Trading With Another World
The Bees

Tok tok.....

Alex jumped onto the third floor of the adventurer guild where the employees as well as the guild leader lived, then tapped the room window through the balcony.

When he returned to the guild with Jean, time had already shown at four in the morning.

Because he was carrying two gray disciples who were being bound, Alex could not wait until the villagers woke up from their sleep and saw them.

After repeatedly banging on the window that was on the guild's third-floor balcony, someone opened it with a slightly irritated look on the face.

"Mr Leon! Do you need anything?" Aya's facial expression changed respectfully, when she learned the person who disturbed her sleep was Alex.

"Are you able to wake Mr Zeff? I want to talk about something very important."

"But currently Mr. Zeff....."

"Just tell him it's urgent. This matter has to do with the Blood Star Church!" Alex was impatient.

"Well-well. Mr. Leon can go back down first. After waking up Mr. Zeff, I'll go down and open the guild door." Aya was shocked when she heard the Blood Star Church from Alex's mouth. He immediately closed the window door, and hurried to wake Zeff up in his room.

A few minutes later. Aya went down to the first floor and opened the guild door, then let Alex go inside.

Although she was curious about the person Alex was with as well as the two people with bound conditions they were carrying, she knew that there were some secrets she shouldn't have heard. Moreover, something related to the Blood Star Church.

On the second floor, Aya leads Alex into a room that Alex had entered the day before. "Please enter Mr. Leon. Mr. Zeff is waiting inside."

"Thank you Aya, sorry to interrupt your sleep." Alex gave a piece of silver, as an expression of gratitude and apology for interrupting his break.

"Thank you, Leon."

Entering the room, Alex sees Zeff with a serious look sitting behind his desk.

"Are the two people members of the Blood Star Church?" Zeff immediately questioned Alex after the office door closed.

At first, she was very reluctant to even get a little angry when Aya woke her up.

How not? Retired adventurer who was supposed to enjoy his old days, but decided to become the guild leader of the Xyras branch city, still had to work out of his work schedule.

When he heard Aya mention the Blood Star Church, his drowsiness disappeared and immediately had Aya rush to pick up Alex below.

"Yes, these two people are the gray disciples of the Blood Star Church." Alex nodded pointing at the bound Tio and Galus.

"Him?" Zeff asked the woman behind Alex.

Alex introduces Jean to Zeff. During the trip to the guild, the woman did not make anything suspicious.

Even when Alex shows a gap for Jean to take Tio and Galus to escape, Jean does not escape.

Of course Alex does that on purpose, even though Jean picks up his bait back then, other bodies monitoring from afar can help catch them.

Zeff watched Jean closely after understanding the situation. "What organization are you from?"

"I can't answer your question. But for sure, I'm from Bolum Kingdom ." Jean didn't want to tell her which organization she was from.

He had a guess if this person was from Bolum Kingdom, just like his hometown. As a former golden adventurer there, of course he had heard some secret information.

Jean's eyes widened slightly when she heard Zeff's guess. Of course Alex and Zeff were aware of the change in expression. The two thought that Zeff's earlier guess was likely correct.

"What are bees?" Alex asked Zeff.

"The forces in the Bolum Kingdom are divided into groups each led by a general. The best group there is the golden shield army. They contain elite troops, which are filtered out of the entire army there." Zeff slowly.

"These bees are a subdivision of the golden shield. As the name implies, they will infiltrate into their enemies, then sting the enemy if they find an opportunity." Continue Zeff.

"Isn't that risky?" Ask Alex.

"Don't I tell you? Just as the name suggests, the bees, they will sacrifice themselves to sting the enemy and inject painful poison into the enemy's body." Clearly Zeff.

Alex is shocked and turns his eyes to Jean. "Is that true?"

Jean does not answer Alex's question but instead asks Zeff, "if you may know, where did Mr. Zeff come from?"

"I am also from Bolum Kingdom." Answer Zeff.

Jean was shocked and calmed down. Previously, he had intended to remain silent so that the two would only guess.

During the six months of infiltrating the Blood Star Church, he had found some important people who turned out to be part of the organization. That was what made him slightly suspect the guild master in front of him.

But after learning that Zeff is from the same kingdom as him, he also understands where Zeff knows about the bees.

"Yeah!!! Youre right. I am part of the bees. It seems it was my fault for mentioning Bolum Kingdom." Jean breathed a sigh.

"It wasn't your fault. I don't approve of the way the general did anyway. A shield that can attack an opponent is a very good tool, but don't you suffer a lot because of that?" Refute Zeff.

Jean shook her head at Zeff's question. "General the golden shield does not compel us. I volunteered to be a part of the bees. I have a great grudge against the Blood Star Church."

Alex and Zeff were silent at Jean's words.

Alex asked out of curiosity. "But why did you come to the heart of helping the Blood Star Church, to kidnap twenty young children earlier?"

"Wait on! I haven't heard of it." Zeff cuts from the side.

"Didn't the guild have a mission from the slums about child abduction? I just took on that mission. The perpetrator of kidnapping children in the slums turned out to be masterminded by the Blood Star Church."

Hearing Alex's explanation, Zeff nodded his head despite being confused as to the purpose of the Blood Star Church doing so. He turned back to Jean to hear her explanation.

Seeing Alex and Zeff waiting for his explanation, Jean seemed resigned and explained the ins and outs from the beginning she entered the Blood Star Church.

The way of recruiting Blood Star Church members was quite unique. When they wanted to recruit members, they would only choose prospective disciples who had not studied magic at all.

Of course, they also have to make sure the prospective student has a great hatred for the surrounding, so that it is easily manipulated.

After successfully becoming a grey disciple, the Blood Star Church would provide teachings on magic, as well as useful resources to increase their strength.

Within three months of becoming a grey pupil, Jean demonstrated the ability to pass mana to a blue priest. The higher-ups of the organization who knew the information through the blue priest thought they had found a gem, so they became more attentive to Jean than ever.
