One week after the second trial, Hazal received a letter from the High Court. His appeal against Aaron's case was granted by the second-degree court.
In his study he tried to stand on his own without the help of his crutches, slowly clinging to his walls and desk. His desire to walk normally grew stronger, he did not want to rely on that wooden stick.
Doctors had expected his recovery about eight weeks after the accident. Four weeks have passed, he can't wait to see progress on his left foot.
Slowly but surely, he was now standing on both feet. His left foot touched the floor.
"I can stand up!" he cried with joy.
He tried to move his left foot forward. Hazal pulled her eyelids shut because of the pain and pain that spread from the tip of her left leg to the waist. He put his left foot on the floor and pulled his right foot to be parallel to his left foot.
"Open...!" Hazal lost her balance and hit the cabinet shelf in front of her.
"Alforce Hazal...!" exclaimed the Chief Prosecutor who had appeared behind Hazal. The man heard a noise in the room as he was about to knock on the door.
Hazal tried to hold her body with both hands attached to the cabinet shelf, then pulled her legs parallel to her body.
"I'm fine, Chief Prosecutor," replied Hazal who saw the Chief Prosecutor coming over to him.
"You better not push yourself, Attorney Hazal," the Chief Prosecutor said, giving Hazal a pair of crutches. The female prosecutor accepted the Chief Prosecutor's grant and propped her body up with the assistive device.
With the help of his crutches, Hazal approached his superior who was standing in front of the window.
"Worker Hazal, are you sure of your appeal?" ask the Chief Prosecutor who saw Hazal's side face.
"I'm very sure, Mr. Onur. I've never been this sure in my life." Hazal's tone sounded cold. His eyes did not look at the interlocutor.
"Aren't you sorry you're going to punish your in-laws?" The man didn't mean to ask for Hazal's mercy.
Hazal just grinned in response to a question from her superior.
"Second and son-in-law. If there was a connection between me and Aaron. Then I'll take care of her life like my own parents." Hazal smiled faintly at the face of his superior.
"But unfortunately, the relationship never existed! Even though he was the father of the man who had married me!" The man saw a flash of sadness, anger and destruction from Hazal's bead.
"alright. Hopefully everything goes well" said the Chief Prosecutor, who immediately exited Hazal's room.
Hazal picked up a thick red card. The card was shaped like a sword without a handle. Every prosecutor who handles criminal cases must have the card. The card signifies a final plea by the Prosecutor to the Assembly of Judges.

Third trial (Ganding)
The atmosphere outside the High Court Building was more bustling than ever before. This trial is touted as the last trial aka the final deciding session of Aaron Fallay's life journey.
"Will Aaron Fallay be free from all his charges?" So the newspaper today.
As usual, two officers led Aaron into the courtroom. He was standing in a cage made of wood about one meter high. His body was seen towering in the middle of the room, as the wooden cell was placed on top of a seventy-five-centimeter-high rung.
"The Istanbul Municipal High Court hearing, which examined criminal case number 123456 on behalf of Aaron Fallay on Monday, May 18, 2020, was declared open and open to the public," said the Chief Justice who opened the trial and then tapped the hammer three times.
The Court of Justice has finished examining all the files provided by the District Court.
"Defend Aaron Fallay, are you currently in good health and ready to attend the trial?" ask the Assembly of Judges which consists of only one person.
"I am ready, Your Majesty," said Aaron with his eyes looking down.
"What about the Defender and the Prosecutor?" The judge asked Hazal and Aaron's lawyer.
"I am ready, Your Majesty," said the two men together.
"Please the defendant to present his defense" said the Judge, who gave Aaron the opportunity to speak first.
Aaron opened the letter he had made. The officer gave the microphone to the middle-aged man.
"I am defendant Harun Fallay as I have stated in the first and second trials, that I reject the decision of the District Court's Judge who gave me a life sentence!" cried Aaron who still insisted wanted to fight for his freedom.
"The indictment that the Prosecutor gave was solely based on his personal vendetta against me. The indictment was only subjective, because of his hatred towards me. Therefore please consider Your Majesty to review my case, and replace Prosecutor Hazal Aksal with another prosecutor." Aaron has finished reading out his defense.
