"Doctor! Doctor!" call the nurse quickly.

"What's wrong?" ask Arrion.

"The patient's heart rate suddenly stops the doctor!" answer the nurse.

All who were there immediately gasped in shock, not to mention Arrion. Without saying anything, Arrion immediately stepped into the room. He saw the deteriorating condition of Dawn.

Arrion quickly took the defibrillator, and began to point it at Dawn's chest. He was trying to normalize the heartbeat of Dawn that suddenly stopped.

A few seconds had passed, but Dawn had not yet reacted. Sweat spots began to wet Arrion's forehead, his eyes staring at Dawn with a pus.

And before long, the heartbeat of Dawn began to be recorded back on the monitor. Arrion breathed a sigh of relief, although his heartbeat was extremely weak, yet there was at least still hope to save him.

Arrion put the defibrillator back in place. Then he checked the condition of Dawn, and then checked the tools attached to his body.

The twilight lowered, Arrion's words were like a dagger slashing through his heart, extremely painful. Dusk closed his eyes, really he wished all this was just a nightmare, which would end when he woke up later.

Shortly thereafter, Dusk felt a burly hand grabbing onto his body.

"Yes Brother." replied Dusk while nodding.

"Yes the doctor." replied Dusk as he looked at Arrion.

"Yesterday Dawn bought something for you, now it's in the car. Let's get you there, then get it, and look at the stuff!" arrion.

"Follow boy!" said Mr. Hery while staring at Dusk.

"I.iya Pa." said Dusk.

Then he followed in the footsteps of Arrion who began to leave them.

Arrion continued to step down the hospital hallway. And Dusk, he followed her behind. And soon they arrived at the special parking lot of the staff who worked there. Arrion opened the door of the white car, which was none other than Dawn's car.

"Take it yourself!" said Arrion while staring at Dusk.

Dusk nodded, then she stepped closer to her husband's car. Slowly Dusk got into the car, and his eyes immediately stared at the heart-shaped birthday cake. A very beautiful cake with small flower decorations, and the inscription 'Happy brithday Light Twilight'

Dusk shed his tears, saw the birthday cake that Dawn had prepared, ahh his heart again sliced with pain. Dusk turned his gaze, now he stared at the small white box beside him. Dusk grabbed the box, slowly he opened it, and it turned out to be a watch.

Twilight wrapped the watch around his left arm. Then he picked up a piece of paper that was in the box. Dusk unfolded, and began to read his writing.

"He wants you to be happy." replied Arrion with a long sigh.

Hearing the happy word that Arrion said, Dusk immediately gasped in shock. His body was fixated, and his world seemed to stop that very second.

He began to understand the way of Fajar's mind. He gave up, and thought Dusk would be happy, if not tied to him again. And Dusk understood why Dawn thought so, all of it must be because of the error that Dusk had done.

"I'm sorry, brother, I'm sorry that disappointed you. But I no longer love him, all I love is you. Why are you doing all this, I can't do without you Brother." said Dusk as he gripped the drugs on his lap.

Arrion turned his face away, it seemed he could not bear to look at Dusk who was crying bitterly. All of this must have been very difficult for him. He was now shackled in a pit of wounds, and regret was somewhere at the end of it.

"Meet him!" said Arrion while staring at Dusk at a glance.

"Yes, I'll see him!" say Dusk while stepping down. Not to forget he brought a birthday cake, and also a sheet of paper that Dawn wrote for him.

Arrion, and Dusk walk together towards the ICU room. And it didn't take long, now they're there. Ms. Rani, and Alvin are still sitting in the waiting chair. While Mr. Hery, he was accompanying Dawn inside.

"Just called Farah, she was on her way here. Maybe soon he will arrive." said Alvin while staring at Dusk.

"Sykurlah, yesterday the number was off, so I just left him a message." replied Dusk as he placed his birthday cake on the chair.

Ms. Rani only glanced at them at a glance, but she no longer spoke any spicy words. He just kept quiet, while still shedding his tears.

"Come on!" bring Arrion.

"Yes, my brother came in first" said Dusk.

"Yes." Yeah."

Dusk follows Arrion's steps, and enters the ICU room. He walked to the bed, where Dawn lay. There was Mr. Hery who was accompanying him.

Hery turned his head, when he heard footsteps approaching him.

"Senja." call Mr. Hery.

"Let him talk to Dawn!" sahut Arrion's.

"Okay doctor, I will go out first" said Mr. Hery as he moved from his seat.

"Patience, Papa knows this is hard, and we all don't want this. But believe me, God's plan is far more beautiful than what we wish for" Mr. Hery said, patting Dusk on the shoulder.

Mr. Hery is a very wise man. Although his own heart was being broken, he was still trying to provide support for those around him. Even though Dusk had made a fatal mistake, and he felt very disappointed. But he still treats Dusk well, because after all Dusk is still his son-in-law.

"Yes Pa." replied Dusk quietly.

After Hery stepped out of the room, Dusk approached Dawn, and sat down next to him. His tears flowed again, when he looked at the figure of Dawn who was still lying weak, and still faithfully closed his eyes.

"Bag Dawn!" call Dusk while grasping the hand of Dawn, which is cold and pale.

"I'm sorry Brother, I was wrong, I have let you down, I have tarnished your sincere love. But I don't love him, brother, all I love is you. All I wish for is to live with you. Why are you doing this, why are you punishing me in this way Brother." said Dusk with his head down. He bowed his face in the arm of Dawn, and shed his weeping there.
