I Know Who You Are

The morning sun in the sky of New York woke Japheth from his sleep. A pair of black irises tried to open itself. Japheth felt around him, he was surprised why there was a blanket on his body. Didn't he wear this body armor last night?

Japheth sat down on the sofa and looked at the wall clock in the room which had shown him at eight in the morning. He remembered that today was not the schedule of Hazal's entrance exam. Soon he rushed to his room to wake Hazal. Without knocking on the door first, though, he went into the room and found Hazal coming out of the bathroom wearing only a tosca green kimono towel with half wet hair beautifully arranged.

Hazal was shocked when Japheth was in front of him. "What are you doing here?"

"Sorry, I just wanted to wake you up, I thought you were still sleeping. Do you remember today was your entrance exam schedule?" japheth, who looked nervous, saw Hazal who looked very beautiful this morning.

"Yes.I remember. Quickly come out.I want to get ready." pinta Hazal who encouraged Japheth to come out of his room.

While waiting for Hazal to get ready, Japheth made them breakfast. For about ten minutes, Hazal came out of the room and the smell of toast tempted her sense of smell.

"Wow, you made the worms in my stomach rebel" cried Hazal who was beside Japheth. The man was taking the toast from his toaster.

"You want to?" japheth asked Hazal. The man offered his homemade bread.

Hazal was about to take the toast, but then Japheth pulled his hand back.

"You !!" he cried Hazal who glared at Japheth's attitude.

"Wait for me !! I'll get ready first." said Japheth who walked straight to his room.

Hazal stared at the toast in front of him. This time he actually felt extremely hungry, wanting him to immediately devour the bread. "Why was he in the room so long?" muttered Hazal.

Hazal's hand was about to take the toast, but he was surprised by Japheth's cry.

"Come on Japheth, hurry up. I am very hungry." pinta Hazal who was sitting on the dining chair.

Japheth came out of his room, the scent of mint gushing in his footsteps. Wearing a black body fit shirt, Japheth approached Hazal. Japheth took his toast, cut it and put it in Hazal's mouth. She feeds Hazal with the first piece of her bread.

"Don't you just say you're starving?" japheth asked after he had finished feeding Hazal.

"I can do it myself !!" ketus Hazal was greeted with a smile by Japheth.

Finally Japheth and Hazal finished their breakfast. Then they immediately went to the campus in a Japheth car. Japheth drove his car quickly, about twenty minutes they had arrived at Columbia University. Japheth accompanies Hazal to enter the examination hall. But before they parted, Japheth drew Hazal's hand to draw near to him and said...

"Thank you for the blanket you gave me. I'll wait for you in the cafeteria. I hope you succeed."

Hazal replied with a sweet smile, and slowly taking off Japheth's hand, the girl stepped into the examination hall and looked for her seat.

After collecting her answer sheet, Hazal rushed out of the exam room. I don't think today's entrance exam lasted three hours. The girl immediately searched the cafeteria on this campus. There was no signboard providing information on where the cafeteria was located.

"I forgot to ask Japheth where the cafeteria is. I don't know anyone here."

Then he tried asking someone he met. It just so happened that the person was an old student there, so Hazal got the information of the cafeteria from him.

Hazal stepped out of his legs following the instructions he had found. In the middle of the road he runs into a group of students who are talking about something, actually Hazal does not care about them. But somehow his steps came to a halt when he heard one of the students mention Japheth's name.

Without further ado, Hazal asked them.

"Excuse me, I heard you mention Japheth by name..What do you mean Japheth Aksal?"

"Yes..you know him?"

"Yes.we are from the same area in Turkey. Do you know Japheth Aksal?"

"Not only know, but he's my ex-lover."

"Former lover?" Hazal was surprised to hear the answer from one of the girls.

"Are you a freshman here? I don't think I've seen you."

"Yes.I'll be in this year."

"Thank God, you will not be his victim. Because I heard she graduated yesterday" said another student.

"The victim? Meanin? I don't understand what you're talking about." asked the confused Hazal.

"Ahh. It's none of your business either. Let's go." The four students were about to leave Hazal.

"Wait...could you tell me about Japheth Aksal during his time at this college? Because he was the son of my father's friend." Hazal asked them.

"You want to know the new kid?" exclaim one of them who seems to be the leader of this horde.

"Yes" replied Hazal.

"Yafet Aksal is a big-time playboy at this college. Who does not know about that handsome young man? This entire campus knew it, he would chase after the beautiful girls, once the girl was already deceived by him, he would leave her, like trash !!" the student exclaimed with emotion.

"You must be lying..have you ever experienced it?"

"Hahahaha. This girl is so innocent. I told you earlier, that I was one of her ex-lovers. On this campus the former lover of Japheth was dozens. You will be the next victim !!!"

"It's Alice, you don't scare her. Later he will phobia to all hahahahha men." said one of the other students reminded their leader.

