The End of the Story

Hope Alana

A long traffic jam occurred on one of the city's main roads. Among the riders who were stuck in traffic was Dini who was there with Mr. Yusman.

Many times Early saw the watch on his left hand which made him even more panicked. An hour had passed and he was still trapped between the sea of cars on the highway.

"Sir, can't find another way, can you?" ask Mr. Yusman.

"There was no mbak, there was actually a rat road, but it was too late and could not go back there again" replied Mr. Yusman explained.

"If there is a road of lewatin rat aja sir, I am already very late to the problem," said Dini.

"Good ma'am," replied Mr. Yusman.

After a long time trapped, Dini was finally able to get out by passing through the rat path.

Arrived at Andi's house. With a small gift box in her hand Dini ran into the mansion.

When he had just set foot in the courtyard of the house used for Alana's birthday, all eyes were on him.

Alan immediately ran towards Dini and hugged her, still visible tears on Alana's cheeks because it had long been waiting for the arrival of Dini.

Shortly thereafter Andi came to Alana and Dini.

"Now it's time for Alana to blow out the candles!" andi told Alana.

"Come on Auntie, we blow out the same candles!" take Alana while pulling Dini's hand.

Andi just shook her head slowly because Alana would rather pull out Early's hand than her.

"Come pa, here, we blow out a triple candle, Alana, papa and Auntie Dini!" alana said as she waved her hand at the papa.

"Alana, aunt......."

"No papa Din, he did not want to blow the candle because he was waiting for you" said Mama Siska who understood Dini's intentions who wanted to refuse Alana's request.

Dini then nodded her head. Everyone there returned to sing a happy birthday song to Alana then Alana blew her candle with Aunt Dini and the papa.

Not forgetting that he expressed his hope in his heart before he blew out his candle.

"may Early Aunt be Alana's mother" Alana said in her heart.

Everyone there clapped their hands. With the help of Andi, Alana cuts the cake and gives her first feed to the father, then Dini, mama Siska, Ana and Adit.

They are all happy on Alana's birthday, not least Dini. It was like rediscovering his happiness.

After the birthday party is over, there are Andi, Dini, Alana, Mama Sikan, Adit and Ana.

They talked together about a lot of things. I don't know why Alana looked so spoiled at Dini back then.

He even invited Dini to open the gift he got. When opening a gift from Dini, he was so enthusiastic.

A necklace with the letter A in the middle was beautifully circular inside the small box that Alana was holding.

"Waaahhh, necklace," said Alana happily.

"Auntie help you?" dini Tanya who answered a nod of the head by Alana.

"Naaahhh, beautiful, like Alana," said Dini after putting the necklace on Alana

"Thank you Auntie, Alana loves it,"

Alana then showed off her necklace to everyone there. While Alana was with Siska's mother Adit and Ana, Andi approached Dini who was sitting slightly away from the others.

"Thank you already came" Andi told Dini.

Andi just nodded her head with a smile.

Time passed, Dinipun left Andi's house and went home with Mr. Yusman.

Days have changed, months and years have passed. Things have changed since Dini met Alana. The happiness that had been lost seemed to come back to Early.

He was at peace with the circumstances that had brought suffering to him. He knew that sadness would not change anything.

Dimas always asked him to move on with his life better and what Dini could do then was follow Dimas' words, live his life well and be happy.

The time that passed brought Dini back close to Andi. They often spend three times with Alana because not infrequently Alana invites the papa and Aunt Dini to vacation together or just a street three.

"There's something I want to ask you" Dini said as they were having a picnic.

Alana who was playing with her friend made Andi and Dini just sit together by watching Alana from afar.

"I don't want to ruin what's already there, for me your happiness is my purpose, as long as you're happy is more than enough for me," answer Andi who made Dini bring his eyes to Andi.

"Even if it hurts your heart?" ask Dini.

"I don't care, your happiness will heal him" Andi replied.

Dini shook her head slowly with a smile. He did not understand why friends he knew from childhood could have such deep feelings for him.

Shortly after, Alana arrives with a heart-shaped balloon and gives it to Dini.

"Tante, Alana's gonna give this balloon to Auntie, but there's a condition!" alana said to Dini.

"What's that?" ask Dini.

"Tante should be Alana's mom, how?" asked Alana who made Dini and Andi so surprised to hear it.

"Alana, papa already said, you can not joke like that," said Andi by pulling Alana's hand.

"Alana is not kidding, Alana wants Aunt Dini to be Alana's mother, want aunty?"

"Have you told me about Dimas and Anita's mom?" reply Early asked.

"Already, om Dimas same mama Anita joking if Aunt Dini wants to be her mother Alana," replied Alana innocently.

Dini then brought her gaze to Andi, but Andi just smiled awkwardly at Dini.

Dini then nodded her head with a smile on Alana.

"Yes, Auntie wants to be Alana's mother," said Dini who made Alana cheer, while Andi just kept silent by staring Dini in disbelief.

"Yeeeeeyyy Alana has a mom...

Dini then stood up from her seat and grabbed Alana's hand. They held on and turned around in front of Andi.

Andi was still in a state of disbelief at what he had just heard.

"Papa, come!" alana said with Andi's hand.

Doubtfully Andi stood up, held Dini and Alana's hands and circled with them.

Happiness was now visible from the look on the faces of the three of them.
