Doctor Harrry beat Reza in front of the hospital ER room. Seeing his adoptive sister droopy faintly helpless Doctor Harry could not help himself. He had been trying for almost two years to heal Neng's trauma, but now Neng's trauma has returned.

Doctor Harry knows Reza very well from the story of his wife Rianti. Reza is a love adventurer and many girls have already fallen in his arms. Reza always manages to melt a girl's heart because of her good looks and bomb seduction.

"Papa, enough and hold your emotions, you better check Mitha's condition, let Reza I take care!" Rianti persuades the emotional Doctor Harry to forget to check on Neng's condition.

Reza did not answer Rianti's words. Rianti's guess is true. Reza thought Mitha was just like the girl he had been chasing all this time easily entered in his deathly seduction.

"Desi help you treat Reza, take her home; Reza this time I forgive you, once again you approach my sister again, you're finished!" threatening Rianti left them with angry and upset feelings.

"Okay, come on, Brother Reza!"

Doctor Harry immediately moved Neng to the inpatient room. Rianti directly contacted Ani's mother to immediately follow her to the hospital. Only Alfian would be able to give Neng the spirit to be able to rise again.

Nearly three hours later, Neng was unconscious. Ani and Alfian's mother had been waiting worriedly but Neng did not notice. Alfian cried loudly and called his name in a slurred voice after seeing his mother lying motionless.

"Mommy, Mami Al wants to enen, Mami hiks hyks!"

Many times his son called out in a loud voice. Ani's mother also shed her tears almost two years passed by her adopted daughter was never able to forget her past. After Alfian's voice echoed throughout the room, Neng's hands began to move and opened his eyes slowly.

"Neng Mitha, Doctor Harry, he's already awake" Ani's mother said as she wiped her tears.

"Al, why are you crying, son?" tanya Neng Lirih tried to get out of bed.

"Mitha, you don't wake up!" Doctor Harry held Neng's shoulder.

Rianti also sat down to approach Neng. while holding Alfian closer to him beside Neng so that he did not wake up. Desi came with an erratic feeling, feeling guilty about what happened.

"Bu Ani please bring her water and medicine, after which she can get up!" doctor Harry's Order.

"I'm the one who got Doc." Desi answered running up to the table to get a mineral glass.

"Mami Mami is awake, Al wants to go?" alfian chirped again after he was sat beside Neng.

"Dear baby, Mami wants to take medicine first!"

Desi gave a glass of mineral water by looking at the face of the little boy who called Neng Mami's name. She became a bungar herself but dared not ask anyone. Looking at Al, Ani and Rianti's mother seemed to want to ask who they really were.

Rianti immediately pulled Desi's hand out of the hospital room. Still upset with him because Neng fainted. Desi was just resigned and silent as she was pulled by Rianti with a sharp eye.

"No Brother, Brother Reza begged me he said he missed Mitha, he told me that if it had been with Mitha, Kak Reza reasoned to want to go to Mitha's house but did not know the address, he said, I didn't know either so I asked him to meet at the cafe."

"Mitha never told you that she already has a son?"

"Never Sister, I thought Mitha was single."

"Now that you know that Mitha already has one son, her husband is in Saudi Arabia becoming a TKI."

Desi is pensive to remember what she did before she fainted. Trying to get closer to people who really like her even though she knows Kak Reza is not too good for her.

They entered the hospital room but while Doctor Harry was still having a serious conversation with Neng, they finally came back out. Ani's mother was beside Neng while holding Alfian. With tears in her eyes and body back in cold sweat when Neng told her.

"Mitha look at Brother, look at Al, everything has passed, you must remember we are always with you!"

The medicine Dr. Harry gave started to work, Neng started to feel sleepy. Ani's mother and Doctor Harry came out of the inpatient room. Letting Neng rest in peace.

Since then Neng has never hidden her identity. All of his college friends found out that Neng was married and had one son. Sometimes when there is a certain event Neng deliberately brought his son Alfian.

Neng did not want the incident with Reza repeated. He always told me if Papinya Al was in Saudi Arabia working as a TKI there. No one else dared to approach Neng including Reza. After being threatened by Rianti, Reza apologizes to Neng and he no longer approaches Neng.
