Alvin's Suspicion

The hour hand shows at 09:00 a.m. Alvin, and Nina are on their way to Fajar's apartment. Since returning home from Lumajang City, this was the first time Alvin had come to see Dusk. Because of the urgent work affairs, Alvin had not had time to visit his sister who was pregnant.

Alvin stopped his motorbike in the apartment yard. They got off the bike, and took off the helmet. Then they started walking towards the apartment.

It didn't take long to get there. Now they were standing in the doorway, waiting for Dusk to open the door.

Shortly after, the apartment door opened. It looks there Dusk is standing with his body still wrapped in pajamas. Her hair was curled up carelessly, a little messy.

"Sister Alvin!" shouted Dusk while splashing into Alvin's arms.

Dusk hugged his sister very tightly, as if he wanted to share the burden of his life through an embrace.

"Hey why are you spoiled like this." seduced Alvin while replying to Dusk's embrace.

"I miss Kak." said Dusk in a spoiled tone.

"Are you not ashamed of your future brother-in-law?" asked Alvin while rubbing the back of Dusk. From the beginning, Dusk was always spoiled for her, and until marriage she had not changed.

"Sister-in-law?" shouted Dusk while releasing his embrace. He did not know that Alvin had not come alone.

Dusk stared at his best friend, Nina who was standing next to Alvin. Is she the sister-in-law that Alvin meant?

"Is.." said Dusk.

"You didn't tell us to enter Nja?" sahut Alvin cuts off the twilight speech.

"I'm sorry I forgot. Come here please come in!" said Dusk while laughing.

"Bi please make them drink!" said Dusk to the servant Aunt who was in the middle room.

"Nin how are you? Long enough yes we never met." said Dusk to Nina.

"My news is good, lately I've been a little busy Nja, the work in the office is pretty solid. But I'm also happy anyway, rather than no job, it's even worse." replied Nina with a big smile.

"Thank God then."

"You yourself how's it going? I heard you are now pregnant, congratulations Nja. Soon you, and Brother Fajar will have the fruit of love. Ahh it's very pleasant Nja." said Nina with a smile wider. Showing his dimples, as well as his two crooked teeth.

Another is with Dusk. The smile that had been engraved on his lips, now slowly began to fade. Pregnancy, the fruit of love, two words that stifle his soul. If only it had been his son with Dawn, it would have been so much fun. But the truth is not so. What do they think, if they know that the baby's father is actually Ken.

"Nja! It's twilight!" call Nina.

"Nja! Hey Twilight!" Alvin called out to him in a louder voice. Dusk looked stunned, and remained unmoved even though they called out his name many times.

"Alley!" call Alvin, wiggle the arms of Dusk.

"Oh yes, why Brother?" ask Dusk nervously. He was shocked when Alvin broke his daydream.

"Why are you quiet, is there a problem?" alvin asked, looking at the face of Dusk.

"Yes, you were daydreaming Nja. What was? Come tell me the same story, it's been a long time you know we don't confide in each other." said Nina still with a smile.

"I'm okay, it's not a problem. It's just that I was thinking about you guys, I was thinking about you guys." said Dusk nervously.

"You sure? You're not lying to me?" ask Alvin.

"No, sister, I have no problem, everything is fine." replied Dusk.

"Then what do you mean Nja? Why are you thinking of us?" nina asked while frowning in wonder.

"Oh that, Brother Alvin said, he's here with my sister-in-law. What does that mean to you." replied Dusk.

"Yes you're right Nja, she's my future wife, your future sister-in-law. We haven't been in a relationship for long, but we've been planning a wedding day" Alvin said, embracing Nina from the side.

Nina seemed to blush in embarrassment, as Alvin called her a future wife.

"Ahh I'm so glad to hear that. Nina why haven't you told me this before? It's a real surprise!" said Dusk while smiling widely.

He smiled with relief when he heard his brother was getting married, and moreover his future wife was his own best friend.

"Well just tell me you love my brother." replied Dusk with a laugh.

"You think I have no shame." Nina grumbled.

"I'm your best friend, why should I be ashamed?"

"But what I love is your sister, of course it makes me ashamed." replied Nina.

And the answer was a success to make Dusk laugh.

"Oh yeah, when's the wedding day?" ask Dusk after a few seconds.

"Next month, but the reception is small." replied Alvin.

"Yes Nja, pray that everything goes well." said Nina.

"That's for sure, I definitely wish you all the best." said Dusk with a smile.

Alvin, and Nina also smiled when she heard the reply of Dusk.

"Oh yeah how are you Nja, healthy right?" ask Nina.

"Healthy." replied Dusk briefly, the smile on his lips now faded again.

Alvin squinted his eyes, noticing the change in look on his sister's face. Alvin silently looked at the face of Dusk, looking for a glimmer of answer through the look of his eyes. But all Alvin can see is a gloomy mess that Alvin cannot afford. He failed to understand what his sister was thinking.

The hour hand was at 02:00. But Alvin, and Nina are still in his apartment. Dusk and Nina were watching tv together in the living room. While Alvin, he sat in the living room while smoking. Alvin deliberately lingered here to wait for Dawn. He hadn't seen his best friend in a long time. And besides, he also wanted to know how his relationship with his sister was. Alvin is sure if there is a burden that dusk pendam.

And not long after, the apartment door opened. Alvin lifted his face, and stared intently at the door. There Fajar was stepping in while carrying his briefcase.

"Hi Dawn!" greet Alvin.

Fajr turned his head, he smiled as he moved his feet closer to Alvin.

"Hi Vin, it's been a while?" ask Fajar while shaking Alvin's hand.

Alvin was a little surprised when he came face to face with Dawn. The man's face was pale, and his body was much thinner than the last time they met. Dawn looks like a person with a chronic illness. Did he just get sick, or was he sick, but why didn't Dusk tell him?

"I've been a long time, since this morning." replied Alvin while still looking at the face of Dawn.

"You alone?" ask Fajar while sitting in front of Alvin.

"No, I came with Nina. Now he was in the living room with Dusk. You look pale, are you sick?"

"Just a little flu" Fajar replied with a bland smile.

"Oh so." said Alvin, scratching his head. He hesitated a little with the answer that Dawn gave.

"Fajar congratulations yes, I was very happy when I heard the news that Dusk was pregnant. Among the five of us, it turns out that you are the fastest to become a father. You're so lucky, man!" connect Alvin while patting Dawn on the shoulder.

"You're overreacting, you must be much luckier than I am." replied Dawn.

"But for now no, let alone being a father, just marry us yet" Alvin said with a laugh.

Dawn fell silent, he did not comment on the slightest smile, even though Alvin was laughing at the time.

"Although not yet, but you still have hope of becoming a father, while I am, all of that is just a dream that will never happen. You don't know how hard my way Vin is." Inner Dawn sighed.

Alvin frowned in wonder, he saw clearly the look on the suddenly grim face of Dawn. What's the matter?

"So Dusk, now Alvin. Every time they talk about pregnancy, their faces change. Actually why? Does this have anything to do with Fajr's pale face?" alvin's heart while sipping his cigarette.

"I have to find out, looking at their behavior like this, it doesn't feel simple" Alvin said in his heart.