All of the congregation's visitors laughed at Aaron's words, which were considered the most ridiculous defense they had ever heard. The atmosphere of the room began to grow noisy. The judge was forced to knock his hammer three times to calm the mood.
"What about the defense brother? Is there anything you want to say?" ask the Judge.
"I represent the defendant Aaron Fallay raised objections to the decision given by the District Court!" exclaim the lawyer. "Please Your Majesty re-examine this matter."
The Judge rereads the arraignment and the evidence of the previous hearing. Until then the government official let out his voice.
"Based on the indictment that has been submitted by the Prosecutor and there is nothing that can prove that the defendant's brother is innocent. Thus with this appeal the objection of the Defenders is rejected!" exclaim the Assembly of Judges loudly and knock the hammer three times.
Aaron's reddened face held back his emotions. His anger had reached his head. Right now he can only wait for what Hazal will bring to the Assembly of Judges. So did the lawyer who looked at Hazal's face.
"Please the Prosecutor make his appeal," said the Assembly of Judges who set their sights on Hazal.
Hazal stood up slowly from his chair. All eyes were waiting for what came out of the mouth of the prosecutor.
"Thank you to Your Majesty for accepting my appeal. I represent the families of the victims of the murder committed by defendant Harun Fallay object to the District Court's decision to only give the defendant a life sentence of imprisonment" Hazal said clearly and unequivocally.
"Please Your Majesty grant my objections and the families of the victims so that justice may be served." Hazal turned his gaze to the Judge.
The atmosphere of the room was silent again. There was only the sound of the clock on the wall and on the wrists. It was as if they were all holding their breath waiting for the words of the giver of justice.
"Defence accepted!" the Assembly of Judges.
Although the Judge had already accepted the objection raised by Hazal, but no one wanted to cheer or cry first. They are still waiting for the trial until the final decision.
"Please the Prosecutor bring his charges to the defendant" said the Assembly of Judges who uphold his body in his high chair.
Hazal stood up slowly from his chair, grasping something in his hand. Everyone started to hold their breath.
"I, Prosecutor Hazal Aksal on behalf of the constitution of Turkish law prosecute defendant Harun Fallay who has been found guilty of the DEATH penalty!" hazal shouted while throwing the red card in his hand onto the floor. His eyes stared at the red card.
The Judge and everyone in the courtroom were shocked to see the sacred card issued by Hazal.
"K*you're a woman j*lang!" aaron spoke loudly and his face was red. The old fox did not care where he was at the moment. His lawyer was embarrassed.
"Defend Aaron Fallay!" shouted the Assembly of Judges who rebuked Aaron's attitude.
The entire congregation looked like they were rubbing their palms. The day they fretted in anxiety awaiting the final outcome of the trial.
"Please Your Majesty grant my demands" Hazal said firmly.
Throughout his career as a prosecutor, Hazal has never demanded the death penalty to his defendants. Only for this time, he hoped that the Judge would grant his request.
The judge pointed his microphone in front of his mouth preparing to read out his verdict today.
"Istanbul City High Court Trial, Istanbul, who examined criminal case number 123456 on behalf of Aaron Fallay on Monday, May 18, 2020 stated that defendant Harun Fallay was found guilty of premeditated murder of a married couple Erkan and Ayla Danners. Guilty of committing premeditated murder of a lawyer named Alfred. Guilty of committing an accidental murder of his own son, Kenan Fallay. Guilty of murdering some of his men."
"Then the High Court decided to give the DEATH SENTENCE to defendant Harun Fallay. This decision of the High Court is absolute and of permanent legal force."
"As regulated by Turkish law, the execution of the Death Penalty will take place on May 25, 2020, one week from now."
After the Assembly of Judges read out its verdict, three taps of hammers were heard which signified the verdict was legal in the eyes of the law.
Everyone cheered in joy after hearing the final result of today's trial except Aaron. At the end of the trial, the old fox unceasingly shouted in rejection of the results of the trial. All his defenders walked in lethargicly accepting his defeat.
