"Drink!"
"Thank you dear!" Haykal said, while receiving a cup of coffee.
Indira put the tray on the nightstand. Indira stood right beside the window of her room. The window facing directly towards the garden. A garden deliberately planted with some roses. On the right side of the park, there is a swimming pool. Sometimes the moon is seen in the pool. Abra's favorite place to find tranquility. As of this moment, Indira saw Abra standing right at the side of the pool.
"Haykal, is your heart satisfied?"
"Dear, what do you mean? Why do I feel you're cold to me?"
"Your actions that hurt my son made me realize one thing. If I had married a stone-hearted man!" Indira said softly, then slowly Indira opened the window of her room.
A cold night wind, blowing into the room. Indira's body felt cold, but not as cold as his heart at this time. Indira was devastated to see her son slump. The son who never thought it existed. The son he loved so much, even in silence. Indira was helpless when she saw Abra was hurt. Abra was helpless, clearly visible from his sturdy body that was pecking at the edge of the pool. Feeling the cold wind that clearly froze the bones of Abra.
"She, what do you really want to say?" Haykal said firmly, Indira pointed towards the pool. The place where Abra had been standing for almost an hour?
"Look at my broken son with your attitude!"
"Abra!"
"Yes Haykal, Abra your son who was hurt by your arrogance. A son who no longer believes in the meaning of family. Because his family wants to destroy his happiness!"
"Abra will not be destroyed just because of the quarrel. Since long ago until now, he and I have always been at odds. So tonight's fight, won't make him hate me!" Haykal said confidently.
"He will not hate you, but he will leave us. Abra will seek warmth from other families. It's not the family that always hurts her heart!"
"Indira, whatever do I do? All for his good. I have no intention of hurting him. Abra my biological son, there's no way I'm destroying his happiness!"
"You're right, there's no way I can destroy Abra's happiness. But look at the end result of your attitude. Abra is destroyed, Abra is hurt. His body froze again, his gaze was empty and his heart was empty. All because of your arrogance that never expected a Dew!" Indira said loudly, Haykal was silent.
Haykal stared fixedly at Abra's body which stood motionless. Abra's body is like frozen ice. No sound or small movements. Abra silently stared at the night sky, looking for a ray of light from the dim night star. The light that Abra hoped for was able to illuminate the darkness of her heart. The dark filled with Abra's anger will be Haykal's inappropriate attitude.
"Dear, whatever do I do? All for the good of Abra!"
"The good that you say is nothing more than the wound that you inflicted on my son's heart. I haven't felt the warmth of his embrace. Now I have to take a cold look full of anger. Everything happened, just because of your arrogance. I don't know what I'll get tomorrow? If you make a promise!"
"What promise?"
"Promise to say sorry to the parents of Dew!" Indira said, Haykal was shocked.
Haykal remembered the promise he made to Abra. A condition Haykal must meet. If you don't want to lose your beloved son. But her little heart reneged on that promise. A promise that would make him feel humiliated. Instead Indira could only remain silent. Seeing the look on Haykal's face of doubt. Clearly Indira knew, if it was difficult for Haykal to fulfill that promise.
"I won't force you to keep that promise. But I won't help you keep that promise either. Whatever attitude you take? It will be a decision for my son Abra!" Indira said, then walked to her bed.
Indira tries to forget the quarrel between Haykal and Abra. Hope tomorrow nothing happens worse than tonight. It's all in Haykal's hands now. Stay true to her pride or succumb to her son's happiness. Haykal walked closer to the window. Abra stood there, staring at his son Abra who was standing in front of the pool.
"Sister, drink!"
"No, thank you!" Reject friendly Abra. Abra refused, not because Ibra gave it to him. Alcoholic drinks were no longer touched by Abra. Ibra scrunched her forehead in disbelief. Abra who was a liquor lover. Refusing to drink his favorite drink.
"No, I'm learning to get away from that illicit drink. You know Dew more than I do. Obviously you know, there's no way Dew forbids or complains about something!" Abra said firmly, Ibra nodded slowly.
"Sister is right, the Dew will be silent about all things. But the Dew will get angry, if it hits someone else!"
"Like the anger I saw tonight!" Abra said, Ibra looked up at the night sky. Two brothers tied to one heart.
"Sister, anything that ever happened between me and Dewun? It's just the past and only the past!"
"Then!" Abra said coldly, Ibra sighed.
"Never blame the Dew, the taste that once existed between us. It's just a feeling in my heart and it's never a feeling in the heart of Dew!"
"It's Ibra, I don't want to talk about this. My mind's fucked up, I can't think of anything? Don't think, facing the Dew I'm too scared!" Abra lirih.
"Help brother be here and Dew keeps watching you from your balcony!" Ibra said casually, Abra immediately turned his head.
Abra saw Dewun staring at him. Dew's gaze was sad, clearly Abra saw the look on the sad face of Dewun. The reason Abra chose to stand by the pool. Instead of going inside the room, look at the sorrow from Dew's face.
"Sister, we were never close. Just trust me once. If Dewun never blames you. Avoiding it is not the right thing. Maybe even big brother's attitude will hurt his heart!" Ibra said briefly, then left Abra.
Abra looked up at the balcony of his room. Abra saw clearly the Dew that kept watching him. Abra saw the two arms of Dew clutching tightly to his arm. Dew signal is getting cold. Abra realized that Dew would not enter the room. As long as Abra is outside the house. Care without words that need not be explained.
Tap Tap Tap
Abra ran so fast to his room. Abra opened the door so hard. There's guilt tucked into Abra's heart. When he saw Dew standing in the middle of a cold night. Abra ran straight to the balcony of her room.
"Darling!" Sapa Abra was friendly, Dew turned his head. The Dew's face started to look pale. Anxious Abra, immediately pulled the body of the Dew in his deck.
"Thank you, you believe me!" Dew said softly, Abra nodded slowly. Abra clutched the Dew tightly, trying to warm the cold Dew's body and heart.
"I'm sorry, sorry!" Said Abra, while continuing to hold the Dew.
"Sister, forgive me for being the reason for your quarrel with mister Haykal!" Speak out with the rest of his strength.
Bruuukkk
"Grow up, wake up baby. Don't scare me!" Abra said worriedly, shortly after seeing Dew faint.
"Dear wake!" Abra said, holding the Dew towards the bed. But the eyes are very tired. His two eyes refused to open again.
"Darling, please wake up!" Abra said softly, while gently tucking the forehead Dewun.
"Darling!" Said Abra worriedly, grasping tightly the hand of the very cold Dewun.
"I'm sorry, sorry!" Abra said softly, right in the ear of Dewun.
