AGENT: The Agent of Mutants

77. Not good

[Author's POV]

Fifteen minutes have passed. They are already in their designated position, training with their respective guides.

The five mutants practiced with full concentration, and focused without being sidetracked once. Except for Axelia.

The woman divided her concentration on two things. The one to earnestly listen to Kevin's direction, the other to watch his four friends with jelly. Axelia did not know since when she could*multitasking*on two different things that both require full focus. But fortunately, he can do it.

"Actually you're like the main character in a horror movie, Lia." said Kevin with a slanted smile. Sobbled.

Axelia sighed. "Yaaa... I can't deny it either. I'm like that." Axelia turned to her surroundings, then turned her eyes back to Kevin, her guide. "But I'm surprised, here why aren't there ghosts?"

Kevin raised both eyebrows, "Eh seriously?" he looked to his left with a shocked face. "Maybe no one has died here yet?" Kevin sniffs his shoulders, "Come on. Let's focus again!"

Axelia sighed softly,* 'Unfortunately can't talk any longer huh...?'* he said in his heart.

"OK. okay.."

"Try it again, get your spirit out of your body. This time focus!" kevin said with a serious face.

This is the second experiment. In this first lesson, Axelia was told to take her spirit out of her own body. This is already the most basic thing for his strength, Kevin said.

"Put both your hands right on your collarbone."

Axelia placed both her hands on her collarbone.

"Then give your collarbone a boost, it's almost like you're doing *CPR *on yourself."

"Then try as much as possible, if necessary, close your eyes to penetrate your subconscious." continued Kevin instructions.

Axelia did what her guide said, pressing the collarbone with both hands. But he could not close his eyes, because he still had to keep an eye on his four friends.

Axelia put even more pressure, hoping for something to happen.

He can feel his heartbeat.

Until the third pressure, he pressed the area in the collarbone quite tight. Until suddenly, his two eyes blinked four times quickly. It wasn't Axelia who wanted that.

Then her eyes closed tightly, Axelia felt her body being pulled back tightly.

"D-AAAAHH!!" the girl screamed in panic.

A split second later he frowned, no one responding to his screams.

Kevin.

"E-EEHHH??! HOW COULD THAT BE?!!" he was shocked not playing. Axelia looked at her own body.

Still standing straight without falling, his eyes closed tightly, as if trying to concentrate.

Axelia rounded her eyes in panic, she looked at both of her hands. "T-transparent.." then switch on his legs. The girl closed her mouth in shock. Both of his legs also looked transparent.

He was still open, unable to speak. But he decided to walk forward to Kevin. "Even this floor is not there.I feel like walking on the wind." he muttered, then stood before Kevin, then shook his hands in front of the man's face.

There was no response. Kevin didn't even blink at all."

Axelia clucked in annoyance. "Sial... usually I see ghosts, now I'm the ghost."

He reached out his right hand, trying to pat Kevin on the shoulder, but nil. His hand pierced through the man's body.

After many times trying to grab Kevin's shoulder, Axelia stopped her movement. "Don't deh.. later if I accidentally possessed him how.."

Axelia looked back at her whole spirit. Still complete with clothes that his body is wearing, there are no injuries like those in the horror film. Everything is fine, really!

"That means I managed to master the basics of my strength!" The Axelia smiled widely, displaying a neat row of her teeth. But in less than five seconds, his smile faded.

He realized something..

Axelia was sculpting, aware of herself in big trouble now.  "But...how did it get into my body again?"

Meanwhile, the other four mutants were still training with full concentration.

Jack had already made two medium-sized daggers made out of ice. One big sword, and one gun. Everything is made of ice. Light blue, shiny and sharp (for his sword and dagger), and not melting.

He made it all in fifteen minutes, armed with instructions from his supervisor who only said one sentence. "Imagine the things you want to create with your imagination, then they will form in your hands."

One instruction, instantly be the five weapons in the man's hands.

"How do you use that?" Arthur, Jack's guide, knitted his brows while pointing at the ice gun that Jack was holding.

Even his guidance counselor was astonished by Jack's very honed abilities. As if I'm used to superpowers.

