Meet Mama

The clock was showing at 4pm when Dini had just finished her work.

After making sure there was nothing else he had to do, he went down to the lobby. But when he arrived at the lobby, he did not find Dimas' whereabouts there.

Dinipun picked up the phone from inside his bag and contacted Dimas.

"Hello Dimas, are you still in the office?" ask Early when Dimas has received his call.

"Yes, I'm sorry I'm late to pick you up" Dimas replied.

"No papa, I can go home alone" said Dini.

"Let's go to your house after my work is done, love you baby!"

"Love you too" retorted Early and ended his call.

When Dini put her phone in the bag, someone patted her on the shoulder, making her startled and immediately carrying her gaze behind her.

"Andi!"

Andi just smiled looking at Dini who was surprised.

"Would you like to see Adit's sister?" ask Dini.

"Yes, what are you doing here? wait who?"

"I was waiting for Dimas, but he was still busy as it turned out," replied Dini.

"I anter you go home if so, you wait for a moment, I met Adit first!"

"I can pu....."

Dini stopped her speech because Andi just ran away leaving her. He sat on a bench in the lobby waiting for Andi.

Shortly after Andi returned, Dinipun got up from his seat when he saw Andi walking towards him.

"You want to go home?" ask Andi.

"To the home store first!"

"OK," Andi replied.

Andi drove her car to the home store with Dini, when she arrived at the home store they immediately went up to the balcony.

"Maybe there's already someone in Andi's heart, which makes Andi difficult to open his heart to other women,"

Adit's words back ringing in Dini's ears, making Dini want to ask him directly to Andi.

"When are you on Din's leave?" ask Andi to Dini.

Andi frowned at hearing Dini's question. The incident had passed a very long time ago and Dini had just asked him about it.

Andi was still silent as if his mind was empty arriving.

"You might actually like Anita, right?" terka Dini's.

"Anita? why Anita?"

"The first woman who is close to you besides me is Anita, you guys were very close, it could be her first love you and that makes you can not open your heart to Aletta, she said, didn't they?"

"You seem to have to rest Deh Din rather than think nonchalantly," said Andi who was upset by the theory that Dini explained.

Just now Andi thought if Dini knew that the woman that Andi loved all this time was herself.

But Dini suddenly thought that the woman was Anita who was clearly still chasing Dimas when they were in college.

Dini instantly silenced her own mouth when she accidentally leaked her conversation with Adit earlier this afternoon.

"And you think that I can't love Aletta because I love Anita?" ask Andi.

Dini just nodded her head slowly by lowering her head.

Andi then stood up from her seat and exhaled her coarse breath. Because of Adit's words, Dini thinks that Andi loves Anita and that makes Andi very upset.

Dini who felt guilty then stood up and hugged Andi from behind.

"I'm sorry Ndi, I shouldn't have told you about your personal problems as Adit's sister" said Dini.

Andi was only silent as Dini hugged her. They have agreed to keep their distance, but it is not an easy thing to remember their 26 years together so far.

Habits and small things they often do make them unconsciously violate the limits they have set.

Andi then let go of Dini's hand that was coiled around her waist. Step forward and face Early when they are already at a distance.

Dini just kept quiet by lowering her head, she felt Andi was angry with her. It could be very angry because Andi just let go of his hand without hugging him back as usual.

Andi exhaled slowly, then came back closer to Dini and held both shoulders Early.

"I'm not angry with you, as long as you don't think too far before you know the truth" Andi said.

Dini was just silent, for some reason in her heart she waited for Andi to embrace herself into Andi's arms.

"I'm sorry" said Dini slowly.

Andi gave up, he could not let Dini like that before him. Andi then pulled Dini and held her in his arms.

Dini just nodded her head in Andi's arms.

Just as Andi had just hugged Dini, Aletta came, saw and heard what had just happened.

Aletta smiled faintly then went back down the stairs and left the home store.

Aletta walked towards the mini market opposite Andi's home store. Stay there for a while before returning to the home store after buying 3 drinks and some snacks.

Aletta took a deep breath before stepping her legs back up the stairs.

When he was up, he did not find Dini there, only Andi was sitting staring at the highway.

