Good News from London

"Assalamualaikum, Abi! How are Abi and our family there?" greet Ali by phone call.

"Goddessalam, Ali! Thank God, everything is good here. What's the news from London?" ask Lutfi while checking important files on her desk.

"Abi, I have good news for Abi! Sarah, my wife, is pregnant!" ali said cheerfully.

"God willing! Alhamdulillah! Absolutely awesome news! Abi was so happy to hear that, Ali! How's Sarah doing? Is he healthy?" asked Lutfi who immediately stopped his work.

"Alhamdulillah, Sarah is fine. She had a bit of nausea in her first trimester, but now things are starting to get better. We are very grateful to God for this gift" Ali said gratefully.

The first trimester refers to the first three months of pregnancy. Human pregnancy is generally divided into three distinct trimesters, each lasting for about 12 weeks.

It is important for pregnant women to maintain a healthy diet, take prenatal vitamins, avoid toxic substances, and get proper prenatal care from a gynecologist.

The first trimester is also a period that is prone to developmental problems and pregnancy complications. Therefore, good prenatal care and regular visits to the gynecologist are very important during the first trimester to monitor the mother's health and fetal development.

"Of course, we should always be grateful for everything God has given us. This is truly happy news for our family. Do you know the gender of the baby?" ask Lutfi.

Ali answered wisely. "Yet, Abi. We don't know her gender yet. We plan to have an ultrasound test in the next few weeks. But for sure, whatever the gender, we'll be happy with this gift."

Ultrasound tests are usually safe and painless. It provides a real-time overview of the organs and body structures being examined. The doctor or medical technician performing the test will analyze the images to assist in the diagnosis or monitoring of a health condition.

Ultrasound tests have a variety of uses in the medical field, including in disease diagnosis, fetal development evaluation, guidance during invasive procedures, monitoring of heart and blood vessel conditions, and more.

"That's fine, Ali. The most important thing is the health and happiness of Sarah and the baby in her womb. When is the estimated delivery time?" Lutfi asked again to make sure his son-in-law and future granddaughter of Ali, were fine.

"According to doctor's estimates, labor is expected to occur around the end of this year. We are still waiting with great hope and prayer."

"I'll make sure to give you his regards, Abi. Thank you for your prayers and support. We feel so lucky to have a family as loving and caring as you."

"This is a wonderful test of God, Ali. Take good care of your family and give unlimited affection to Sarah and the baby in her womb. May God always protect you."

Without waiting for his work to be completed, Lutfi left his study as well as the files that were being checked, not yet cleared on the desk. Lutfi rushed to his house and gathered all the family members who lived in the boarding house of Al Fathonah. Well, who else lives there besides Ammar and his little family because Lutfi's son there are only two; Ali and Ammar.

Lutfi is happy to announce that Sarah, Ali's wife, is pregnant and they will soon have a baby. Everyone in the living room became very happy to hear the news. Cheers of joy and congratulations flowed from all the family members present.

Lutfi felt moved and grateful that her grandson would soon be growing up. He embraced Ali and Sarah affectionately from a distance, imagining as if his two children were standing before him, congratulating them. Everyone in the room gathered in warmth and joy, celebrating the happiness of their growing family.

The plan, they will give full support to Ali and Sarah during pregnancy and after the birth of their baby. They are already planning to transform and prepare the Al Fathonah boarding house to be a comfortable and safe place for the upcoming baby.

After sharing this happy news, Lutfi and the family talked about the plans and preparations that needed to be done ahead of the birth of the baby. They exchange ideas and commit to giving full love, attention, and support to Sarah, Ali, and the upcoming baby.

The whole atmosphere in the living room is filled with warmth and togetherness. They realize that moments like these are precious moments in family life and they celebrate together joyfully.

However, they were worried, because Ali and Sarah live in London, what if Sarah gave birth there? If the answer is 'yes', it means the Lutfi family will fly to London to visit Ali and Sarah and the baby will be born later this year.

Lutfi pulled out his phone and made a video call to Ali's phone. As long as the phone had not been picked up, they discussed seriously.

Lutfi frowned. "So, if Sarah gave birth in London, how can we all see them? Do we have to fly there?"

It did not take too long, Ali immediately picked up the phone, it happened that Ali had just arrived at his home. He is currently in the family room with his beloved wife, Sarah. Ali listened to the conversation between Abi and his sister, Ammar. Lutfi's eyes were still focused on Ammar and the rest of the family. His eyes moved left and right, as if he was observing the people around him. Lutfi hopes there is the best solution to their problems.

Ammar thought about it. "What about our responsibilities and presence as a family? I want to be there when a newborn."

Lutfi nodded in agreement. "Of course, we want to provide support and togetherness to Ali, Sarah, and the baby that will be born. But a trip to London is not easy."

Ali responded to the chat, but Ali said his greetings first and his greetings were answered by Lutfi and others, who heard the greetings from Ali.

"Certainly, Abi. I'm worried about the cost and comfort of the trip you're going to have to face. Do you really want to fly away just to see us?" ali asked with a worried expression.

Sarah softly chimed in, "We also understand the challenges that will be faced if you are still in London before delivery. However, if you want to come, then we will be very happy with your presence."

Lutfi asked everyone. "What do you think? What if we make a regular plan and find the best solution for all of us?"

Ammar thought seriously. "Maybe we can look for more affordable airfare options or look for more economical accommodation there. Also, maybe we can arrange a travel itinerary that suits the rest periods and good occasions for all."

Lutfi smile. "I agree. We can coordinate well, look for the best options, and manage our time well. Most importantly, we'll stay together as a family in this special moment."

Ali smiled and thanked me. "Thank you, Abi. Thank you, everybody. I know it wasn't an easy decision, but with you guys by our side, things will be even more beautiful."

Sarah held Ali's hand. "I feel very lucky to have a family like you. Although distance separates us, but love and support are not limited by distance."

Lutfi. "We are a strong and loving family. We'll find a way to get together to celebrate the birth of this baby, whether in London or elsewhere."

Lutfi still feels hope that Sarah can go home before labor arrives, so they can undergo the birth process in Indonesia. He hopes that Sarah can be near her family and closest friends during this important moment. However, Lutfi is aware that the decision is not only about his wishes, but also about Ali's needs and his responsibilities at the London company.

Lutfi realized that Ali had a great responsibility in the company where he worked. Ali's presence in London was crucial to his career and future. Lutfi did not want to be selfish and forced Ali to return to Indonesia, leaving behind a precious opportunity that existed in London.

In Lutfi's heart, there was concern that haunted him. He felt sad because he might not be able to attend the moment of birth of his fifth grandchild by directly next to Ali and Sarah. He also understood that it was important to understand and appreciate the decision that Ali had taken.
