DEW PURITY

DEW PURITY
Small Request

"Well at 3!" Bisik Fahmi, Abra turned his head. He looks like a figure he misses so much.

Abra was aghast, between happy and surprised. Her two beautiful eyeballs locked onto the figure she so missed. Fahmi smiled at the happy look of his best friend. Long Fahmi never saw the face full of happiness. Now with his two eyes, Fahmi saw how happy Abra was? Instead Abra was awakened from his shock. Directly ran towards Dew, leaving the investors. Abra immediately forgot about the job. Despite his departure, accompanied by a gaze full of Haykal's anger.

"Grow!"

"It's done!" Dew said, Abra shook his head and turned to Fahmi.

"Then proceed, I just want to say goodbye. It's getting late, it's getting late. I'm afraid I'm going to be here!" Dew said, then pulled Abra's hand.

"Wait!" Abra said in a high tone. Without Abra coming to her senses, she pulled her hand just as Dew was about to kiss her.

Dew instantly fell silent, Abra's spontaneous demeanor clearly made Dew sad. But the Dew tried to calm his heart. He did not want to make the atmosphere even more murky. Dewun felt Abra's rude attitude, should not be the reason for his anger. Abra who began to realize his rude attitude. Directly pulling Dewun's hand, Abra tried to explain what happened. Dew remains Dew, cold and hard. Only silence, silence without the lawfulness that Abra received.

"Abra!" Shouted Haykal, Abra turned her head with a pias look. Clearly Abra saw the angry look of the father. But it seemed not to care about Haykal's anger. Abra immediately turned his gaze towards Dewun.

"Go, he's calling you. I have to go, I don't want to interrupt your work and answer!"

"But!" Abra said softly, a sense of disappointment was clearly heard from his voice.

"What else is it? I should have heard his screams a second time. So that he had a reason to curse and insult me again!"

"Grow, it's my birthday. At least we can have dinner together!" Abra said, Dew silently looked at Abra's nanar. It was as if Abra's sincere request was shaking his heart. But the pity of Dew, instantly vanished. As he looked at Haykal's cynical gaze. The dew immediately shook his head. Refusing to strictly Abra's request.

"Why?"

"Look behind you, stand some important people and equal to you. They're waiting for you, going to your birthday party. My duty as a wife is done. There's no reason I'm staying here!"

"What obligation?"

"Make yellow rice, the hallmark of your birthday celebration. Grandpa called me, he said that you really like yellow rice. I've also kept my promise, seeing you before I go home!" Dew said, then pulled back Abra's hand.

A simple tribute full of meaning was left in Abra's life. Dew kissed the back of Abra's hand, as a sign of Dew's approval on her. The lips of the Dew stick warmly in Abra's hands. A sign of service of a wife to the husband chosen by the father. The Dew passed through Abra without a word. The beginning of a separation is created that feels so quiet. Dew's footsteps, in tune with Abra's rumbling heartbeat.

"Darling!" Abra said, pulling Dewun's hand. When Dewun turned his head, Dewun's gaze hinted at a sense of incomprehension. The steps stopped, his feet stiffened. His body was frozen helpless with the look of his face adoring Abra.

"Sit's for today. At least for the most important day of my life!" Abra said, Dew lowered his head. Abra sighed, as if there was a heavy burden he was carrying.

"Your family!"

"They've been with me all this time. One day I'm with you, it won't disappoint them. Dozens of years of my life have just passed. Tonight, just tonight. Let me feel perfect to be around you!" Abra said, Dew fell silent.

"Abra, hurry!" Shouted Haykal, Abra did not turn her head. Abra didn't care about Haykal's scream. Abra only focused on Dew's answer.

"Why are you putting me in a difficult place?" Dew said softly, Abra stared expectantly at Dewun.

"Darling!"

"Well Abra, I'll come with you. Your little request makes me helpless. With all my heart, I will accept their cold eyes. But on one condition!" Speak Dewang firmly and loudly.

"What did they say about me? Don't you ever defend me. Quite silent to be my standard, support me with my decision. Don't ever ask or blame me!" Dew said, Abra looked at the Dew. There was a confused look on his face, but Abra believed there was a reason behind the condition that Dewara said.

"I agree!" Sahut Abra with a happy tone.

"Well, I'll wait for you at Abimata's house!" Dew said, Abra shook his head weakly.

"No longer are you waiting for me. Your place beside me, stepping through the twisting time. I'll pass every second of this happy night!" Said Abra, while pulling the hand of Dewun.

The two walked over to Haykal and Fahmi. Right in front of Haykal, Dew looked down and fell silent. The dew tried to calm his heart. He didn't want to be the reason for a fight. But he also will not be silent, if Haykal ignore his pride. Subjecting his head is not proof of fear. But an honor, for the father who had raised the priest of the hereafter.

"Why did you bring this woman?"

"Papa, she's my wife!" Sahut Abra's.

"Religiously!" Haykal said cynically, Fahmi approached. Patting Abra's shoulders gently, reminding Abra of the existence of investors. Fahmi didn't expect there to be any debate in today's meeting.

"Don't remind me, ask your foster father to keep his words!" Abra said, Fahmi shook his head weakly. He became cornered between two people with the same disposition.

"Abra, watch your talk!" Said Haykal emotion, Dew embraces Abra's arm. With a gaze full of gentleness, Dew calmed Abra's anger.

"By you I'll shut up!" Said Abra while grasping tightly the hand of Dewun.

"I may not love you yet, but seeing you is against your family. I really don't have the heart. You deserve to be happy with your family. Are they the family that raised you? I'm just the woman who stopped by in your life. I don't know how long I've been in your heart? To this day I never found the answer!" Inner Dew.

Finally the discussion stopped without a word. Abra drove the investors out of the company. Haykal is only accompanying, because Abra is now the leader. Abra takes full responsibility for the success of the company. When Abra was busy with her colleagues. Dew chooses the backmost walk. Dew tried to keep his position. All for the sake of self-esteem that no one else wants to step on.

"How does it feel to be a great mistress?" Haykal said cynically, Dew turned his head accompanied by a look of dislike Abra.

"I've never been happy with that status?"

"Purely!" Haykal said, Dew smiled knot. It was as if the Dew was laughing at Haykal's words.

"Status I received, only status without proof. In fact, I still stand on my feet. I haven't felt your son's hand holding me up. Every grain of rice I eat, not your son's sweat. Except for the love of my father who raised me. Every piece of cloth that protects my chastity, not the labors or gifts of your son. All this I got, thanks to the sincerity of my parents. Your son only has my body, but he hasn't fulfilled my right!"

"Please!" Haykal said inflamed, his hands raised. But swiftly Dew held him back. Abra was immediately inflamed, his hands clenched. He was angry at Haykal's rude attitude.

"Give me your hand, when you find my fault. But never raise your hand when you are ashamed of the facts I say. I'm staying here, all for your son's little wish. Not insulted by your arrogance!"

"You!" Haykal said in disbelief.

"Abra, we're leaving now. Or you still want to wait for your father's chosen woman to come!" Said Dew lantang.

"Who do you mean?" Abra did not understand.

"Ask your father, he certainly knows the most appropriate answer to your question!" Dew said cynically, then walked away from Abra.

"He heard it!" Batin Abra.
