Ch. 43 - Holy Knights in Action

They all seem alert.. Right now in front of them was a powerful demon that could speak.

"I admit you're human.hahaha." The devil laughed loudly.

"Tch..." Rinto murmured.

"It would be easier if you all died because of the trap. I'll have food in stock for a week.. If you all die.. Haha." The devil kept laughing.

The holy knights and some of the knights of Inggram kingdom looked on alert.

"Hey Demon.. Where are all the villagers? What are you doing with them?" Arthur approached slowly while holding his sword and shield.

"Village people.. Haha.. They're all here." The demon pointed at his stomach with a sinister face.

"Well!"

"gigd.." Rebecca reacted.

"Damn it.. I'm gonna kill you." Arthur ran towards the demon.

But, suddenly.. An army of Undead race demons emerged from within the ground.. They were an army of undead-type zombies or undead.

"Awas.." Smits shouted while taking out his spear.

The undead had no mind, they just attacked and continued to attack. The bodies of the undead had already decayed even some of their organs were already absent. For example, the heart, intestines, lungs and others.

The living corpses kept popping out from the ground. There were all sorts of undead in sight, ranging from adults, parents, children to undead wearing knight armor there as well.

The knights attacked all the undead but their attacks were ineffective because the undead felt no pain.

"Haha.. Fight these dolls of mine." The devil moved his hand.

"Dam... They're alive again after I attacked." Gildarts.

"You can't kill them." Said the Devil setting magic to move all the undead.

Meanwhile some knights had already lost and were killed by the undead.

"Damn.." Said Arthur who saw that, while continuing to shake his sword.

In the middle of that fight.. Diana looked at the little boy she had seen.. As he was exposed to the illusion of a flower monster. The little boy was in the undead army that attacked him.

"Huh.!!. Hey Arthur, look at all of them." Diana shouted, she realized something.

The holy knights came to a realization as Diana shouted to them.

"Lied.." Ivy surprised.

"Lacking the language." Gildarts growled furiously.

Arthur was silent and lowered.. Enragement peaked. Shortly after, the aura from his light empire radiated..

"Well! Where's that power from?" The demon was astonished to see the aura that Arthur gave off.

"Oi'm a fucking devil.. Don't tell me these undead are the villagers you killed?" Arthur asked with overflowing anger.

"He was just bluffing... This man is just bluffing. It was possible that an ordinary human could have a great empire like this.. It's impossible." The devil's mind is stirring.

"WOY ANSWER ME." An imperial explosion makes land around Arthur's footing leave a mark.

"E.. E.. Yes, they are the villagers who have become my food. Ha hahaaah." The demon was not sure what he was talking about as it was still disturbed by the aura from Arthur.

"I understand now.. After you kill and eat the organs of the population.. You turned them into zombies. And.. The zombie wearing this armor is likely a knight trapped by the illusion of the flower monster that Arthur killed." Smits guessed with a cold head while holding his chin, looking like a detective.

"Haha.. You're smart too. That's right." The devil allowed Leo.

Arthur's still down.. He held his sword and shield. Then... Moments later.

"Well!! What kind of aura is this." That demon's mind.

"Oi all of you.. Don't hold back. Release your powers.. End the suffering of the villagers and kill the demon." Said Arthur raising his face with a sharp look.

"Hem.. Without being told I'd still do it." Said Leo smiling followed by an incredible flash of electricity all over his body.

The other knights.. It also gave off the same aura.. Their auras were so powerful that they gave the demon goosebumps.

"Damn it.. Don't underestimate me..." The demon moved his hand and instantly the undead attacked all the holy knights.

Next to her.. Leo, he is seen closing his eyes while holding a katana with his right hand. He closed his eyes while his body was being fed by lightning.. When he opened his eyes.. All those undead were already slashed by his lightning sword. Because of the rapidity of the slash, no one realized that Leo had slashed all the undead.

Being far behind him..

Rebecca is currently on the roof of a residential house. He held his bow. He did not use an ordinary bow, he created a bow from his natural/plant empire. Then he pointed his arrow up.. With a high focus he took the arrow up into the sky. Instantly thousands of arrows hit the undead until they could not rise.

Next to the wooden house..

Rinto with his giant hammer, he spun like a top while smashing into all the undead that were approaching him.

From the left..

Diana, using her water empire.. He made water magic and drowned the undead into a stream not far from the village.

Still from the left.

Gildart.. With his iron axe he cut off all the heads of the undead until there was nothing left.

Above the sky.. Ivy is currently floating, using his wooden stick. He flew the undead into the sky and threw them again to the ground until their bodies scattered and could not rise again.

On right.. Smite.. With a cold breath he had made the undead unable to move because they had been frozen.

In the back.. The last holy knight to wield a giant sword.. It was going berserk slashing all the approaching undead until there was nothing left.

"Huh!? God fucking.. Who they really are.. I have to get out of here." The demonic mutter saw his zombie army in an all-out slaughter.

The demon then retreated.. He ran away trying to run. When he turned.. Suddenly Arthur was in front of him.

"Where are you demons." Arthur said as he prepared to attack.

"Damn it.. Who are you guys?" The devil screamed in fear.

"We??... We are holy knights." Arthur said as he swung his sword

The demon was shocked to learn that the knights he was fighting right now were holy knights. His eyes showed great fear.

Arthur attacks but despite his fear, the demon is not without a fight, he cleverly removes the powder that interferes with Arthur's vision and avoids Arthur's attack. Then he ran very fast.. It's just..

"Ieiunium in pace" said Leo.

With lightning speed, the demon's neck was successfully slashed down by him. Even so fast, he did not look to take out the katana from his sword sheath that was on his left.

The demon died instantly.

"Damn it, Leo you took my prey." Arthur said as he rubbed his dust-pumped eyes.

"You know how else.. He almost ran away."

"You're both fine." Diana's approaching.

"I'm doing fine.. Heals Arthur's eyes." Leo said while pointing at Arthur who was still rubbing his eyes.

The devil was defeated.. Also with his zombie army who are villagers.

From the fight that happened.. The holy knights had no significant injuries but 4 out of 10 knights of the Inggram kingdom had been killed and some injured.

The holy knights defeated the demons and their zombie army easily..
