The Stupidity of Me Who Believes in Love

The Stupidity of Me Who Believes in Love
Like walking on a rope

The Kafel Mansion.

It looks like Rendy is reading out some of the agenda that will be passed by Kafeel in the next week. True it sounds solid and without gaps, but instead of upset Kafeel even looks happy because at least he will not be at home for a week and meet with Nabila.

"Why are you smiling boss?" asked Rendy with a face that was confused by Kafeel's expression.

"Nothing, just prepare everything we need to leave tonight" Kafeel said in a flat tone.

"Tonight boss? isn't it on our agenda tomorrow?" ask Rendy while looking back at her iPad screen who knows she misread or what.

"The sooner isn't the better?" kafeel again.

Rendy who only acts as a subordinate inevitably in the end just follows all the decisions of Kafeel to go tonight as well.

"Alright boss, then excuse me." said Rendy with a little head down and then sauntered away from the Kafeel room.

Although Kafeel is the owner of various malls and other large companies, Kafeel never wanted to work and be in the office, he always does everything at home and only comes out if there is a particular event or special review, that is why it is rare to know that Kafeel is included in the ranks of the richest entrepreneurs in Indonesia and has several companies, ordinary people will certainly only know him as a coal businessman.

Nabila steadied her heart knocking on the door of Kafeel's study and went inside. Knowing Nabila who stepped closer to him, Kafeel pretended to focus on seeing some reports on his desk as if he did not want to see Nabila.

"I made you coffee and some snacks Kaf." said Nabila softly while putting a tray on the table.

Kafeel only glanced at Nabila noticed the motion of the woman who was still his wife.

Nabila slowly raised the coffee cup intending to give it to Kafeel, but it seems like bad luck always happens to him, unexpectedly the cup in his hand fell and broke scattered to wet the pants worn by Kafeel.

"What are you doing exactly Bi?" kafeel said as he stood up in shock at the cup that had suddenly broken.

"I... Am I really sorry Kaf?" said Nabila who was also surprised by what had just happened.

"If you want everything to be good! try to stay quiet and be sweet, don't you see? the broken glass will not be able to return Bi!" kafeel said with annoyance and then waltzed away from there.

Nabila stared at Kafeel's departure with a sad look until it disappeared from his view.

"Can I really not fix everything Kaf? what am I supposed to do?" said Nabila with a clean.

With a disappointed feeling Nabila cleaned up the coffee spill and the broken cup scattered on the floor. After making sure everything is clean and nothing is left behind. Nabila stared at Kafeel's room carefully and his gaze fell on Kafeel's desk where there was a map with a cover that read Religious Court.

Deg

Nabila's heart was racing fast, he knew very well what the contents of the map were. With trembling hands Nabila took the map and opened it, after the map was opened clearly as expected the map contained a divorce letter between Kafeel and himself.

With a gaze filled with anger, Nabila tore the paper into small fragments and then threw it until it fell scattered to fill the Kafeel work room.

*******

Meanwhile, Kinara walked away from entering the house, then rested himself briefly on the living room sofa of his house.

Geffie who had just come just walked leisurely past Kinara who was sitting on the living room sofa with a slight leaning position, without wanting to talk or greet with Kinara.

"Where's Delisha?" geffie asked suddenly who sounded echoing from the direction of the dining room close to Delisha's room.

Hearing her husband's question Kinara just silently did not respond, she was really tired and wanted to rest for a while while closing her eyes trying to relax her mind.

"I asked where Delisha is?" reiterate Geffie for not getting any answers from Kinara.

Kinara got up and just walked past Geffie who was looking at her in annoyance, but her hands were held back to stop her footsteps from going to the room.

"Can you not be noisy? I just want to rest, besides Delisha is safe he is in the bude house staying there" said Kinara in a sluggish tone.

"How can Delisha stay there when tomorrow is not a weekend?" ask Geffie.

"Tomorrow I have a job out of town, I bring it to the bude house so that Delisha is not lonely" he said again.

"Isn't there still my mother? why did you take her to Bude's house?"

The sound of breath from Kinara, now slowly the other side of Geffie began to unfold making him increasingly ask, why did he fall in love with this man?

"Oh yeah? then are you going to tell them about our broken home?" he said then he couldn't take it anymore.

"..."

"Aren't you? so I hope you keep quiet and don't have to make things worse, I'm really tired, haven't I given you this final freedom to meet him? so don't bother me!" kinara said with annoyance.

Hearing Kinara's words just now made Geffie a little surprised, about the fact that Kinara knew of her late movements.

Isn't Geffie too selfish? when a glass slowly began to crack and was about to break, shouldn't Geffie be looking for a way to fix it? instead of adding to the problem and making the crack spread and almost crashing all corners of the glass just waiting to fall and break.

After saying that Kinara then waltzed away leaving Geffie with a million uncharacteristic feelings in his heart. Geffie could not see Kinara's tears falling from it, but Geffie also could not heal the wound and left Nabila after a long wait.

Like walking in the middle of a rope where you can not go forward or backward when it is in the middle, Geffie is really confused about the decision that lately always revolved in his mind, Geffie was right, could it be that Geffie will walk forward and leave behind memories for the good memories he went through with Kinara and also Delisha, or go back with Kinara and leave his old love for good.
