AGENT: The Agent of Mutants
61. The Lightning Girl's

In the city of Neuren.

"Ally, how many people have you got?" Professor Zen asked his assistant.

"Four people, professor. I don't know where to assign my men to look anywhere else.." Professor Ally said slightly as she said the last sentence.

Professor Zen propped up his chin with one hand, thinking. "Hm, there's only one more..."

Suddenly, the voice from the big screen opposite her distracted her.

"Rain storms accompanied by lightning struck the entire city of Peidro. It is assumed that a woman has been struck by lightning.."

Professor Zen woke up then watched the news intently.

".... and miraculously, he survived."

"Surprisingly, there were no external injuries at all, now he has been rushed to the hospital to be checked over later-"

"I'll call my men right now" Professor Ally said, tweaking her phone. It was as if he knew what Zen was thinking. Yes, it is true.

Professor Zen walked up to his work chair and picked up the coat perched on his chair.

He approached Professor Ally who was still struggling with her phone.

Zen looked at him fixedly "You still want to play mobile here or come with me?"

Professor Ally was surprised, she raised her head to look at the confused Zen, but a second later she understood his point. He took his coat, which was not far from him, and they both left their study.

...•••...

The Zen-driven car passed very quickly amid the cold weather that now began to rain. A sign that they will soon reach Peidro City in a rainstorm.

"Professor, wipe-"

"I've told you many times, Zen alone." cut Zen next to him while focusing on driving.

"Zen, why don't you just tell my men? Why did we intervene this time?" Ally finally asked what she thought was on her mind.

Zen thought for a moment.

"My feeling this time will be different. I can't trust this one to your men."

Ally knitted her brows, what was different? Isn't it the same?

Not Ally realized, Zen braked his car slowly when he saw the scene in front of him.

A whirlwind with lightning in it. Sky rumbles. An entire cloud circled around that one place.

Ally finally asked, "Why is she different?"

Zen was speechless, concluding that what he saw in front of him was proof his premonition was correct.

Ally knitted her brows, then looked towards Zen glued. Not waiting for long, his jaw dropped, he was shocked to see the scene in front of him.

What the hell's going on? I'm sure this isn't just bad weather.

"Because he's changed before we change." Zen answered Ally's question, then stepped on the gas and passed at maximum speed toward the whirlwind.

...•••...

The source of the whirlwind turned out to be in a hospital that is now ravaged.

Zen gets out of his car, followed by Ally.

"I hope you won't be reckless, Zen." Ally looked at Zen suspiciously, she already knew very well the meaning of the grin of the man beside her.

Zen loves to challenge the angel of death.

Ally's guess was right, without a cue, Zen broke through the whirlwind in front of him.

Now Ally knew why Zen had directly intervened this time.

Because his men would not dare even stand 200 meters away from a whirlwind like this.

"Zen!! Did you bring the dope!?!" Shouted Ally who stood 2 meters away from that whirlwind.

Suddenly Zen ran out again from the whirlwind approaching Ally.

"I forgot, where?" Zen is relaxed. Enough to make Ally shake her head tired with this man in front of her.

He gave Zen a stun and anesthetic device.

"Thank you. and. just keep this, it won't be useful." Zen said as he returned the stun device in his grasp to Ally.

Without waiting for a reply, Zen went back into the whirlwind. Not to forget, with lightning in it.

The whirlwind was huge, enough to play baseball in it.

Zen trudged with restraining the wild wind around him.

He narrowed his eyes when he vaguely saw that there was someone

He wasn't even sure it was human.

Because the man is glowing.

Zen decided to get closer.

After he braved the wind to take a closer look, he pegged.

Apparently it is. humans.

And, that's not light.

But the lightning that surrounds the human body.

Not to be afraid, on the contrary. Zen was amazed by the sight before him.

Suddenly, the lightning man turned his head back, looking at Zen with a frightened look.

She's female.

His eyes were blue glowing as if there was a blaze of lightning within his manic.

Zen walked a few steps to get right in front of the woman.

But the woman took a few steps back from Zen. "Go! Go away or you'll get hurt!" Shouted the woman trembling.

Instead of keeping up, Zen kept his feet forward, the glare of his eyes calming the woman down.

"GO!!!" Said the woman again.

"I know you're scared." Zen said looking at the woman deeply, "Follow me, I'll teach you how to control it."

"Who are you?" The woman stopped stepping back, she saw sincerity in the eyes of the man in front of her.

"I'm just.. The one who cares too much about Mars, and you? What's yourname?" zen said softly. Yeah, maybe a normal person would panic and run in fear, but except for this guy... Zen is not normal.

The wind around them slowly went away. The thunder in the sky began to calm down.

The woman looked at Zen meaningfully, hoping that Zen was really the person she could trust. Because now, he no longer even believed in this world.

"I... Hera."
