The Step Sister of Tiri

The Step Sister of Tiri
171. New lecturer

“Kinan, you just wantin!” exclaim Farah who then drank the drink.

He was in the cafeteria. Suddenly Kinan came and just sat in front of the girl. Of course, it surprised Farah.

“How was it? Did you get the punishment from that handsome lecturer?” ask Fara after drinking her drink.

“What handsome? That's a handsome. Still pendant Mas Hanif to everywhere too.”

“He's handsome to know! Maybe you don't because you already have a husband. So if you look at other men feel no value other than your husband, but for singles like me, the lecturer was really cool. Even though his aura was as cold as an ice block and his gaze was also sharp to the point of piercing my heart, still he was handsome.”

“As much as you are," concluded Kinan who was too lazy to discuss his lecturer. The man had already made her hold back her emotions. I don't know how many tensinya are now.

“So how was that? You punished?”

“No, I was told to sit down again and listen to his explanation. Actually he also made it difficult for me earlier.”

“Difficult how?”

“Times he just clear dikit hold nanya to me at length. Fortunately my kind and not arrogant husband always taught me at night, everything can be resolved well.”

“Enak, yes, if you have a husband lecturer, every night taught many things. Taught lessons, taught household, taught how to make children.”

Kinan immediately hit Fara on the head until the girl complained in pain. He could talk like that. He who already has a husband is embarrassed, but Farah looks ordinary.

“Ouch! Kinan! It was Ngagetin, now it's mukul. Pain know!”

“Part of you talk about not using filters. Main bablas only.”

“I'll tell you the truth,” said Fara without feeling guilty.

“To be honest what so.”

Kinan's phone rang, stopping their debate. It was Hanif who called. Kinan immediately raised it with a big smile.

“Assalamualaikum, Mas.”

“Waalaikumsalam, Darling. Still at home mama Aisyah?” ask Hanif who is across the phone.

“I forgot to tell you, Mas. If I don't go to Mom's house. I was on campus, just had a sudden class.”

“Oh, do I need to pick you up?”

“No need, I brought the car earlier.”

“You want to go home or go to Mama Aisyah's house?”

“Just go home, Mas. Tomorrow morning go to Mama's house, all of you want to follow Zayna to the hospital.”

“Baby Ars is home?”

“Not yet, don't know when. Says Brother Zayna has to wait for the checkup tomorrow. If the result is good, Baby Ars can go straight home.”

“Alright carefully drive it. Don't speed.”

“Iya, Mas also be careful.”

“Yes, I'm waiting at home. Assalamualaikum.”

“Waalaikumsalam.” Kinan immediately turned off the phone. “Farah, I'll be back, my husband will be home soon. It's not nice if I'm still outside when my husband is home from work.”

“But you haven't ordered food.”

“No need, I will eat at home. Eating together with the husband is more delicious," said Kinan who then stood up.

“Ah, you are talking in front of singles like me. I'm getting tormented to know,” said Fara with a sad tone that was deliberately made. Kinan laughed and then left. He did not want Hanif to arrive home first.

“Kinan, wait! Not that you said you were gonna talk to me!” exclaims Niko while chasing Kinan.

“So you said you'd talk to me, as long as it doesn't get in your way.” Kinan rolled his eyes lazily. It seems he has spoken wrongly. However, he was in such a hurry that he forgot what he said.

“What do you want to say again, Niko? We have no relationship anymore so, it's not appropriate that we still talk like this. Moreover, I already have a husband.”

“I don't want to bother you. I just want to apologize for what I've done to you all along. Sorry for betraying you and also for making your heart hurt. I'm really sorry" Niko said in a low voice.

Kinan smiled with a slow breath. “I've forgotten it, you don't have to apologize anymore. To be honest I also thanked you for the betrayal you committed, making me find a man who was truly sincere with me. He also loves me without expecting a reply.”

“I'm glad to see you happy that way, my guilt for you is a little lessened.”

“You don't have to feel guilty anymore. Everything is indeed the path of destiny that we must live.”

“Yes, you were right I—“

“Excuse me! It's a public road for passers-by, not a place to chat. Can't you find somewhere else and don't get in the way of other people's activities,” interrupted a man who had just arrived. Who else if not the new Frans—dosen. He wanted to pass by there, but the whereabouts of Kinan and Niko kept his way blocked. Kinan immediately pulled over while looking down.

“Sorry, Sir. If annoying.”

“Other times if you want to date, find another place also not in a public place like this,” said Frans who immediately left Kinan and Niko.

“Who is he?” niko asked as she looked at Frans' departure.

“That's a new lecturer who replaced Mas Hanif.”

“Oh, that's the lecturer everyone's talking about, who said it was cold and killer. Has he started?”

“Iya, just today,” replied Kinan then he remembered with the husband.the woman was immediately saying goodbye, “Ya already, I want to go first. My husband is coming home soon. Assalamualaikum.”

“Waalaikumsalam, be careful on the road.”

*****

“Assalamualaikum,” Hanif said upon entering the house. The man looked to the left and to the right, looking at the house in a quiet state.

“Waalaikumsalam,” sahut Bik Isa who walked forward.

“Kinan is home, Bik?”

“Numbered, Den. He said he wanted to go to campus.”

“Iya, I already know, he said he wants to go home.”

“Maybe still on the road, Den," said Bik Isa, a Hanif.

“If Mama is with Papa where?”

“There's in the room, Den. He said he wanted to get ready for a party invitation.”

“The party is ‘kan still later tonight!”

“I don't know, Den.”

“I want to go to the room first, Bik.”

“Iya, Den.”

Hanif immediately went inside his room. He wanted to clean his body immediately while waiting for his wife to come home.

“Today has started classes, meaning the new lecturer has started teaching. Why am I not so tense? Especially after hearing what Niko said yesterday," Hanif murmured.

He felt insecure. Though yesterday he said that the wife will not turn away, but now Hanif who can not calm down. Deep down in his deepest heart, the man was sure Kinan would not betray him. However, it was undeniable that he began to be affected by the words of those around.
