Shortly after, Calada reappeared with a gold necklace. A rose-shaped pendant with two crossed swords behind it, hanging beautifully plated gold and jewels. At first glance, Nick already knew that the gem embedded in the necklace is not just any Crystal.

Since childhood Nick has often explored the dragon treasure room. He also forged various kinds of materials and gems. The pink sparkle on the jewel in the necklace pendant was extremely precious and rare. Rose Quartz's. The owner is definitely not an ordinary person.

Calada held out the pendant necklace to Nick. “This is the thing I found with you. Your biological mother clutched tightly onto this necklace while hugging you who was crying. This necklace will be the answer to your question,” said the dragon later.

Nick recognized the symbol. The shape of the pendant is exactly like the pennant that is plastered all over the city of Linden, a symbol that according to Neil is a symbol of the Kingdom of Tiberias. If his biological mother who has not had the necklace, since decades ago, it means Nick is not an ordinary person. Neil's words are right. Nick is the rightful heir to the kingdom of Tiberias. Crown Prince, Nick Tiberias.

“What ... should I do, Mom?” nick asked as he received the gold necklace with trembling hands.

A childhood memory that he could not remember suddenly brought a sense of pain for no reason. Imagining that his birth mother, the queen of the past, had to suffer to death while trying to protect him, made Nick's usually calm feelings sentimental.

“No need to rush, Nick. It's not an easy decision. Think carefully about where your heart wants to take you. Believe in your heart,” Calada said as he rubbed Nick's cheek once more.

Nick and his friends spent several days in the dragon cave. They are surprisingly enjoying life in a place far from civilization. Practicing monster hunting, while having fun in the free forest becomes their daily life.

Even so, Nick knows that they can't just keep having fun like that. In the deepest corner of his heart, Nick has always harbored unease about how people live out there. His own people, the same people as him, are struggling to survive under suffering. Can He ignore that and live comfortably with Calada?

“Here is fun. From the point of view of the person who had always lived in the city, the distant plains looked sinister and dangerous. But after living it yourself, this place is safer than other places in all corners of the continent. Maybe because this region is protected by Lady Calada,”, Neil said as he sat beside Nick under a shady agarwood tree.

The two of them, as well as Aerin, had just finished catching a giant fish monster that had sharp teeth and a five-foot-long body. Now that his body was cleared, Aerin began to dismember the fish with his telekinesis magic ability. Magic really makes everything efficient.

“Since when did you call my mother with that polite greeting?” ask Nick with a small laugh.

“With his ability, I actually want to call him with the title ‘Yang Mulia’. But of course it would be too much. So to honor her, I decided to call her Lady,” replied Neil full of appreciation.

Aerin snorted softly hearing it. “That's a title for humans, you idiot. The dragons did not use such ridiculous designations,” his comments were sarcastic.

“You yourself called him by a strange name from the language of your people,” replied Neil did not want to lose.

Neil and Aerin finally stopped fighting.

“How long do you intend to stay here, Nick? Haven't we been here too long. Are you really going to forget Tiberias?” neil asks later, inciting guilt in Nick's heart.

Neil's right. He should not have given up on his destiny as crown prince. Even so, doubts still loom over Nick. He knew that fighting against fellow humans was not the same as fighting monsters. There was no way Nick would end up slaughtering them just like that. There would be too many dead people on his hands if Nick were to simply use force. That's what made the young man worried. He must be able to use his intelligence and strategy to reclaim his throne.

“If Lady Calada were willing to help us, that despot, that traitor of Tiberias could definitely be conquered immediately,” muttered Neil while glaring at the clouds that were marching in the blue sky.

“Dragon will never interfere with the lives of other races, shrimp brain base,” Aerin responded.

“I just said for example. If for instance. I also know that the dragon nation is a sacred race that is no longer involved in world wars,” Neil said.

“I'll talk to Mom,” cut Nick suddenly, just before Aerin had time to open his mouth to reply to Neil.

The young man moved from his seat on the ground.

“Speaking about what? Don't tell me you were influenced by what I said and then you were going to ask Lady Calada to help us. You better break that intention,” said Neil who now looks a little worried.

Even Aerin to stop his magic that gives off green light tendrils. Instantly the daggers he used to dismember the body of the fish fell out of the air.

“That will only make things difficult for your mother, Nick. I heard that the dragons are sworn not to interfere in the lives of other races in the world. That's why they started going to the light. If you break the oath, bad events may happen to your mother,” prevent Aerin no less anxious.

Nick smiled at the two friends. “Thank you for worrying about my mother like that. Your attitude makes me believe that there are still many good people out there who deserve to be saved,” said the young man sincerely.

“You guys just calm down. That's not what I'm going to talk about with Mom. This is just a simple conversation between families,” continued Nick then stepped away leaving his two friends in curiosity.