"If you don't believe me, you can find an art major named Selina Howard. He was Japheth's longest and last lover. But I heard that she had also just broken up from Japheth, that Selina was like a cheap girl, had been dumped by Japheth, but she was still going after that jerk." the student named Alice said to Hazal.

Then the sorority died alone, Hazal. Hazal did not expect that Japheth's behavior on this campus was so bad. Different inverse with his attitude to himself all this time. "Am I wrong to judge him? Is it because I haven't known him for too long? So I don't know the bad side of him?"

"No Hazal, you only hear from a few people, not necessarily all their words about Japheth are true."

The words of the students had upset Hazal's heart. He rushed to the cafeteria and asked Japheth directly.

"Stop crying, forget Japheth. Why can't you move on from that jerk?"

"I love her so much, my heart ached so much when she decided on me, just because she was tired of me, she left me and went out to date Selina Howard."

"Japheth also broke up with Selina. I think they broke up for the same reason, and there's something more exciting about her than Selina. I hope that jerk gets his karma!!" said the female student wearing the yellow shirt with her sarcasm.

"Sstt. Look at Selina there, she's about to approach Japheth."

Hazal's eyes were fixed on the girl with a height of 170cm more with sexy white clothes for the size of a female student and black hair draped. He saw the girl approaching a group of men. Four men were sitting at a table, about two meters from Hazal. Hazal looked at the four men, and he recognized one of them. Japheth was among the four men.

"So this girl's name is Selina Howard."

Then Hazal chose a seat near the table of Japheth. But Hazal covered her face with her book and the sunglasses she carried in her bag.

"Japheth will not recognize me and I will be free to hear and notice his behavior from here."

As Selina stood behind Japheth, the girl boldly embraced Japheth from behind in front of her friends, and kissed Japheth's cheek. Hazal's foster sister was shocked by Selina's behavior. Japheth immediately removed Selina's hand from her neck.

"Are you crazy Selina?" ask Japheth to the girl.

"Yes..I'm crazy, Japheth !! I'm crazy about you. Yesterday I saw you holding another girl, who is she?"

"It's none of your business?" japheth cried fiercely.

"Well, did you bring the girl to New York? ask Jason to Japheth.

"Girl ? A pretty girl?" david asked them all.

"Yes.beautiful girl. She's a Turkish girl." Jason explained.

"Why haven't I heard this news? Why don't you introduce her to us? Is he Selina's replacement?" asked Lee who deliberately lit the embers in Selina's heart.

But Japheth did not respond to their words, he was busy with his drink and watched his watch. 'Why have you been so long, Hazal, have your exams been over?"

"Yaphet...answer me? Who's the girl? I'm not gonna let you hook up with another girl. You belong to me Japheth. Just mine. Is it because of him, you decided on me? Just like you did to the other girls before me?" fierce Selina the attractive black shirt of Japheth.

Japheth releases Selina's hand from the collar of her shirt.

"It's Selina already.Maybe that girl will be her fate just like you and the others. Left behind by Japheth with a broken heart." said one of the other students sitting opposite them who heard Selina and Japheth quarrel.

"Close your mouth !!! Don't interfere in our affairs !!" japheth shouted at the student.

"Isn't what I said true? How many girls have been heartbroken because of you !! Do you deserve to be called the best graduate of this college? You're an asshole !!!" reply to that student.

Without saying much, Japheth immediately approached the student, and Japheth quickly threw his fist at the student. The student seemed to stagger, Japheth was about to beat him up but his friends immediately broke them.

Hazal, who had seen and heard them all, was shocked by Japheth's behavior.

"So all those student words were right. The Japheth I knew in Turkey was different from the Japheth in New York. All phony. How can I stay one roof with a jerk like him? How can I love a man like this? Do mom and dad know?"

After a successful fight in the stampede, the student left them and walked out of the cafeteria. Then Selina approached Japheth, and took hold of the man's hand.

"We're not finished yet Japheth, I'll make sure you'll regret throwing me away !!" she threatened Selina to her ex-boyfriend.

Japheth's hands, still clenched, tried to calm himself by sipping his cold drink.

"Japheth..What is Jason saying?" ask Lee.

"I don't want to talk about it" Japheth said.

Suddenly Hazal stood up from his seat, and walked toward the table of Japheth. The girl took off her sunglasses. Her eyes looked wet behind her beautiful face. The three friends of Japheth were astonished by the presence of the beautiful girl in front of them. Japheth was surprised to see Hazal already in front of him.

"I've heard it all, Japheth. I didn't think you were that kind of guy. I've misjudged you. From today I will move out of your apartment" Hazal said in Turkish, which was not understood by Japheth's three friends. Then Hazal ran out.

"The hazal.....Hazal. We need to talk." Japheth said in Turkish, as soon as he ran after Hazal.

"They know each other? They speak Turkish?" david asked his two friends.

"Is she the Turkish girl that Japheth brought?" ask Lee to Jason.

"I think it's like her. I just got a glimpse of his face on Japheth's phone." Jason said.

"Oh my God.
