"Mas, just got home?" zayna asked as she grabbed her husband's hand and kissed him.

"Yes, where are you from?" ask Ayman back.

"From the mall to mom."

Mama Aisyah approached the child and her daughter-in-law with a smile. "Have you gone home yet, man?"

"Not yet, Ma," Ayman replied. "The beautiful mom is wearing this shirt, the younger it looks. Rich twin sister with Zayna."

Mama Aisyah snorted hearing that. Whether it was really a compliment or not, but the woman felt Ayman's words sounded like ridicule. However, he did not want to bother.

"This is your wife who maksa Mama. He said to be the same," grumbled Mama Aisyah.

"But Mama looks beautiful! Look younger. Papa must be getting more love."

"You talk too much. Come, in!" Mama Aisyah went inside the house first. Ayman chuckles at it.

"The groceries let me take them." Ayman took the pepper bag in his wife's hand and asked the woman to embrace his arm. Zayna complied with him with pleasure. The two entered the house following Mama Aisyah who had already gone first.

Ayman put his groceries in the living room. He did not know whose groceries were then passed towards the room. Zayna followed her husband because she wanted to prepare the necessities for him.

"Mas, sorry, yeah! I spent a lot of money. I don't feel good if my mom pays" Zayna said in her room. Ayman, who was going to the bathroom, turned to his wife.

"The money is entirely yours. Whatever you want to flap. Why feel guilty? I gave it to you. I won't ask for it anymore."

"Stay, I feel irresponsible for spending it on useless things."

"What is useless? Makes my wife more beautiful, it's not a waste. If you're beautiful I'm happy too."

"Means I wasn't pretty and you weren't happy?"

"Why is this sensitive? Every day you are beautiful, but more than that, I am happy to see your closeness with mom. That's a priceless thing compared to anything. Even if you spend the contents of that credit card in one day, I will never mind. As long as it keeps your relationship and mom close."

"I was also happy when my mom asked me out. You know, Mom, Mama chose all the clothes I bought. I always wanted to go out for a walk with a mother and now my mom gives it to me. I'm very happy," Zayna said with a smile, making Ayman also smile. He feels the same way. The man was happy to see his mother open with his wife.

Given Mama Aisyah who used to be against her marriage, making Ayman always worried about the wife. However, she was now relieved that her mother had really started to accept Zayna's presence.

"Oh, yeah, honey. Sunday I have a job out of town, in your hometown. You're coming, yeah! We all went to Papa Rahmat's house."

"Yes, Mas. I miss you too, papa. We're gonna stay there?"

"If it's about that, it's up to you. You want to stay there, too, it's okay. In the apartment, it was okay. I happen to have an apartment there and another one I might tell your family about myself. I haven't been honest with my Grace. I don't want any trouble later. You agree, right?"

Zayna fell silent, there was a sense of unwillingness in her. What if they already knew who Ayman really was, there would be another tragedy to repeat. If my mom and her brother did the same thing, like they did with Fahri, how? He won't be able to hold it. Once Fahri was just a lover, now Ayman is her husband.

"Why are you silent? Isn't it time they found out about me? We can't lie to your family forever, right?" ask Ayman.

"I'm just scared, Mas" replied Zayna softly.

"Fearful? Scared why?" ayman asked with a confused face. "Fear papa's angry? Let it be my business because of all I'm doing."

"Not that, I'm afraid that they'll do the same to you, as they did to Fahri," Zayna replied with her head lowered. She could not see the face of her husband.

Ayman scrunched his forehead because he did not understand what his wife meant. After thinking for a few seconds, the man understood Zayna's fear. He clasped the woman's palm to convince her that he was not the same as Fahri or any other man out there.

Honestly Ayman is very grateful to Fahri who has done stupidity. If the marriage were to continue, he would never be able to have Zayna. Now she is his wife and he will hold her hand wherever and under any circumstances.

"Darling, you have to trust me. I will never turn away from you, even if they force me, I will never change. I'm just yours, no one's ever gonna change anything. You have to trust me because only trust can strengthen our relationship."

Zayna nodded with teary eyes. He could see the earnestness in Ayman's eyes. Somehow, trust is the main thing. "I believe in you, I just don't believe in myself."

"Here, don't think about it anymore. I will always be with you" said Ayman, wiping a tear that fell on Zayna's cheek. "I want to clean up first or do you want to go first?"

"I took a shower. After coming home from the mall, my mom invited me to stop by my mom's restaurant and I took a shower there. That's why I've been wearing this same dress as my mom."

"Yes, then. I'm gonna take a shower first." Ayman kissed his wife's forehead and passed towards the bathroom.

Zayna exhaled. She should be fine because she does not want to disappoint her husband. Even if she has to face Mama Savina, she has to dare to fight back. Zayna no longer wanted to be oppressed. For years he has given up.

Not wanting to think too much about it, she also chose to prepare clothes for her husband and then came out. She wants to clean up her groceries and cook for the family.

"Eh, Mama, it's here" Zayna said as she watched her in-laws sitting in the living room.

"You want to take this? This is yours, Mama's got Mama brought to the room," said Mama Aisyah while pointing at the papper bag on the table.

"Sorry, yes, Ma. I'm getting my mom's teeth."

"No fuss, just pick it."

"Thank you, Ma." Zayna took her share and brought it to the room.
