Chapter 5 Level Up

Mike prepares with his horses. He clasped tightly onto the sword in his hand, just in case the goblins that were in front of him at this moment suddenly attacked.

Although actually Mike wanted to buy time to find the weakness of the goblin, but Mike could not do it. The time left is not much.

They were indeed on the same level, but Mike was able to get to the current level because of the potion. He knew that it was impossible to clear this monster in just one strike. He was also unsure of being able to resolve this within the remaining time.

"Name?" Eri whispered softly in Mike's ear. He doesn't know the name of the person who saved him.

"Ah, me? My name is Mike." Mike tried to smile with his breath. The girl he was carrying felt very light, this helped Mike a lot to escape.

The goblin monster had not chased after him, even since Mike first exerted his strength at his speed. The goblin looked uninterested. Then a few moments later Mike realized that the goblins could have attacked people in the city of Tyghu. If that happens, there will be a lot of casualties.

After thinking about the worst case scenario ahead, Mike is increasingly ambitious to become stronger. He who was getting late in his own mind until he did not realize that he was already at the border of the city.

He looked at the state of the neighboring city which was in better condition than his own city. Although all the buildings were damaged, at least the damage suffered by this city was not as severe as the city of Tyghu.

This was the first time that Eri had been treated like a little girl. He never saw anyone smiling at him. Mike was the first to smile so sincerely and attentively.

"Dad!" Eri exclaimed with a smile. Even his voice sounded louder and more excited. Mike looked up in surprise at the name.

"No, no. Call me brother, yes!" Mike tried to persuade Eri with the face and smile he made. But Eri quickly refused by shaking his head.

"Mike's dad!" Eri cried more excitedly. Mike doesn't know how to. Eri looks more alive than ever, but father's call is a little unsuitable for her.

"Should I learn how to babysit?" Mike held his forehead in frustration. But after seeing Eri's expression that had returned as she was, the frustration disappeared. They just met. Since when did they get so close like this?
