The Doomsday System

The Doomsday System
Chapter 18 The Coming of the Past

"What are you doing here?" Mike hardened his jaw to see three men his age. Mike knew that they shouldn't be here. They live in a neighboring country, running away from punishment after doing inhumane things to Mike's family.

"Come on, it was years ago. Do you still hold grudges against us, little Charles?" The man smiled wily at Mike. From the beginning he never thought of Mike as a human. Mike is nothing more than a living toy that has emotions.

"Bob, stop messing around and be frank about your goals." Mike looked coldly. This time he felt it was a pity that the devil intimacy skill could not function on humans.

"Oh, sorry. First, I want to tell you that we are the same players as you. Second, we came because we got orders from Big Mama to pick you up, Charles. He already knows about you being a player earlier than other players."

"Where did she find out the information?"

"That woman? I have to report to Mama that you're so disrespectful to her. And regarding your question, of course Mama has met with the administrator." The man approached Mike. The man showed his nose while Mike was resting with the party. They were exhausted from having just finished helping the city construction workers.

"Administrator? Did you guys know about Eri?"

"Eri? Is he one of your friends' names?" The man, Bobby, put his lip on Mike's earlobe, whispering something that stunned Mike for a while.

"What do you want?" Mike stiffened his jaw, looking at Bobby with great caution.

"Follow us! Big Mama wants to see you."

"Who do you want to take our leader away?" Martha pushed forward, becoming a barrier between them.

"Martha, move! It has nothing to do with you!" Mike clutched Martha's shoulders, facing their faces to meet each other.

"You have no right to say that, Mike! You can't act like it! You're the one who recruited us, but you're also the one who's going to leave us? We know that you are strong, that is precisely why you should not just leave us weak!" Martha raised her voice. His emotions overflowed instantly he sensed that Mike would approve a request from a stranger he didn't know.

"I'm not leaving you, believe me." Mike smiled wryly, his shady gaze making Martha feel better. Martha nodded slowly, left Mike and rejoined Geoff and Gried.

"You've seen, haven't you? I can't leave them."

"Ah, about that? Just take them with you too. Not hard, is it?"

"Then who's gonna take care of this place?"

"Just calm! They'll both stay here. Although their appearance is not convincing, but at least they are already at level five. Mama's asking the administrator to raise our level." Bobby pointed at the two men who were behind him. Bobby was sure Mike could no longer reason.

Mike just found out that he could ask the administrator to level up three people at once. That's good information, but he can't do it if there's a spy from the person they call 'Big Mama'. Mike must find an opportunity to summon a level two Orc without their knowledge. If he could level up the entire party members, then sacrificing one of the strongest troops was no problem either.

"Give us three days. I can't make a decision without first negotiating with my members."

"Please. We'll meet at this place in three days' time. No need to rush, we've been given a month to persuade you, Charles." Bobby gave me a piece of paper that said an address. The man waved as he left Mike and his men.

\*yeah, we're leaving. But after I met with the administrator and leveled you guys up." Mike smiled with satisfaction. Finally he had a chance to summon a level two Orc.

"Can you meet with the administrator? But, how is it?" Martha turns her head after hearing that Mike could meet with the game admin.

"I just got a quest to kill a level two Orc in order to obtain a bronze key. That key will be used to meet the administrator." Mike raised his right hand. A shadow gate appeared from the finished end and grew bigger.

"Call a level two Orc." Mike's eyes lit up while calling. If he did not make any special summoning, then all the monsters in the system dimension would come out of the shadow gate.

Not long after, a level two Orc emerged from the gate quietly. Although Mike felt heavy the day to sacrifice one of his subordinate monsters, but he had no other choice. Mike pulled out a sword from the inventory, quickly slashing the Orc's neck. There wasn't a lot of blood spurting, so Mike's shirt wasn't too dirty.

YOU WILL BE SENT TO THE DIMENSIONS THE ADMINISTRATORS ARE IN.

Mike's body slowly disappeared along with the appearance of a bright light. He was already impatient to see what the figure of the game administrator had been making him suffer. Although he was said to be suffering, but at least he got great strength.

"MIKE, DON'T FORGET TO ASK TO BE GIVEN A HEBAAAT SKILL!!!" Martha screamed as Mike's body was about to disappear completely. Even so, Mike could hear Martha's screams even though it was a little unclear.

"Great Skill, huh? I'll remember it." Mike closed his eyes, preparing to cross dimensions. He thought there might be a great shock, but it wasn't. The journey was smooth like he was not on a journey.

AWAITING ADMINISTRATOR

ADMINISTRATOR HAS ARRIVED

"Welcome, player. As a level five bronze key user, you are definitely the first player. I as an administrator will be happy to make time for you." A formless bright golden light greeted the newly arrived Mike. Mike is surprised to find out that the game administrator is not who he imagined it to be. But they might not want to show themselves.

"So, is this the administrator's appearance?" Mike grinned at what was currently floating before him.

"Is it not up to your expectations?"

"If I'm honest, it's a lot different than my expectations."

"Sorry about that. We administrators can't show ourselves before the game ends." The administrator laughed at the end of the sentence. Mike's conjecture is correct, the form he sees today is not the administrator's original intention.

"Since you are the main player, then I will grant your five requests and answer ten questions. Start with the question first."
