Ch. 31 - The Struggle in vain

*Before sunrise.

Above the sky, right above the ampt fortress. A cloud-covered space that was flowed by an extraordinary evil aura belonged to a powerful demon named Lucifer.

"Sir.. If left unchecked, the people who run through the sea lane will not be able to be caught!" One of the Devils who was beside Lucifer gave a suggestion.

All this time.. During this war broke out, it turned out that Lucifer and his 3 strongest demons were watching the war and the futile resistance of the knights on the fortress ampt.

With magic.. Lucifer covered the presence of the four of them from the sight of the knight's eyes and the aura of the knight who could tell of their existence. Lucifer casually enjoyed every fight and the blood that was spilled from the war.

"Haha.. Great that woman, too." Lucifer is a little interested in Linda who manages to make Balphegor trouble and is seriously injured.

"Diablo.." Lucifer called one of the demons.

Lucifer.. One of the strongest Devils was also capable of using space magic. With that magic, Lucifer sent an army of undead led by Diablo to prevent the inhabitants of the docks from escaping further, even the residents who were already very far from the island.. Caught back.

Diablo appeared in the middle of the dock crowd.. Suddenly the appearance of the devil resembles a sheep makes the population panic unfazed. The knights who were around the pier swiftly confronted Diablo but.. They're not strong enough to even scratch Diablo's body.

Along with the appearance of Diablo, also appeared the army of skull undead who attacked and dragged the residents into the portal made by Lucifer.. The portal of space directly led to the city of Mena, one of the cities on Irian Island which was now the central army base of the Demon clan.

Residents who were at sea were knocked unconscious by one of Diablo's magic.. And Diablo slaughtered all the Atlantic troops with his own hands. With water magic.. All the boats returned to the dock carrying residents who fell asleep fainted.. Arriving at the dock the residents were again dragged by the undead troops into the portal.

*Currently..

Diablo had previously welcomed the arriving residents by using Linda's space magic.. Now in front of Diablo are 3 knights and 2 witches who can not even fight.

While since then.. The residents who entered the portal belonging to Linda have been settled by Diablo and Undead troops who then sent them all to the city of Mena.

"Bo-lying..." One of the witches fell down in disbelief at what he saw this time.

"Adehhh.. Someone else is coming apparently!" Diablo greeted the knight who came by emitting his terrifying aura.

"Uarrrr.. Uhk uhjk." One of the female witches vomited due to the aura.

The knights and the witches.. Seeing with their own eyes. The unconscious inhabitants were dragged alive into the portal.

"Si-shit.." One of the knights tried to get up.

"Cornu ovium." Said Diablo while directing his attack to the Knight who tried to rise up.

The attack..

"The lambambambambamba.." Diablo laughed with satisfaction.

The female magician who witnessed that vomited again, while the other magicians just stared with a frightened and trembling look.. So afraid of bedwetting.

The remaining 2 knights.. They look resigned because there is no longer any chance to win.

Amidst the fear, one of the knights saw the corpse that was in front of them.

"Master Salosa." Her speech.

The corpse died of heart loss, exactly the same as what happened to the knight attacked by Diablo. The body was Salosa.. He who was surprised after entering the portal belonging to Linda, ignited his anger and attacked Diablo even though he had no power.

Salosa was killed by Diablo..

"Mbambunba.. Foolish man, from the beginning you have no chance to win or escape from this island." Diablo looked at the frightened knights.

"From the beginning.. All of you are only made into a spectacle by our master.. Mambambambamba." Diablo.

"Don't dream of man.. All of you will become slaves of the Demon clan, becoming monster food.. And become an undead army like this skull you see... Mbambambamba." Diablo laughed with satisfaction at the expressions of the knights and magicians.

"No-no, I don't want to." Say one of the knights, then recklessly.. The knight took his sword and stabbed himself and died.

"Why! What since.. Our fight was just futile." the remaining knights looked extremely desperate.

"Yinreeee.. Mambambamba, from the beginning of this war was clear. Mr. Lucifer is just playing you all.. Mambambambambamba."

"Coh-liar.. Currently Madame Linda is fighting two demons in front of the castle. Madam Linda is one of the greatest magicians of the Nusantara kingdom. He's gonna win.." The witch who had been throwing up suddenly bravely denied Diablo with a loud voice and quite sharp eyes.

Inside the ampt fort..

The blue sky on a clear morning made things clear. The condition of the ravaged fortress, corpses everywhere.. No more knights were left, not even with the army of demons and monsters that Linda had buried alive.

At present.. Linda with all her strength was fighting Balphegor and Astharot. Linda is very confident considering that she managed to evacuate all the residents safely, at least that's what she thought without knowing the real thing that happened under the cliff.. At the pier that had been controlled by Diablo.

"German... Igwans.." Pistris tries to wake the severely injured Igwan but.. His heart was already very weak and he would soon die.

"Mr Pistris, we have to help Mrs Linda." Sebastian looked forward to seeing Linda who was fighting with Balphegor and Astharot.

"Mr Sebastian, Miss Ain is right.. Right now we are silent while restoring our empire." Pistris said with a heavy gaze.

Elsewhere, in a small hut close to the castle. Lucio was still peering from afar at Linda's fight and the two powerful demons.

"How is it!! If that woman doesn't win, then I and Ilume can't get out of this place." Lucio.

Meanwhile..

Linda continued to attack, but the combination of Astharot and Balphegor was quite troublesome.

Astharot attacked with his snake tail, but Linda swiftly pulled out the portal and pointed it towards Balphegor so that Balphegor was exposed to a poison attack from Astharot.

The two demons were injured and overwhelmed, while Linda was still able to cast her magic.

Balphegor.. He could no longer use his regenerative magic due to the lack of empire. While the condition of Astharot with one hand that has been broken at this time is not a match for Linda.

Balphegor.. Astharot stands with the remnants of his power.

It disappeared along with a black spear and it looked dull to the ground near Balphegor.

"Well! What'sthat!? That spear, obliterate my magic!" Linda said surprised.
