Kei did not know of their existence.
"You think..." My throat's choked. I can't afford to talk about this. "Does my vision happen later?"
Zeyn squeezed my hand. "We can prevent it from happening, Clara. You can do it."
I looked at him. A gentle breeze suddenly blew, blowing our hair. My heart suddenly thumped when I saw her smiling face as usual.
"I? How's it?"
"If that's the case, it's up to you" he said with a laugh. But his laughter subsided as soon as he saw my still moody face. "Clara, I believe you. You can solve all these problems. But now I don't want to talk about this."
He took my hand, then pulled me under the water.
I screamed, but not the sound that came out, but bubbles. When I thought I was going to die from drowning, I could feel the air entering my nostrils.
I can breathe underwater.
Zeyn stretched out his arms and wings, swimming to the bottom of the sea. I was astonished to see the beauty of the Sea of Life. As the name implies, this sea is truly alive. There are many types of fish and creatures that swim freely. Each has a different shape, size and color. There's something like a baseball bat. I smiled at the way she swam so fast.
We spent a lot of time down here. Besides being able to breathe, I can also swim faster. Maybe the air pressure here is different than in human territory.
"The Hydrollus Faeries."
"That's right," I said. "That's his Latin name?"
"What name?"
"It's nothing." We returned to explore the vast ocean that was like an ocean. I could see some Fae who was also busy swimming. Most of them have blue wings.
"This sea is also the main residence of the Fae Aqua," Zeyn explained to me. We are sitting on fine sand. Beside me are colorful rocks.
I'm sighing. "This.I really can't describe its beauty. I don't want this to disappear."
"Of course it won't" said Zeyn. "Everything in Fae territory is eternal, including Fae himself."
"Yes.but I really hate whoever killed that poor Fae-Fae," I said grimly. "Only for wings? What do they think in their brains?"
Zeyn. A few seconds later, he continued his words. "I hate whoever did it."
"Who do you think did it?" Mumbles. "I still remember my dream vision. The wings were neatly cut, so it didn't seem to be a monster or some other creature."
"So you're speculating that the culprit is someone?"
"Yes" I nodded. "If your word is true that it was not Fae, it means that it was human. But has there ever been another human being here?"
"I've never seen another human in the Fae region other than you and Jon" he said in a flat tone.
"Could it be.. am I alone?"
Zeyn looked at me. "Well..you?"
My breath is irregular. "I mean, all this time I've always forgotten my dreams. If I were to kill someone..."
"It can be."
"What?!" I stood up from the sand, and immediately walked away from him. "Siname..."
He stared, still not looking at me. "Your words make sense too."
My chest is so tight. So all this time..I'm the killer?! I dropped my legs on the sand. The memory of Dain's body still haunts me. Am I really going to kill him? Killing my own friend?
"Claras..." I didn't realize I was crying. I looked up, and saw Zeyn who was already in front of me. He also knelt down, then wiped my tears.
"Don't cry anymore."
"But it's all starting to make sense... Zeyn," I said, still sobbing. "This strange ability of mine, I can't understand. Everything seems so scary."
Unexpectedly, Zeyn hugged me, and stroked my hair.
"It's okay, Clara."
"It's okay?! You're hugging a girl who could be a killer, Zeyn..."
"Whatever you do in your dreams, I'm sure it's not that." He took off a little bit of his grip. His face is very close to me now.
"Siname..." My face must have turned red and looked pitiful. However, he did not look at me for a second. He kept his usual smile.
Then, I forgot more precisely when, his lips had already kissed my lips.
I'm sculpting. Feeling surprised. I looked at her beautiful brown eyes. His face was getting more and more handsome.
"To..why?" I'm lirih.
"I believe you, Clara," he said again, then put our lips together again.
Every time I cross paths with this man, I don't realize the strange feeling I always feel. The feeling that always comes up every time you see his smile. It is only fitting that many girls fall in love with him, because he is kind and not easily angry.
Back then, he tried very hard to protect me from anyone who would do me harm, like Chrys. He became my bodyguard, and many times saved me from danger. I didn't expect that all this time he had the same feelings as me.
"I like you, Clara" he whispered. Then he opened my mouth with his tongue.
I was swept away in every touch. I'm not sure what happened next, because everything felt so fast. Our bodies don't wear anything anymore.
And at that moment, oh! At its peak, I groaned violently, never having felt such a powerful sensation. I could now feel his abdominal muscles as well as his burly arms, then the tips of his wings which were ash-colored.
"Siname..." He's back to doing that. I screamed, even biting his tongue. Yet he kept breaking through my defenses, rendering me powerless.
"You're special to me, Clara," he said, and then his hands were all over my body. I sighed when we finally rested for a while. "You're brave."
When our bodies were once again fused, I thought no more of my holiness, but of how broad my love for her was.
