Successfully Saving Eight Residents

In front of the village gate, Tio laughed to see Alex who was walking around with some cursed creatures around him.

"Your struggle was in vain by saving those two children. After I confirm your life is gone, I will order these creatures to re-attack the village and kill all the remaining inhabitants."

"What's your purpose in doing this?" Alex asked coldly.

"Don't I tell you before? I'm..."

"You're joining the Blood Star Church's organisms aren't you?" Alex asked cutting Tio's words.

Tio was shocked to hear it then put on an evil smile. "You know too many things! I will save your life right now and give you to my master so that you can be tortured longer before your death, hihihi."

"No need to do that. Threats seem to have to be eliminated as soon as possible to avoid unexpected situations." A person in blue robes appeared from behind the gate and ordered Tio to immediately kill Alex.

"Blue priestess." Tio bowed his body looking at the figure despite not knowing who he was.

"You made a good decision in the village. I was ordered by the deacon to oversee your work. Once this is done, you will be raised as a gray disciple beneath me. You can call me Anya." Anya praised Tio's decision to wear the hostage.

With his weak powers, he can make a cunning decision to defeat his opponent without making many cursed creatures become victims.

"Thank you, sir." Tio was happy to hear the compliment.

"Alright finish this guy! We'll go straight back to the deacon's place and bring this man's head as proof."

"Good sir."

Tio continued by giving the order to the damned creature, "Kill that person."

Despite having resigned his life, Alex certainly intends to at least bring one or two cursed creatures to die with him.

Alex pulls a farm fork out of the inventory and retaliates against the damned creature's attack with no regard for defense.

The blue priestess Anya was shocked to see Alex being able to take something out of the void and shake her head. "It's a pity that this boy already has a strong grudge against our organization, this kid has a very unique origin magic and can become a higher-ups in the Blood Star Church if we know about him from the very beginning."

Alex manages to kill the two cursed creatures before his body is unable to move again due to being seriously injured.

"One day the Blood Star Church will disappear from this world. God damn it all!" Alex yells angrily at the death attack from the cursed creature.

"Omong empty. Dig his head immediately and leave all the damned creatures here! I'll take you straight to the deacon." Anya growled with anger at Alex's words.

"Good sir Anya." Tio obeys Anya's orders and immediately orders the cursed creature to separate Alex's head from his corpse.

Inside the village chief's house, ten people were gathering to plan what they would do next.

Alex suddenly stood up and a look of worry appeared on his face.

The cursed creature's last attack did not immediately kill his life, he was in a critical condition with the breath of life almost extinguished.

Before the damned creature beheaded, Alex hears Anya's orders, allowing dozens of cursed creatures to explore the village and kill the surviving inhabitants.

"We have to go right now!"

"What's the big brother?" Nina asked worriedly beside Alex.

"It's okay Nina." Alex stroked Nina's head.

He turned his head to Owen and put on a serious face. "We have to go now the village chief."

Owen had no idea what had happened to Alex, but he believed Alex's words saw seriousness on his face. "Well, we're leaving right now!"

Gustaf, Mathias, Nina, and the other five residents did not question the village chief's decision and had always obeyed him all along.

They rushed out of the house and Alex said, "We have to go through the back gate of the village!"

"Just follow Alex's words right now!" Sela Owen trusts Alex completely.

In the middle of running, Owen took the lead in front and Alex walked up to him and whispered softly, "They have killed my clone. Some were protecting Tio from the shadows, he was called the blue priestess of Anya."

Owen frowned upon hearing the information. "Are you able to figure out the situation about your clone?"

"Yes, I also heard that Tio and this blue priest are leaving soon. However, they ordered the dozens of remaining cursed creatures to immediately kill all the surviving inhabitants." Alex is running.

Owen nodded his head. He was amazed by the other abilities of Alex's origin magic and praised the decisions Alex made in a short time.

If they were to survive inside the village chief's house, it wouldn't take long for his house to survive the attack of the dozens of cursed creatures that invaded.

Alex and Owen could talk casually as their strength exceeded the other eight, both of whom had to slow their runs to level it with the others.

Owen's physical strength is still under Alex. But when attacking a cursed creature, he flowed mana into his staff to strengthen the attack given.

That's what makes Owen's attack can kill cursed creatures faster than Alex's attack.

Because the remaining residents ran quite slowly, they met dozens of cursed creatures by the time they reached outside the back gate of the village.

"You all run! I'll try to hold them off for a while." Owen stops in the middle of the escape and turns his body around to prepare for dozens of cursed creatures.

Although reluctant, the remaining villagers would inevitably obey the orders of their village chief.

They promised to make Rod's village back in their new place later and make a statue of Owen as a tribute and a reminder of his sacrifice for the survival of Rod village.

After passing through the back gate of the village, they were shocked to see a white pile that covered the road to pass through the gate.

The badly damaged wooden gate was now replaced with a pile of rice sacks so that the damned creatures would have trouble passing through.

Checking around, they realized there were only eight of them. Alex stayed behind the pile without anyone noticing before.

"No... Brother Alex" Mathias and Nina cry out to Alex.

"You two listen to Gustaf very well. Gustaf, if anything happens to the two of them, I'll haunt you and make your life uneasy."

Gustaf was a little upset to hear Alex's words. Despite this, he was amazed as well as moved by the actions Alex did. "So soon meet us later. I'll start calling you boss at our next meeting."

Gustaf regretted being rude during this time limited Alex to his love for a rotten woman like Tio.

He tried to calm Mathias and Timothi down and told them that Alex and Owen would be welcome and come to the place they were going, although he did not know where the current eight people were going.

Behind the pile of rice sacks, Alex walked casually towards Owen and stood beside him.

"Basin a bad boy!" Owen smiled wryly at Alex even though he had heard the conversation behind him earlier.

"I am not a resident of this village so I don't have to obey the orders of the village chief." Alex replied with a bright smile.

"Are you not afraid?" Ask Owen.

"Maybe a little." Alex shrugged both shoulders, "But I felt an even greater feeling of killing as many of these creatures as I could after putting my life away."

"Hahahaha, same with me. My fear disappeared at this moment and was only replaced with the desire to kill them as much as possible." Owen grinned at the sight of dozens of cursed creatures approaching.

Alex also pulled out each farm fork in his right hand and left hand.

"The village chief wants to race?"

"Hahahaha, of course. Shout out to count the numbers as they manage to kill one after the other of these creatures."

The two of them darted towards the dozens of cursed creatures that ran with grins on both faces.
