AGENT: The Agent of Mutants

AGENT: The Agent of Mutants
80. Individualism

Three days later.

[Author's POV]

Three days had passed since Jack and Hera's private conversation, the five of them were doing well, at least since then no bad events had been caused by Hera. The girl started to be able to control her strength slowly. Although it can not be called 'master' his strength, but still quite.

Meanwhile, three days have passed that Jack has used to try to familiarize himself with the four mutants who will be his new partner.

The change in mood between them was already beginning to show. However, due to Jack's nature is cold and closed, so sometimes he himself still accidentally gives a tense, cold, and creepy atmosphere to his four friends.

Hera, Alex, and Axelia's relationship is also getting closer. Arguably, the three of them were the fastest to become familiar with each other.

Jack, who is always burdened with the status of 'leader' on his shoulders, is also seen trying to blend in more often. He knows clearly, a group of teams if not close enough, where can be solid later?

Alice was the only one who still fortified herself from the four friends. It was as if he was putting up a wall to separate himself from the others.

Apparently, who will learn a lot about the importance of friendship is Alice later.

"Today you will practice controlling power" said Professor Ally, glancing at the five before her one by one.

The five mutants were already in the middle of the field, they were listening to Professor Ally's instructions regarding the exercises today.

Alice was folding her hands indifferently while looking the other way. Jack next to her was listening to Ally intently, but expressionlessly. Axelia is also watching Professor Ally, but she is often distracted by Jack's handsome face next to her. Meanwhile, Alex did not listen at all, he was busy asking the condition of Hera who was next to him, was his sleep good? What dream was last night? And other pleasantries.

"Therefore, today you will learn the mastery of your superpowers for 9 hours. Time off will only be given twice." said Ally again.

The good weather today made the sun shine on their faces gently, and not too hot. It's a great opportunity to make them even more familiar, isn't it?

Ally smiled in anguish.

He had planned this from yesterday. The rest of the time they had stayed a little, but the five of them were still not familiar enough with each other (more precisely, with Alice). 'How will the teamwork go smoothly this way? I have to do something.' he said inwardly.

"But this time, I'll split you into groups. There are two, and there are three. The members of his group I would change every two hours." continued Ally, making all pairs of eyes look at him in shock. Even Alice and Jack.

No one thought that there would be a division of groups to train them.

"But what's it for? Isn't using a personal trainer as usual enough?" alice asked confused. At once not accepted.

Ally smiled faintly, "This time there will be no coach guiding you personally. I'll be watching you from there myself." said Ally, pointing towards the seat at the end of the field. The place he would observe the five mutants later.

"Woahh! This is something new! We never practiced together!" alex said enthusiastically, he looked at Axelia, Jack, Alice, and Hera alternately.

Hera smiled, then nodded in agreement. Meanwhile, Axelia smiled with a red tinge on her cheek. 'Hopefully a bunch of the same Brother Jack!'

Still with a flat expression, Jack nodded briefly. "All right." He secretly thought, maybe this is Professor Ally's plan so that they get closer and get to know each other.

'If my guess is true...' Jack glanced at Alice with the tip of his eye.*'maybe Alice had also guessed Professor Ally's hidden intentions.' *he said inwardly. Prancing.

Ally smiled obliquely, satisfied to see Alice's expression that seemed to be getting more and more annoyed now."For the first session, the group that has 3 members is Jack, Alex, and Hera."

"That contains 2 members namely Alice and Axelia." continued Ally.

Ally grinned. 'Hehehe.. let's start with Axelia.' Ally said in her heart.

Flashback...

"How is the fourth day's training going?" ask Zen to Ally. The man was sitting on his chair leisurely, folding both his hands in front of his chest, relaxing once.

Ally who was sitting leisurely on the spacious sofa in the middle of the Zen work room, turned her head flat. "Yes... How is it? Good thing.they have great potential." replied Ally soberly.

Hearing that, Zen furrowed his brows in confusion. Ally was never too 'excited' about her work, but she never showed such an ordinary response. Usually he would explain everything in detail down to the roots.

"Why? Is something wrong? Anything less with them?" asked Zen curiously.

"Not satisfied because..?" ask Zen.

"The average of them is clever, but also very individualistic..." Ally squeaked her temple. "They're going to do the most important mission on the planet, fighting a huge number of mutants. They obviously need teamwork." Ally breathed in frustration.

Zen was silent, he stroked his chin while thinking. "Hmm. reasonable, Ly. What you're guiding is the world's most genius man, you know! Surely his individualist nature has been firmly rooted in Alice." said Zen with a thin smile.

"How do you know I mean Alice?" ask Ally.

Zen chuckled loudly, "Just like his father, who was my best friend back then. The fruit fell not far from the tree.."

Ally knows. He almost forgot the fact that Alice's father was Zen's best friend back then.

"Why don't you try to separate them into fewer groups? Force them to approach Alice in that way." Zen continued.

Ally speechless. "I didn't think about it.."

A moment later, Ally realized something."Ah right too! Your idea's brilliant!"

Zen nodded proudly, as if agreeing to say 'brilliant', even if it was, anyway...

"If I want to give advice again, starting from the person who is most in touch with Alice, then end with the person who is most hated by her" said Zen with a knotty smile.

Flashback...

... and Axelia are the right people to start this.

As far as Ally was concerned, Alice had only had a brief conversation with Axelia. It was Axelia who started first.

So it's been decided, maybe Axelia is the one who has the most 'fun' relationship with Alice.

"The training starts now!" Ally gave the final instructions.

Jack, Alex, and Hera walked together towards the field at the back. Let Axelia and Alice use the front field.

It appears that Alex continues to talk to Hera even while walking, while Jack finally speeds up his steps to get there first.

Meanwhile, Axelia and Alice had also walked towards the front field. It was seen from afar that Axelia greeted him first and invited him to speak to reduce the awkward air between them.

Alice responds to it with just a nod, or a slug. Sometimes he speaks briefly if necessary. But from his expression, it seemed that he did not really mind the pair of his group.

True Ally's guess. Axelia is the only one who has a decent relationship with Alice.

Ally smiled in anguish. "It's just a warm-up, so Alice gets used to responding to people." he murmured.

"After Axelia, Alice will definitely start to feel irritation with the next group partner."

"And inevitably, he still has to accept it. For two hours." muttered Ally, with a grin.

Next, we will observe the character of Alice who will continue to be honed. So don't hate him yet! Haha...

(FYI, Alice's genius two levels above Kimberly) imagine with that kind of intelligence + team work\=

She will be awesome!
