Alice & Alicia: Religious Twin Daughter

Alice & Alicia: Religious Twin Daughter
Mainne's Accident

"How did it go?" ask Alice worriedly. The physician who came in the earliest shook his head. He apologized profusely.

"I am not aware of the illness suffered by Princess Hamra. This symptom has never appeared before" said the healer, kneeling and trembling hands. On his right and left, the knights lined up making a posse. They were ready to take any orders from their princess.

"Yes, Princess. If we act rashly, it could even hurt Princess Hamra even more," another healer opened his voice. There are three doctors there. One who lived in Aurelis City and the other two were traveling healers who happened to pass by.

"I understand. Thank you for your hard work," Alice let them go. He sighed and looked at each other with Rosemary who accompanied him in the hijab. They are clearly both worried.

"Tabib of Saville was checking. Hopefully they can find something" said Rosemary lirih.

The auditorium remains open after the break. In the afternoon session, the residents sounded calmer. Rumors about the illness of one of the scholarly girls have spread rapidly. Like a fire that burns oil. They sympathized with him. It could be, the girl was sick of exhaustion from taking care of them.

When the shadow of the body was longer than the host, the auditorium was closed. People left without much protest like this morning. They understand the problems that are happening to their expectations. So, they can't keep interfering.

"How is he now?" ask Alice when she gets to the hotel.

"He's sleeping now. All this afternoon, he continued to feel pain" Akilla explained. There was clearly sadness and worry on the face of the hooded girl. He was very confused when he saw Mainne convulsing and suffering. "Tabib of Saville gave him a dope to calm down."

"Will the physician of Saville be able to cure him?" Rosemary asked worriedly. Akilla shook his head not knowing, "They were talking about things I didn't know. Maybe it's Saville. I just know that they're very serious about checking it out."

"I'm sorry. I'm making you guys work too much" murmured Alice softly. Rosemary and Akilla were silent. They saw tears welling up in Alice's eyes.

"No, it's not your fault, Alice," Akilla panicked. He could not bear to see Alice crying, "We did not overdo it at work. We're all fine."

"Ta .. but, Mainne ...," Alice sobbed. Her tears are really spilling. Guilt is burning. Rosemary and Akilla had calmed her down.

"That's really not your fault, Alice," entertained Aria who had just come out of Mainne's room, "Mainne is not such a weak girl. He is very strong and active. I'm sure there are other factors that affect his health."

"Right, please don't blame yourself like this. We're sad when you're sad" Rosemary said gently, "We'd better see her now."

Aristia looked over as her comrades entered. He heard their chatter outside. His eyes were on Mainne. Face pale. Her face water was clouded by suffering all this afternoon. Now he is asleep under a soft white blanket.

"Is he probably poisoned?" Akilla asked to make sure. Aristia shook her head, "Tabib said, no poison has been detected. If he's poisoned, we'll get poisoned. We've all eaten the same food since morning."

"Then, what happened to him?" Rosemary had been asking the same question since last afternoon. Aria, Akilla, and Aristia compactly shook their heads. They don't know either.

"Blood vomiting is caused by a variety of things. At this time, the equipment for the diagnosis of the disease is inadequate," Anna came to bring the news, "We must immediately bring Mainne to the capital tomorrow. Saville will do her best to take care of her. Healing is from God."

"What about the business here?" Rosemary remembers her unfinished work.

"We have received word that Count de Bourne will be here soon. She is a confidant of Duchess Evianna. So, we can trust her," Anna sat down beside Alice, stroking the now silent girl's shoulder.

"I will stay here" Aria said softly as usual, but could still be heard. He immediately revealed the reason, "I'm sure something is not right in this city. Mainne wasn't that weak girl until she vomited blood from exhaustion."

"What are you gonna do?" Anna asked unsure.

That bond is faith in the Supreme Lord, does not associate with Him, and surrenders to Him. As the daughter of the Ernest Family, Aria was well aware of that. His family was part of a family that embraced pure monotheistic beliefs.

"Miss Aria, it's dangerous" Anna warned. He said seriously. His investigation did come to fruition, but it was not wise to involve the scholarly girl.

"I will stay, too" said Alice, who began to control her emotions in support of Aria, but with a different motive, "I have to monitor the review in this city directly."

"Then I'll keep you company" Rosemary came to stay. He looked at Acilla and Aristia, "You two go back first. We're handing Mainne over to you. May God soon give him healing."

"We understand," Akilla and Aristia answered compactly. The discussion was completed without involving Anna's opinion. The dayang crown princess as well as the guardian of the intellectual girls can only resign.

"Hah ..," Anna sighed dearly, "I'll also accompany you then. "Please don't act rashly. Madam Florence will take Mainne home."

...***...

"One delivered, the other failed" murmured a dark-hooded psychic. He banged on his wooden table pissed. On that table, there were messy magic and witchcraft tools.

These include two types of hair that are equally dark. One tends to tan, the other is reddish. Two types of hair rolls were given by the messenger Preves Puliu. He only needed one, but was given two. He was confused as to where his target belonged. If it's wrong, it could cost him a lot.

"Momo, you're so stupid. From now on, that reddish hair you can't magic. Though the other one so in one try," taunted another psychic. He also chuckles spookily. His grin would scare any little child who saw him.

"Mom, you couldn't either. Don't cut me that way. This hair should have been hit, but my jinn immediately ran away when he saw the owner," Momo quibbled. Mother chuckled back. He came forward to take over the work of his friend, "Foolish Momo. Here I take."

"Curtain, very arrogant. Though earlier you have failed and immediately gave up," ledek Momo. He ruffled his waist beside Aunt with an annoyed face.

"Shut up! I failed because you kept on babbling earlier," said Mother. He refocused on the dark reddish hair and muttered the mantra.

Momo's waiting. Then, he waited. Then, he waited. He was upset when he saw Bibu incessantly cast a spell since noon. Now, the sun was about to sink and the arrogant psychic was also unfinished.

"Enough! You're just as stupid, too" Momo scolded later. He also patted Bibu's shoulder so upset. The arrogant psychic immediately gasped in shock and put on a gloomy face.

"You! You're making me fail again" accuse Bibu.

"Omong empty! Since the beginning you have failed," Momo replied to stab Bibu, "Quick say! How many times have you cast a spell?"

Mother speechless. Where does he know. He had it repeated many times, but there was no response. So, he doesn't count it anymore.

"Look! You're as stupid as I am" Momo said. Mother looked down. His mouth gawked, hinting that he did not want to admit it.

Dorothy chuckled at the two foolish psychics. His laughter was so sinister that the wild animals in the forest were terrified. He had expected that they would not be able to bewitch Alice.

Deep in the other part of the forest, two people were also observing the psychic with his binoculars. They counted the number of witches found and reported them with thin devices. It also records the geographical data of the surrounding environment. After the report reaches the superiors, an ambush will be carried out immediately.
