Chapter 32 Gets the Award

Mike hardened his jaw. Although there's a new weapon, but it's a bow without arrows. He could not use a new weapon that he still had not mastered. He had no choice but to keep using the sword

Though he wanted to save the energy for the final attack. With the level of dexterity reaching level twenty, he could launch various combinations of attacks continuously.

"Are you just going to watch?" Mike turned his head, staring at the dozens of players who were just standing with faces full of dead fish. They suddenly realized, some began to dare to help. Most only gave away attacks from a distance, but that was enough.

Mike immediately got up to see the reward he got. His pain instantly disappeared when he found out that he was getting a hidden reward as well. Even though getting a special type of attacking skill is already a very profitable thing. But he got even more incredible skills.

"Who would have thought there would be a hidden reward as well. I feel my tiredness paid a satisfactory price." Mike smiled even though his face looked very tired.

"But what does that mean with certain situations?" Mike knitted his brows, staring at the bewildered screen of the system in front of him.

"Good job, brother!" Gried grinned, looking at Mike proudly. Mike could only smile at the behavior of the boy next to him.

Not long after, Miss Elyana came in with a clap of hands. All eyes were on him, including Mike. A few seconds ago his mood was still happy, but it instantly changed when the woman came.

"Miss, you see everything and just watch from the monitor room? Someone could have died because you didn't come to help!" One of the players with the box glasses exclaimed. His voice sounded trembling due to the fear he felt while facing the monsters still remaining.

"But no one's dead, right?" Miss Elyana smiled. His gaze felt very intimidating, making the bespectacled player silent.

"All right, everybody back to class. There's an announcement I'm going to give you!" After saying that, Miss Elyana flipped over and left the group of players with an emotional state.

Mike held Gried by the hand, leading him to tail behind the woman without much comment. It was the umpteenth time that Gried saw Mike's very serious face like that.

Mike was struggling with his thoughts. There were a lot of questions that started to come up after he realized something. Right now Mike thinks that Miss Elyana is one of the administrators who uses fake containers to interact with players and train them to be strong. But there is no solid evidence to be the foundation of her assumptions and she intends to ask that directly to Miss Elyana when they have both free time.

It took quite a long time until all the players gathered in the classroom. Initially they wanted to immediately rest in their respective rooms, but the door was locked and could not be opened.

"Congratulations on your first success at the academy. I will reward Charles Mike for successfully executing the final attack and defeating the monsters. Give your hands to the heroes tonight!" Miss Elyana smiled widely. The sound of applause began to hang on the ceiling of the room. Though he most dislikes being in the spotlight, but he also can not refuse the applause that is devoted to him.

Mike stood up from the chair, walking towards Miss Elyana. Gried looked unhappy as Mike advanced because he knew that his brother did not like being treated like a child hungry for praise and appreciation.

Miss Elyana had a medal around Mike's neck. The medallion was in gold with letters that he was not familiar with. It was the highest award medal of the academy for potential participants.

"I will grant you one wish as a gift." Miss Elyana smiled meaningfully as if she already knew what Mike was going to say as a request.

"Just one request? Can't I get two?" Mike asked expressionlessly. Miss Elyana was taken aback, but she was very adept at staying calm.

"You only defeated one monster. Two requests, don't you think it's too greedy?"

"Well, I defeated a level five troll and saved nearly sixty lives. So those two requests should still be lacking, right?" Mike replied to Miss Elyana by putting emphasis on a few words in her sentence. Miss Elyana was silent for a moment, she seemed to be racking her brain to reply to Mike.

"Okay, two requests. So mention your request!" Miss Elyana finally gives up and chooses to grant Mike's request. He never thought Mike would be a participant who would be troublesome. Mike gave a smile, making Miss Elyana swallow.

"First, spend some time alone with me. Second, answer all my questions until they're done."
