Regrets After the Farewell

Regrets After the Farewell
Chapter 6.

After cleaning himself and wearing clothes, Salman left the room in a hurry. She did not care at all for Mika who was waiting for her in bed.

As Mika smiled bitterly, she did not understand at all why Salman suddenly changed after three months of not being together.

Bad thoughts began to run through Mika's mind. Could Salman have had another woman? Could Salman betray her?

I don't know, it feels like Mika wants to cry considering Salman's sudden treatment of one hundred and eighty degrees.

Out there, Salman chose to sit in the yard next to the house. He seemed to be very upset after taking the decision to marry Safia.

Now his position is a little pinched. She loves Mika very much and is already determined to marry the girl. But now that her mind has split in two, she fears Mika knows who Safia really is.

Although the goal was to marry Safia just to avenge her mother's death, but in fact Safia was officially his wife, she had even taken her chastity by force.

If Salman knew that Mika would return home soon, he could have thought of another way without having to marry Safia. Now he was truly a dilemma between love and revenge lodged in his heart.

Long-lost in his thoughts, Salman realized when he caught the existence of Safia who was sitting in the back garden. The woman was stunned on the ground while hugging a cat she found in the house.

While stroking the cat's head and back, Safia's tears fell down without her being able to hold up. His heart was broken and shattered after learning that Salman already had another woman in his life.

"Well..." Safia suddenly screamed and threw the cat so scared of her. He quickly stood up and circled around like a confused person.

"Hiks... Where'm I?" Safia sobbed while hitting her head. He could not remember who he was and where he was at the moment.

"Yes..." Safia crouched down and cried. "I where?"

Salman, who had been observing Safia, was astonished by his wife's strange behavior.

Out of curiosity, he walked down the back garden and stood near Safia.

"What are you doing here?" salman asked coldly.

Safia who heard the baritone's voice looked up and pegged Salman with tears that kept falling down her cheeks.

"You who? This where? Please help me, I want to go home. I don't know what place this is, please take me home!" her door sobbed while cupping her hands in front of her chest.

Suddenly Salman frowned at Safia's words as if he did not know her. He thought Safia must be acting to get sympathy from him.

"That's great, you think I'll feel sorry for you? Your acting is too ugly, you won't be able to trick me with your cunning play." Salman stared intently at Safia.

Safia who heard that did not understand at all, she did not know what Salman really meant. Then he stood up and hugged Salman tightly.

"Please help me! I don't know where this is, who am I?" whispered in Salman's ear.

Bugs...

Safia was thrown backwards, her frail body hitting the wooden chair displayed in the park.

Yes, Salman turned out to push him so violently that Safia lost her balance.

The woman could only cry and look around her like a dazed person, even the pain was not felt at all for her.

...****************...

The light turned dark, the sky looked cloudy blackened without moon or stars. A strong wind began to blow swept over Safia's body which was still fixated on her seat.

Yes, since this afternoon Safia did not move from the back garden at all. He could only cry hugging his knees tightly. Until now, he did not know where he was. All of his memories seemed to be gone as the pain Salman had given him.

Slowly the drizzle began to hit, Safia grew cowering like a frightened person. He doesn't know where to go, he doesn't even remember who he is.

"Where's that waitress? Why hasn't he prepared dinner for us yet?" mika asked shortly after arriving at the dining room. He found the table still empty, there was no food at all at the table.

Salman, who had wanted to sit down, now abandoned his intentions and chose to walk to the back room. Wanting her to be angry and scolding Safia so much, she dared to neglect the task she had ordered.

Braaks...

The door crashed violently causing a loud bang. Salman frowned as he saw no one in the room. Suddenly he cackled cuddly pecked at the three times three-sized room.

"Basar did not know himself, instead of preparing dinner, he disappeared somewhere." said Salman in his heart, he wanted to strangle Safia if he had met her.

"Well, how come there's no? Where the hell is he?" mika asked who suddenly appeared following Salman to the room.

"Come on, food delivery alone." Salman said casually after noticing the woman's arrival.

"Alright," Mika nodded, then left the room first. He stepped into the room he occupied to retrieve his phone left there.

As Salman wanted to catch up, the corner of his eye accidentally caught something tucked under a pillow. Curious, he approached the bed and grabbed the object quickly.

"What's this?" salman muttered with a surprised look, his eyes violently fiddled with trembling hands holding the flat object.

As Salman shook with a misty look, his head was filled with questions and the shadow of his late father.

One by one the last words spoken by the father again ring in Salman's ear. He was stunned at the corner of the mattress with sparkling eyes containing a pool of fluid.

"This is impossible" murmured Salman shook his head, he could not believe any of this at all.

Long struggling in his thoughts, Salman finally passed away from the room. He ran to his late father's room and quickly locked the door.

With an erratic chaotic mind, Salman opened the closet drawer and pulled out the precious files belonging to the father.

Salman's eyes opened wide as he matched the photo he found in the drawer with the photo in his hand.

Duars...

It felt like the world was suddenly shaking as if it was being hit by a massive earthquake. Salman retreated backwards, his body slumping on the floor as falling tears drenched his cheeks.

"Baahhh..." Salman shouted hysterically while ruffling his hair violently. At the moment all his thoughts could not be controlled perfectly, his emotions exploded instantly.

He who could not think clearly then stood up and smashed the items that were in that room. A few minutes later, the room was not shaped like a broken ship.
