My Notorious Gentleman's
#25

A bee landed on his ground gauge. The insect walked along his binoculars, then flew again.

After ascertaining the size of this land and its contours, to compare with the original size which he said was about one thousand two thousand hundred hectares, Trevor took his pencil and began drawing again, look towards the house and imagine little by little how this estate will be with, of course, hard work and a lot of money.

Every line he drew, formed a picture of his vision, making him to express something he could not express in words.

Other than a sword and a gun, Trevor was most comfortable holding a pencil or hammer in his hand, something his father would not like.

Trevor watched as the sun moved slowly across the estate and slowly forgot about everything related to the battlefield and his assassination missions, as he scribbled small notes on his picture map.

Then Trevor stood up and walked through the unkempt orchard, and though the trees had to face an unusual chill, the, however apricot trees give off an incredible fragrance scented in the sun.

Trevor tasting the water coming from the river stream dredged some soil in some places using a shovel he found in one of the small buildings, and examined the loose soil by squeezing it until it decomposed.

Land in the same in the wild. It takes at least fifty people to weed this land, until it is ready to be replanted.

Then he moved towards the trees that seemed clear in need of arrangement, and saw that the place was one of the unexpected advantages that this estate had.

Trevor tapped on the wall, peered into the fireplace, and stomped on the steps, and slightly shook the steps.

Occasionally, he shook his head when he found something that he thought was worrying, but he had to admit, the challenges presented by this estate are very interesting.

Observing the musty front hall, Trevor was even able to imagine where he would make additional stairs.

The wide windows with the old round windows will help the old house to be warmer.

The building also requires central heating, and if it will go that far, why not just put a new heating device on the ceiling, which can also be used to pump hot water to the top floor?

Tevor is an enthusiast of modern tools. Modern toilets would be a must, while for the kitchen, it seems that the kitchen has been left behind for almost a century.
