Twilight Tears flowed unexcusedly, wetting both of his cheeks, and then falling on his lap. He no longer knew what was happening around him, Bibi's presence was completely unaware, because only the voice of Arrion continued to ring in his ears.
"I'm sorry, Arrion is not Dawn. I found him unconscious on the street, and then I took him to the hospital. Now the state of Dawn is very critical" Arrion said while talking to Dusk on the phone.
"Non! Non Dusk why?" asked Auntie while shaking Dusk's shoulder.
Aunt who was cleaning the living room, immediately ran away in a hurry when she heard the scream of Dusk.
"Non, answer me! Non Dusk why?" ask Aunt in a higher voice.
But Dusk still remained unmoved, his lips tightly clenched, and only his tears continued to divorce.
"Non don't make me panic Non. Answer me, Non Dusk why? What's the matter, say Non!" aunty said.
Still not getting an answer from Dusk, Bibi got up from her seat. He stepped up to get a glass of water for Dusk.
"Drink first!" said Aunt while helping Dusk drink.
A few seconds later, Dusk had drained his water, and he looked calmer now. Aunty no longer asked, she waited until Dusk spoke to himself.
Dusk let out a long sigh while closing his eyes. He tried to gather his consciousness.
"Sir Dawn is critical, he needs me. I must not continue to cry here, I must go there, and see the circumstances." Inner Twilight in his heart.
"Sir Dawn is being treated at Bi's hospital, I have to get there immediately" said Dusk quickly, then he moved from his seat.
"Master Dawn Why Non? It was fine this morning, wasn't it Non?" ask Aunty.
"He is sick." replied Dusk briefly.
"What pain is Non?"
"Either Bi I don't know either, I go first Bi." replied Dusk.
"Yes Non careful" said Auntie.
"Yes Bi." replied Dusk as he grabbed his sling bag, and rushed out of his room.
Aunty was still stunned in her place, she guessed what kind of pain. Seeing the reaction of Dusk, it seemed like the state of Dawn was quite bad.
Meanwhile, Dusk walked towards the apartment courtyard while crying. He knew Dawn was critical because of his illness. The word of Dawn when calling itself the final stage, continues to ring in the memory of Dusk.
Shortly thereafter, Dusk climbed into his booked taxi, and he mentioned his destination.
"You must endure, brother, I need you beside me." said Dusk in his heart.
Dusk picks up his phone, and he sends a short message to Alvin. He told his brother that Fajar was being treated in hospital. Not to forget he also sent a message to his mother-in-law.
Then Dusk covered his face with both hands, all of this was truly a reality that was hard to believe.
"O Allah, please heal Dawn, lift up the disease that is lodged in her. I beg you, O Allah, I cannot bear to see him suffer." said Dusk with tears in his eyes.
About half an hour later, the taxi carrying Dusk had already arrived at the hospital courtyard. The twilight immediately descended, and moved its feet quickly towards the ICU room.
In front of the room he met a nurse who had just walked out of the room.
"Mom, can I meet a patient named Fajar Mahardika?" ask Dusk quickly.
"You're his family?"
"Oh, please come in ma'am! Mr. Dawn was inside, and it just so happened that Mr. Arrion was there too." replied the nurse.
"Thank you Ma'am." replied Dusk as he opened the door of the room.
Dusk stepped in, and he covered his mouth when he saw Dawn lying on the bed. His eyes were tightly closed, and his face looked extremely pale. An infusion slang stuck to his left arm, and a ventilator appeared to be attached to his nose. His heartbeat, recorded on the monitor, sounded heartbreaking.
The body of Dusk was limp, and trembling. Slowly he stepped closer to Dawn, and immediately his crying spilled out right then and there. He hugged the body of Dawn tightly, and his tears flowed down the neck of Dawn.
"What happened to you, brother? Open your eyes, brother, don't worry me. Let's wake up, Dawn!" said Dusk on the sidelines of his cry.
Arrion, who was standing in front of him, closed his eyes. He knew how the night felt. Without being asked the corner of his eyes began to get wet, Arrion could no longer hold back the tightness in his chest.
"Now you've been this light, then what if things get worse at Dusk." Arrion's mind wiped away her tears.
Arrion knew very well how Dawn was currently. According to his estimation, the probability of Dawn becoming conscious is not more than 5%. Her condition was already so severe, the Dusk pregnancy had completely shaken her soul. The dawn that used to have the confidence to survive, lately his belief began to waver because of the wound in his heart. The more days his endurance is getting weaker, and his antibodies are getting lower. Now he was completely defeated by his illness.
"Bag Dawn!" call Dusk while crying hysterically.
Dusk raised his face, he looked at the deathly pale face of Dawn. It felt like he was still in disbelief, this morning those tightly shut eyes were still looking at him gently. Her lips were still whispering the word love, and her hands were still tightly and warmly opening her.
"Sister, I'm here brother! Get up and look at me, brother!" said Dusk while grasping the extremely cold hand of Dawn.
Dusk continued to shed his tears, he did not care even though Arrion continued to look at him. The twilight closed his eyes, the shadow about Fajr this morning continued to flash through his memories.
And the body of Dusk froze for a moment, as he remembered one sentence that Dawn uttered.
"This time it's a very special gift baby, I'll give you something you'll never forget. I guarantee you will remember it until later." one sentence that makes the heart of Dusk seem to stop beating.
Dusk clasped Fajar's hand ever tighter, his heart now beginning to churn.
"You must realize, brother, you must heal. He said you love me, so you will definitely accompany me. I can't be alone, I need you Brother." Inner Dusk while staring at the still-covered eyes of Dawn.
"O Allah, please save Dawn, heal her, O Allah" said Dusk, closing his eyes.
"Duudklah! You can accompany him!" arrion said as he placed the chair near Dusk.
"Thank you." replied Dusk as he shifted the chair, and then sat on it.
"Why is Dawn suddenly like this?" ask Dusk without looking. His sight had not yet been moved from the face of Dawn, and his hand was still holding the hand of Dawn.
"So I met him in front of a shopping mall. I saw him bring a birthday cake, and a gift box. He put it in the car, then he got out, and was about to get to me. But suddenly he fainted, and then I brought him here. And when I checked his condition was already very critical." replied Arrion with a long sigh.
"When will he realize?" ask Dusk.
"I'm just a doctor, all I can do is try to save him. But for others, leave it to the Almighty. Pray, may he come to his senses soon" said Arrion, trying to smile.
"I am not sure, seeing his current state, being able to keep his heartbeat alone is already a miracle. Dawn's condition is not getting better, but it's getting worse." Arrion's mind as he stared at the monitor next to him.
"He still has hope of recovery, right?" ask Dusk.
Arrion let out a long sigh, a very difficult question for him to answer. Want to answer no, it will definitely hurt Dusk. But to answer can be, it is the same as giving false hope.
"I've reminded you from the beginning, tell the truth to Dusk. If only you were honest maybe Dusk would not be khilaf, and now you still have the will to live. When I knew you in High School as a good man, I didn't expect you to have such a free relationship with Adara." - inner Arrion in his heart.
"Doctor, Brother Fajar there's still hope to heal, right?" ask the second time.
