Finally

After a High Court ruling sentenced defendant Harun Fallay to death, the old fox was transferred to a special prison with a super high level of security. The prison is actually for inmates who have been sentenced to life imprisonment. The prosecution put Aaron in prison until his execution.

For a week, Hazal watches over Aaron's movements in the prison outside Istanbul. He did not want Aaron to escape. For seven days, the prosecutor stayed at the warden's place and never met Aaron.

Aaron's face was lethargic when an officer gave a special uniform to the inmates to be executed.

"It's not time yet. Why are you carrying that shirt now?" asked Aaron in a soft voice. He was sitting on a wooden board for his bed.

"This is the rule. Don't ask too many questions. You better get your heart ready" said the officer, putting the new uniform next to Aaron. The officer came out immediately.

Aaron looked at the dark blue uniform. With a row of numbers on the chest, the numbers are his name and identity while in prison.

The middle-aged man had not expected that the end of his life would end like this. If time could be rotated, of course, at this time he still breathes free air. His son would still be alive even if he were to become a grandfather. Play with his granddaughter and enjoy his old age.

Aaron was led by two officers to approach the execution stage. His heart thumped fiercely at the hanging pole that was already in front of him.

"Well," said one of the officers who led Aaron to the stage.

Aaron climbed the five steps to get to the stage. The hanging pole was getting closer to his face. He stared at the low-light room a few meters away from where he was standing.

For a moment Aaron saw that someone was in the room. The sunlight blocked his view at this moment. Before the officer put his head into the rope hole, a voice called out his name.

"Aaron Fallay's death row, before the gallows end your life. Is there anything you want to say to your last message?" A heavy voice belonged to someone.

Aaron kept trying to see the figure peeking at him from the room.

"Hazal...!" aaron shouted with his loud voice. "Don't hide you! If you want to see my death, come down here! Don't be a coward!"

Hazal was shocked to hear the cry of Aaron who recognized him. Both of his lips seemed to tremble and he clenched both of his palms.

It's just the two of us, Aaron. You and me! But you haven't changed! Don't blame me if today is the end of your life.

"My last message was I never regretted killing your parents, Hazal! But I regret and deeply regret killing Kenan!" shouted Aaron loudly.

Hazal's bead eyes turned red with her sharp eyes.

Until this moment, you didn't even beg me for forgiveness, Aaron!

When one of the officers was about to cover his head, Aaron saw Kenan smiling towards him. His son held out one of his hands to him. "Dad, I'm coming to pick you up."

"Ken...." Aaron's voice was stuck in his throat as the black cloth had already covered his head.

Officers immediately put Aaron's head to the gallows. Without anyone knowing, Aaron shed his tears when he saw his son.

"In a countdown of ten... nine. eight... seven.. six.. five..... four...." There were sobs on Aaron behind the black cloth that covered his entire face.

"Dad, come with me."

"Three. two.... Do it!" shouted the officer.

As soon as he heard the word carry out, the executioner immediately pulled the lever beside him. The floor of the stage was immediately open. The rope snared Aaron's neck, leaving him hanging between heaven and earth.

Hazal closed both of her eyelids when the execution took place. The tears flowing down his face.

"It's all done!"