Aletta then approached Andi and sat down next to him.

"What the hell was that?" aletta's question surprised Andi, but Andi was not surprised at all by Aletta's arrival.

"You're not surprised, it's not exciting!"

"Geez, Aletta, you're here, I'm shocked!" said Andi who made Aletta throw her fist in Andi's arm.

"Not to be happy!" aletta said as she pulled out the contents from her shopping bag.

"Why are you out again?" ask Andi.

"Where do you mean?" aletta replied asking while giving a bottle of drink to Andi.

"You see that?" ask Andi while pointing at the front page of his home store.

"What?" aletta asked not understanding Andi's intentions.

"I can see you from here" Andi said.

Aletta simply kept her eyes off and sipped her drink.

"Why Ta?" andi asked, turning Aletta's shoulder to face her.

"I. I would like to buy a drink before coming here" Aletta replied.

Andi then pulled out Aletta's shopping bag and took out the rest of it.

"Why are there 3 bottles of drink?" ask Andi.

Aletta exhaled her breath violently realizing her stupidity. He was wrong to try to lie to a man who had not questioned his intelligence.

"Don't tell me that you deliberately bought 3 because of the two for yourself or for me, because I know you don't like milk drinks and you also know that I don't like it either," continued Andi.

"OK, I lost" Aletta replied by rolling her eyes.

"Hahaha...so why come down again? because there's Dini here?"

"Because I saw you hugging her and I didn't want to bother you" Aletta replied.

Andi just smiled and ruffled Aletta's hair.

"Where is he now?" aletta asked while circulating her gaze.

"Barusan was picked up by Dimas" Andi replied.

Aletta simply nodded her head hearing Andi's reply.

"You jealous?" andi asked who was deliberately teasing Aletta.

"There's no reason for me to be jealous of Ndi" Aletta replied.

"Hahaha.okay okay."

Andi and Aletta talked about a lot of things until the sun started to sink.

Andi then intends to take Aletta home and meet her mother. Andi then stood up from her seat and pulled Aletta's hand.

"Follow me!"

"Where?" aletta asked before she got out of her seat.

"Come on, come on!"

Alettapun followed Andi to get off the balcony. Andi opens the car door for Aletta, but Aletta hesitates to get in.

"Do you know where you're going?" ask Aletta.

"Home home, I want to see you" replied Andi.

"You're crazy!" peekik Aletta couldn't believe it.

"Why? what's wrong?" andi asked not to understand.

"You saw how I look, where maybe I can meet your mama with a gini look!"

"There's nothing wrong with your looks Ta, come on!"

"No, no, you're crazy!" aletta refused and left Andi to sit on the bench there.

Aletta sat down with long jeans, a plain t-shirt and a jeans shirt, long hair tied in a ponytail and no make up on her face.

He knew who the Andi family was at that time and he felt suicidal if he met Andi's mother with her appearance like that.

Since Aletta worked at a fashion company, she has indeed changed her appearance. He left his old clothes away from the word girly even when outside the office.

But that day he deliberately changed his appearance back to when he was in college because he felt Andi liked it more with such an appearance.

If he knew Andi would invite him to meet his mother, he would definitely wear clothes like a graceful woman in general.

"You will know how he is outside the office and I hope you are not surprised later" Andi said.

Aletta just kept quiet by gulping her saliva. He could not imagine what would happen when he met Andi's mother and sister later.

Aletta knows they are a respectable family with a successful big company. While he himself came to meet them with clothes like street children whose degrees were far below them.

That's what Aletta thought on the way to Andi's house. His face looked tensed even more tense than when he was trialling for his graduation.

"Don't think too far Ta," said Andi who realized Aletta's nervousness.

"I'm not ready yet, how do we buy clothes?"

"No need, you don't need to be someone else in front of my family" Andi said.

Aletta closed her eyes trying to dispel the negative thoughts that filled her head.

"Everything will be okay Ta, believe me" Andi said with Aletta's hand.

Aletta instantly opened her eyes as Andi clasped her hands. He brought his eyes to Andi and Andi gave her smile to Aletta.

Aletta smiled and felt the flowers in her heart blooming again.
