The two sons got into the car to go to the hospital where Ozcan was being treated. Along the way, there was no sound of debate between them. Only silence exists.
The hospital where Ozcan was treated is not far from Hazal's party. About ten minutes they both arrived in front of the hospital lobby. Then they walked towards the ER room.
Ozcan was lying weakly in an ER bed, he lost a lot of his body fluids, so doctors asked him for hospitalization.
"Hi, Ozcan. How are you doing? I heard from Japheth that you fell in the bathroom of the hotel lobby because of a stomachache" Hazal said to her schoolmate.
"Not too good, Hazal. How did you come here with him? Do you know each other?" ozcan asked Hazal to see the girl coming alone with the man she met in the hotel lobby toilet.
"Oh, he's my brother. His name was Japheth Aksal" said Hazal, who introduced Japheth as his brother to Ozcan.
For Hazal's safety, her adoptive parents ask Hazal to hide her identity, so she never tells anyone she is the adopted daughter of the Aksal family.
"I didn't know you had an older brother. I thought you were the only child of the Aksal family" Ozcan said.
"My brother has been living and studying abroad for a long time, because of my birthday he went back to Istanbul" Hazal said.
After hearing Hazal's explanation of Japheth, Hazal's schoolmate reached out to meet Japheth. She thought if I could be her brother's friend, I could be close to Hazal.
Japheth, upset by Hazal's concern for Ozcan, did not return Ozcan's hand. Seeing Japheth's indifference, Hazal lowered Ozcan's hand, and told the friend, "Here you go, you don't need to introduce yourself, didn't you meet? My brother doesn't like to get along with new people."
Japheth wanted to answer Hazal's statement about him. But Hazal quickly stepped on Japheth's feet so that his foster brother would not speak. The man also grimaced in pain.
"Hazal, happy birthday huh," Ozcan said as he extended his hand to the girl.
Ozcan then gives Hazal a bouquet of roses and a greeting card. Ozcan enlisted the help of his mother to buy a new bouquet of roses at a nearby flower shop. While the old bouquet of flowers left in his car.
"This is beautiful Ozcan!" ahazal praised the flower the young man gave. The girl opened the greeting card in the bouquet and read it,
"Happy Birthday Hazal. I'm sorry I can't be your dance partner tonight. Thank you for the time you gave me during our rehearsal together a few days ago. From someone who admires you, Ozcan Denizer."
Hazal smiled sweetly after reading the greeting card. Japheth, who did not like to see it, pretended to look at his watch. Invite Hazal to come home soon, as it's already very night for a visit.
Then Hazal said goodbye to Ozcan and said hopefully he would get well soon while patting his friend's shoulder.
Out of the hospital, the two of them continued on their way home. The journey from the hospital to the house of the Aksal family was quite far, as they had to turn the road.
🔥❤️🔥❤️
"Why did you tell your friend I was your brother?" japheth's Protest on Hazal.
"Isn't it true that you're my brother? My foster sister is more precise. It's just that you know you want to acknowledge me as your sister." Hazal answered ketus.
"Because you're not my sister and I don't want a sister like you!" japheth exclaimed as his gaze looked ahead at the highway.
Japheth's words pierced Hazal's heart. The girl turned her face towards the side window.
"Their friend likes you. Have you ever kissed her?" tanya Japheth continued his talk.
"Basic perverted men! He's not like you who kisses a girl he just met! After all in the dance scene earlier there shouldn't be a kiss scene!" peekit Hazal's.
"I mean I'm the first one to kiss you?" ask Japheth with a smile.
Hazal didn't answer her brother's question. He was lazy to respond to a question from Japheth. The girl turned her eyes back to the window.
They kept quiet for a while. Soluble in their minds.
Japheth remembered that at the feast Hazal had not said goodbye to his parents, they must have been confused looking for Hazal.
"Take your cell phone and call your father or mother, tell them you're coming home with me". Japheth said breaking the sound of silence in the car.
Hazal took her phone from her party bag. In contact with her foster mother. The girl told her mother that she went home with Japheth.
Meral is shocked when Hazal tells her that her adopted daughter is going home with her son.
Is Japheth already in Istanbul? Why didn't the boy see me?
"alright boy. Be careful on the road. If Japheth is being rude to you, tell Mother" Meral told her adopted daughter. After Hazal answered her mother's words, the girl turned off her phone.
"What did my mother say?" japheth asked Hazal.
"Say mother, if you are being rude to me, I must report you to my mother" replied Hazal, who deliberately told her the truth so that Japheth would not be rude to her.