"I imagined the inside structure as well, so it could be used for real" Jack said, watching the ice gun he was holding.

Arthur frowned, "You know the inner structure of the gun?" ask the man not to believe.

Jack nodded briefly, making Arthur even more frowning in confusion.

'Is he not 21 years old? Ever put a gun together?' Arthur wondered in his heart.

It is not uncommon for a young man who already has such detailed insight into weapons. Arthur guessed at heart, was Jack once some kind of hit man?

Then he shook his head, putting an end to his excess assumption.

"Yes, do you want to do it again? It's good to collect later." asked Arthur. Somewhat feel that Jack does not need it anymore, even this man is superior to Arthur himself.

Jack was silent for a moment. If noticed, his pair of pitch-black eyes from earlier unceasingly glanced towards Hera, then towards Axelia in the middle there. So keep on alternating.

Actually what he was afraid of was, because he could not always keep an eye on Hera with both eyes, then Axelia should have been guarding Hera from afar. Because according to what he saw, here the three of them are already good at controlling their respective strengths (let alone Alex, who has made various kinds of animals from fire, from earlier, but fortunately he was able to control it so as not to burn this room down).

Therefore, his duty was to keep an eye on Hera alone. But Axelia fell asleep while standing in the middle.

Helen rolled her eyes lazily. It had been ten minutes the girl before him was grumbling. "To the forest there if you want to travel" he said tired.

"No way." Alice again took her breath.

Helen frowned, "Can't be what?"

"Can't be. I'm a valuable asset to the professor's chairman. If I disappear later you are also the ones who bother." said Alice lightly with a slanted smile.

This girl is 17 years old. But he's already an important man on Mars. At a young age, Alice has become the most valuable and annoying person that is needed by Mars.

Alice Lourdes's. From her first impression, people must have known that she was a smart girl (though actually more than that), but in her college life, she was always in seclusion, as if intentionally not aware of its existence. Actually the effort failed, because....please, a girl as beautiful as her where can be hidden?

Alice rolled her eyes. "Yes, it must be."

"Now put some distance between your legs."

Alice frowned, but she followed Helen's advice. He stood with both feet about 60 cm apart.

"Now try to change the gravitational order on your left foot, to the gravity of Neptune. While the footing on your right foot remains Mars' gravity." Helen said.

Alice looked up, "What is that for?! Do you know that the human body cannot be forced to adapt to different gravity in a short time?!"

Helen chuckles. "You're not human anymore."

Really, Helen's intention was actually just out of curiosity, how would it be if the two footrests had different gravity. And because he's still human, his body can't handle that.

"Neptunian gravity and Mars gravity are very different, next to each other!" alice said, still insisting.

"Just try it first, I'm sure you won't do anything." Helen tried to convince the girl.

Alice exhaled violently, "It was me who was the experimenter." - he exclaimed. Even so, he would still do it, because in fact he was also curious.

Hopefully, his mutant body can respond to the gravity changes that will be next in weight.

"Yoo! One.. two.. are you ready yet?" helen made sure. His heart was racing, he could not wait to see what would happen.

Alice nodded slowly. He was ready in his position, he stretched out his hand on the floor where his feet rested, ready to change the gravity. Of course it will not reach the core of Mars, the furthest will reach the mantle layer of the planet Mars silicate. It will not be dangerous around him.

A loud moan rang out from the end there, making everyone in the room turn their heads.

Hera was seen, with both hands covered by lightning sparks that struck to the floor where her feet rested. Then it appeared that his guide was already lying limp on the floor, four meters away from him.

Jack ran up to the girl without hesitation, he turned to Axelia, as if asking for help from her.

But the man still approached Hera first, leaving Arthur shouting his name not to come near, but still unresponsive.

When Jack was faced with Hera, without waiting for a long time, he immediately threw Hera's hands together with his hands.

Everyone who witnessed it was also shocked. No exception to Alice.

Both of Hera's hands were the source of her dangerous power, but Jack slapped his hands without hesitation.

"I'm sorry, just for a moment." said the man, then took off Hera's hands...
