Chapter 4: Shopping and Meetings

Verite opened her eyes and vigorously cleaned her body and then put on her clothes after it ate her breakfast in the cafeteria quickly, As Verite ate Mefras realized Helian was staring at Verite who was eating vigorously, maybe imagine why he was eating like a starving man.

Today Verite and Mefras are going to go to buy materials to make the construct they talked about earlier, Verite seems really passionate about doing it.

Right by Verite's estimation the woman pulled her cigarette out of her mouth and started talking.

"So you're the new meat that Jardinier sent huh." said the woman while watching Verite and Helian from the ground up.

""Yes, Mr. Jardi sent us." Say Helian, she stepped up and looked at the woman. "So what should we do?" Ask Helian.

The woman nodded towards a door, it seemed like she wanted to speak in the back.

"That's it.. miss...?"

"Call me Gloom, Miss Gloom, I'm the one who'll pay you. You yellow-haired boy goes in the back, your job is back there and you redhead your job is here." Tell that woman.

"My name is Verite and He's Helian." Tell Verite, Verite doesn't like this woman not even asking for their name.

"Yes yes, I will remember your name if you do your job well, I don't need that incompetent boy that Jardienier sent so often." He scoffs.

'I don't like this guy.' Verite thought.