Japheth stepped on the brake suddenly. Hazal's head almost hit the glass in front of the car.
"Well, are you crazy to stop the car all of a sudden?" asked Hazal in a high voice.
Japheth got out of the car, closed the door hard and Hazal followed him from behind.
"I should be angry! Why doesn't anyone think of me as a good boy. Just because of what happened twelve years ago, you guys punished me to this extent, dumping me into a faraway place, like the trash of society!" japheth yelled at Hazal's car. A face full of disappointment.
"If it wasn't for your birthday, my mother wouldn't have told me to go back to Istanbul!" jerhet shouted while pointing and staring at Hazal.
"You think you're the one who suffered? My mom, dad and I are suffering too. They had to part with their own biological children!" shouts Hazal in her high tone.
"Omong empty! You must be happy in that house, right?" Japheth with emotion gripped Hazal's open arm.
Hazal breathed deeply. The ball of fire in his heart seemed to want him to spew out, he could no longer bear it, as Japheth continued to accuse him and stared at him sharply.
"Do you think I'm happy? Meet a little boy who is hostile to me. When I wanted to be friends with him, he locked me in a dark warehouse, he hated me so much!" he cried Hazal staring intently at Japheth's bead.
Hazal began to raise his face upwards, his bead had already started to turn red.
"I know why she hates me, because she thinks I'm gonna take her parents' love." Hazal's voice began to tremble, the clear crystal liquid had already descended soaking his make-up-covered face.
"Do you know? Father and mother punish you for staying in a dorm, sending you to study abroad, and you can enjoy your freedom, do whatever you want! As for me..," Hazal's sobs began to break. The brown eye bead and the pointed nose were already flushed. Hazal wiped her tears.
"I was home alone, with no friends without siblings, your parents sent me to my favorite school, kept me safe and didn't let me out of the house. They thought that I would be happy, but that's not what I wanted" Hazal said. Japheth was stunned to hear the words of his adoptive brother.
"With your departure without a word makes me even more guilty. Guilty of taking his place in the house of the house of Aksal, guilty of having taken the heart and the affection of your parents, guilty of having to leave that house was me not you!" pekik Hazal took out all his uneg-uneg.
"I should have been in an orphanage with the other orphans. Not in the luxurious house of the Aksal family. I'm sorry.I don't want to take all this from you" Hazal said. Now his heart was relieved to have expressed all his heart all this time. The girl came back crying. Both of his shoulders began to shake.
Japheth, who had been silent for a while, silently listened to Hazal's heart, immediately approached the girl. She wiped Hazal's tears gently. Then he hugged his adoptive sister in his arms and buried the girl's face in his chest that was fielded. Hazal's cry became increasingly a feeling of her foster sister's embrace.
Guilt approached Japheth for accusing and doing evil to Hazal.
"I'm sorry. I should have said this twelve years ago. But I have no chance to tell you this" said Japheth, who still hugged Hazal.
"That night I saw you pass out and you haven't opened your eyes. At that time I was really sorry for what I did to you. Please forgive me" said Japheth with teary eyes.
"I forgive you, Japheth," said Hazal, sobbing.
Japheth took off his embrace from Hazal. He held Hazal's cheeks with both hands, looking at the girl's face gently.
"really? Have you forgiven me?" japheth asked as if he could not believe what he had just heard.
Hazal nodded his head.
"Yes Japheth, yes, I have forgiven you" replied Hazal, who was still crying and whose hands touched Japheth's shoulders.
Japheth kissed Hazal's hand holding one of his shoulders.
"Will you come back from the beginning? Is your friendship offer still valid now?"
"Yes. Do you want to be my friend?" hazal asked, repeating the question he asked twelve years ago.
"I want to be your friend, Hazal. Even I want to be your closest person" replied Japheth.
The song "You Are The Reason" - Colrum Scott from one of the stores near them.
***
I'd climb every mountain
(I climbed every mountain)
Swim every ocean
(And plumbed into every ocean)
Just to be with you
(Just to be with you)
Fix what I've broken
(And fix what I have destroyed)
Oh, 'Cause I need you to see
(Oh, because I want you to know)
That you are the reason
(That's why you are)

This pair of human children hugged each other again. They are like the characters in this song. The feeling that had been stored for a long time, was finally revealed. No more feeling of guilt, hate or competition. The flag of peace between them was flying. The iceberg has melted. There are no more "cats" and "dogs" for either of them.
