The Doomsday System

The Doomsday System
Chapter 33 The State of Party Members

"First, spend some time alone with me. Second, answer all my questions until they're done." Mike said with complete confidence. Once again Miss Elyana was taken aback by him. Previously he thought that Mike's request would be related to level or strength, but it wasn't both. He asked for something beyond estimate.

"Is that all?" Miss Elyana asked to be sure. It felt strange for him to see that there were players who were more concerned with questions than the power they had to survive.

"The answer to each of my questions will determine my future." Mike put on a flat face without expression.

The questions are just about the administrator and a few other questions, but the answers to all of them really do affect Mike's future. The more puzzle pieces that are collected, the image formed will also be more predictable. The answer from Miss Elyana will determine the actions and decisions that Mike will take in the future.

"Whatever! I'll set the schedule for tomorrow before evening class starts." Miss Elyana twisting eyeballs. He felt a little annoyed that Mike was not obsessed with power.

After negotiations over the request were over, Mike returned to his seat pending the announcement the woman would make.

"Tonight's announcement is about tomorrow's activities, which are duels between groups. The group division will be done tomorrow. So today's announcement and prepare yourself well." Miss Elyana ended the evening class with a punch on the teaching table. He turned right and left the room.

It didn't take a matter of minutes, within seconds after Miss Elyana's torso disappeared behind the door all players started leaving the classroom. Mike and Gried were the last to come out because they didn't want to cram.

"Tonight you go to sleep or you want to eat first?" Mike asked Gried who was beside him. Gried thought for a moment.

"Eemm...I think to the cafeteria?"

"Alright, we also need additional energy."

Both of them immediately spur footwork towards the canteen. There was only Mike and Gried. They don't see any other players. Of course no one would think of having dinner after their mind and physique were drained out by the powerful monsters.

A terrifying sight was plastered as far as the eye could see. The rebuilt city of Tyghu is now destroyed. Dimension breaks occur in every corner of the city, even the situation outside the city is much more chaotic. The neighboring city that had fewer players than Tyghu city suffered severe damage. There is almost no building debris left. About seventy percent turned to dust.

The local government also could not provide assistance in the form of attacks. While the country's military forces are deployed in remote places that are not easily accessible. The world was chaotic as some of the strongest players were sent to the academy. All parties in different countries felt damage that could not be counted.

"I thought it only took a week, but it turned out to be more than that?" Martha complained again. It had been almost an hour that he kept chirping about a lot of things, but still no one commented. They also feel frustration that cannot be described. The more days dimension break more and more often. The monsters that appeared were also getting stronger. Facing something like that naturally made them feel extremely desperate.

"Come on! Not an hour of rest yet." Geoff linked the brows at the system notification with a quest to defeat the monsters not far from where they were. Balth immediately stood up after receiving the notice, followed by Geoff and Martha. They run at a moderate pace and do not push themselves too hard to run very fast.

From a distance they could see a giant that was almost similar to a troll. Judging from the physical alone can be guessed if the monster is as strong or even stronger than trolls.

"Damn! After orcs and trolls, now ogres? What the fuck?!" Geoff stiffened his jaw. He pulled out his danawa machete and immediately launched an attack with {Dragon Claw} skill. Balth also took out the ice sword from the inventory and used the {Hail of Ice Bullet} skill that attacked the ogre from above. While Martha used the item {Transformation Weapon} to form a long and tapered weapon. The weapon could follow Martha's hand movements as if the woman had telekinesis abilities.

All sorts of attacks landed on the ogre's body from various directions. Ogre roared loudly as he felt pain. Without giving a pause of one second, Batlh again prepared with the skill {Ice Area}, giving Martha time to transform into a weapon with a soul whose power cannot be equated with ordinary weapons even the highest level.

Turning yourself into a weapon can be very powerful, but it has its own risks. If the weapon is damaged, then Martha's body will also be damaged. Basically all part of the weapon was Martha's body. Great powers also have a high risk. Martha already knew that, but still using herself as a kareta weapon looks more effective to give great damage to the monsters.

Geoff grasps a large black weapon that is none other than Martha. Once a swing of the weapon was able to split dozens of sturdy buildings, but it was unable to penetrate the body of the ogre. His skin layer was extremely strong and hard, only the ice that wrapped it had been successfully crushed. Geoff jumped back after seeing that his attack had no effect. The monster in front of them was currently a level six ogre, most attacks would not be able to injure the outside of his hardened skin.

"Newly appeared but already level six? If their emergence is faster than our level up, then there is no chance for us to win at a later date. This could be our last fight, right?" Geoff grinned widely. He had already resigned if indeed his fight would have reached this point. After all he had no intention of living in a chaotic world and like tidsk had a future.

"Martha, are you ready?" Geoff stared at the black weapon in his grasp, then turned to look at Balth who was not far from him. Balth nodded, convincing Geoff to go back on the attack. No one can lift Martha in the form of a weapon other than Geoff with his big muscles. Before their level was raised drastically by the Balth system was indeed stronger than Geoff, but currently Geoff's strength level was much higher than him. There was no other choice but to entrust a major attack to Geoff.

"Let's challenge death!"
