Chapter 23.

Salman arrived at Mika's apartment about an hour after leaving the house. With firm steps and a sharp look in his eyes, he walked towards the unit that was on the twelfth floor.

Since Mika did not open the door for him, Salman finally decided to push the apartment password and pushed the door slowly. He walked in and combed every corner of the room and room to look for Mika's whereabouts, but failed to find her.

Just as Salman took out his iPhone to contact Mika, the woman had already appeared before him with Alex.

Salman looked at the two intensely. Has Mika not come home since yesterday? Why did she come with Alex?

"Want to end this relationship? Is that what you want to say?" cut off Mika who can already guess what Salman wants to tell her.

Salman who heard that immediately smiled bitterly. Indeed that's what he wanted to convey but somehow his tongue suddenly confused to say. He was afraid that his decision would hurt the woman.

For many years they were together, not even though Salman saw Mika this cloistered. The woman's face was pale, lethargic and demoralized. How could Salman have said his intention under these circumstances, it felt too difficult.

"Yes, go. If you need not come back!" mika cheers hysterically like a possessed person, she grabs the ashtray on the table and throws it at Salman.

Luckily Salman quickly dodged so that the object made of glass even hit the door leaf.

Salman rubbed his face rough and the head-dappled look at Mika's attitude that changed by one hundred and eighty degrees. He could understand how the woman was feeling, but he could do nothing. Maybe it's better than continuing to hurt each other.

Without saying a word, Salman continued in his footsteps and completely disappeared from Mika's sight.

Salman spurred the pace of his vehicle at high speed, his head crabbing staring left and right alternately, hoping to find Safia on the side of the road.

Because he did not find Safia, Salman also remembered the orphanage and turned the steering wheel in that direction. Somehow he felt sure that Safia was in that place.
