Two months later, Nadira's second book finally came out. Nadira wrote down things that do happen in a person's life even himself. I left Him for Him, that's the title of his latest novel.
This time Nadira looks nervous, more nervous as she publishes her first novel entitled "Your Best Destiny". Moreover, the novel "Leave Him for Him" is a sequel to the first novel, he became afraid of the ridicule of others after reading the continuation of the story. Though every story written, Nadira tried as much as possible to insert the best moral message in order to be a shared learning; both writers, and readers.
Ammar embraced Nadira from behind as Nadira looked at the poster for the launch of her second book on display in front of the building, where the book will be launched.
"You did the right thing. I could pour it into a piece of writing, amazing, you know! Because not everyone can do it" said Ammar, trying to encourage his wife. Reversing Nadira's body, until their eyeballs collide with each other.
Nadira nodded while throwing a smile at Ammar. Sometimes I see the poster back. Nadira took a long breath.
"Bismillah. Pray for me, yes!" Nadira Pinta.
"definitely. I will always pray for the best for you" said Ammar, holding Nadira's hand to give strength. "Yes, we're in now, yuk! You will have to prepare yourself before performing," said Ammar, reminding.
Nadira smiles. They also entered the skyscraper. Luckily Nadira's book launching place, located on the 2nd floor, if the top floor, despite riding the elevator, Nadira still felt stuffy.
Arrive in a room that has been neatly arranged. Piles of books by Nadira including the book to be launched was already on the table. From writing, Nadira can make a lot of money. Initially only wanted to voice what could not be expressed by oral and wanted to channel hobbies, but over time, it turned out to be a source of income for Nadira. Nadira and Ammar's extended family are already sitting at the front, deliberately prepared by the event's in charge for the writer's family.
Nadira greeted several people who had been present, some were asking for photos and signatures, but as the event was about to start, the organizers immediately asked Nadira and Ammar to take their seats. Nadira apologized to some of the participants, he said that the photo session and his signature, can be done when the event is over. They increasingly praised Nadira's humility. A woman who is kind and not arrogant, even though it is known to the public. Nadira is also a cheerful child, although his heart is like a glass that is easily cracked and very sensitive, so not everyone can calm his heart when he is angry.
Shortly after, the series of events began, everyone listened carefully to the event. Until the welcome event as well as the launch of Nadira's second book entitled "Leave Him for Him". A novel that began to be written a few years ago can finally be enjoyed by readers.
All events have been held as planned, including photo sessions with the people present. Everyone congratulated Nadira, including Farah (the Kindergarten teacher of her son Nadira and Ammar; Hafiz).
"Congratulations, Nad, for the release of your book. May it be useful and inspiring to the readers" said Farah, smiling; showing her shaky teeth.
"Thank you, it's coming" said Nadira, smiling.
When Nadira and Farah were busy chatting, Jerry suddenly came over. Jerry came uninvited. Ammar, who was chatting with his family, only watched from a distance. Ammar did deliberately let Nadira and Farah tadua in order to freely chat, especially Nadira was exhausted of photos with the participants who attended this event.
"Nad. I congratulate you, yes, on the launch of your second book," Jerry said without touching Nadira's hand to shake his hand. Jerry knew that Nadira had emigrated, so he respected the process of hijrah women who had had a special relationship with him in the past.
Nadira and Farah looked at each other.
"You must be confused, right, why am I here?" ask Jerry. He could guess what Nadira and Farah had in mind.
Nadira and Farah looked back at each other. In the minds of women who both had feelings for Jerry, wondering; why did Jerry know, what were they thinking?
"I happened to pass by this building and saw a poster of your show in front, so I stopped by. I'm sorry that my arrival makes you uncomfortable, especially you, Nadira." Jerry was self-conscious that his presence was never needed again in Nadira's life. He turned his face away, about to pass in front of Nadira.
Nadira was silent for a moment. Farah rubbed Nadira's back, as if giving strength.
"Jerry, wait!" call Nadira.
"Thank you, yeah. After all, you were part of the story in the writings I made. If destiny never brought us together, I might not be the Nadira I am today. I've forgiven you and made peace with everything" Nadira said.
Jerry breathed a sigh of relief. Although he will never have Nadira again, but he is happy to hear the statement from Nadira who has forgiven him with a spacious chest.
"I'm sorry about you too, Farah. Even though we had agreed not to continue the relationship properly, but still—I'm sorry," said Jerry.
Farah closed her eyes for a moment and smiled.
"I'm sorry too, Jer. It's all the past, we don't have to lament and regret it. The most important thing is to be a better human being in the future, yes," said Farah. His words amazed Jerry.
As we know, forgiving the mistakes of others is one of the noble character that needs to be instilled in yourself. For any religion, it definitely teaches to forgive each other, especially the teachings of the Islamic religion. There are many arguments in the Qur'an and the hadith about forgiving the mistakes of others that can be a guide for Muslims.
Narrated from the wife of Rasulullah Salallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam (Aisyah) was once asked about the character of her husband, then she replied,
"He never did evil, did not do evil, did not spit in the crowd, and did not retaliate with ugliness. But he always forgave and understood the mistakes of others." (HR Ibn Hibban)
In addition, the forgiving attitude that must be possessed by Muslims has also been expressly explained in the word of God in the letter Al A'raf verse 199 which means :
"Be forgiving and have people do what is acceptable, and do not care about the foolish."
Allah subhanallahu wa ta'ala in the letter Ali Imran verse 134 also mentions that the attitude of forgiving the mistakes of others is one of the characteristics of the pious.
It means: "(i.e.,) one who infuses, both in the field and in the narrow, and one who restrains his anger and forgives (errors) others. And God loves those who do good."
There are four hadiths about forgiving the faults of others, namely :
From Abu Hurairah RA, that the Prophet Salallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said, "It is not almsgiving that reduces property, and Allah does not add to a servant by his forgiveness (to his brother, to his brother,) except glory (in the world and the Hereafter), and no one humbles himself because of God unless He will exalt (degrees) him (in the world and the hereafter)." (Muslim tradition)
The Prophet Salallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said in the narration of Bukhari and Ad Dailami which read: "Faith is patient and forgiving or airy."
"Pardon, you will be forgiven (by Allah)." (Hadith of At Thabrani)
Al Anshari's narration then explains that "the most steadfast among you is the one who is willing to apologize, even if he is able to repay."
Some hadiths and references from the Koran about asking and apologizing are the reason for Nadira to make peace with all the wounds that once incised in his heart.
Nadira, Farah, and Jerry also told a cheerful story. Ammar smiled and approached the three of them.
"Can I join you here?" ask Ammar. He doesn't want any slander out there, so try to keep his wife's honor. Jerry is Nadira's past. Although there is no special relationship anymore, still; we cannot control the opinions of others to be able to think positively, at least have taken care of ourselves well.
