Ch. 107 - The Fight is Not Serious
Ivy was still sitting on top of the tallest reconnaissance building at the front of the fort, he was pondering about everything that had happened. Then, from the bottom direction someone calling broke his reflection.
"Games.." Sapa Ivy looked down.
"Eh.. Hi, what are you doing up there!?" Smits shouted while looking up, as the distance between Smits and Ivy was currently 5 meters.
"It's nothing.. I'm just doing some recon." Ivy replied as well by shouting down.
"How did you get to that place?" A reasonable question because the stairs to get to the watchtower of the fort occupied by Ivy had indeed collapsed.
"You think!?" Ivy smiled.
"Oh yeah.. You must have flown. Nice!!" Smits head bobbles. He also continued. "Can I join you?" Ask.
"Of course, do you want me to help you get to this place!"
"No need.. I can be alone, I have an idea anyway." Smits smiled as he pointed his index finger at his head.
Smits held the tall brick, he closed his eyes and instantly the moss-filled brick became cold and frozen. The clot forms an ice ladder that allows Smits to walk casually up to where Ivy is.
The exercises and seals given by the Parthe holy witch had allowed the holy knights to manipulate their empire just like magicians. Generally the knights used their empire by utilizing weapons and strengthening themselves, but the holy knights could not only do that but the holy knights could also issue magic attacks just like magicians.
You could say the holy knights are a combination of knights and witches because of the abilities they have. What's more they all have a great empire and are very strong like a god because their strength is indeed a gift from a goddess named Marlin.
"alright.. You impressed me with what you just did." Ivy said praising.
"Well.. It's not just you that's growing." Smits is now on top of the tower. "So, what are you doing in this place?" Further asked.
"Look at yourself!" Ivy shows a beautiful view from the top of the tower.
Smits turned around and.. "Dadeuh.. It's so high it turns out from this place."
"Hem. Heheahaha.." Ivy laughed because Smits did not show the expression he should have when he saw the beauty of the land of Gres from the top of this tower.
"Ehh.. Why laugh? Ivy!?" Confused smits.
"No.. No papa.. Haha. Ha haha." Ivy held her stomach, she saw Smits' cute expression once again.
After a while, Ivy regained control of himself. The atmosphere became more serious now that Ivy had laughed satisfiedly at the stupid face of Smits. Such is the Smits, people who are not sensitive to beauty and tend to be lazy in issuing expressions.

Elsewhere, in a forest not far from the outskirts of Lister.
Richard, who had re-clad his cloak, was now among the soldiers and knights who surrounded him from all directions after Victor had given the order to kill him.
Victor ignited his emotions after Richard managed to dodge easily from the attack he placed on Richard. In addition, Victor also felt the aura of a monster coming out of Richard, although faintly he still considered if Richard was a monster.
"You.. You'll definitely get into the city and go on a rampage.. We have to kill you in this place!" Victor growled, he stared in annoyance.
"I told you, I don't want to get involved.. Anyway I just happened to pass by, so please let me.." Not yet done speaking, Richard dodged easily as Victor approached again while swinging his sword. "Hey.. What are you doing?" Richard asked after dodging, he was still calm even though his current position was being cornered.
"Damn it, how could he dodge so easily." Victor muttered in his mind. He turned back and again he attacked but Richard again dodged.. Victor let out a huge aura once again to intimidate Richard. He coated his weapon with imperium and pointed the sword with two hands at Richard.
Prude.. A blow occurred, some of the soldiers who were around fell because they were pushed by the shock wave created by the impact of Richard's sword and hand. "Oh!!!!" Victor was surprised, his eyes glaring at the sword he had covered with steel empire instead being held up by hand by Richard.
Same with Victor, the other knights and soldiers were shocked by it.
"Hehe..." The woli who was still down smiled, he saw that while he was trying to get up.
"Well... I really don't want to serve you guys." Richard said without burden.
"Adrrar!!!" Victor was still holding the sword with his tavern, he incubated and took out all his strength to move the sword currently held by Richard's left hand. The thing that made Victor even more astonished was that Richard's palm was not injured or bleeding even though Richard was currently grasping the sharp edge of the sword, plus the sword had been flowed by the steel empire.
Sharp weapons that are fed by the steel empire then the weapon will be sharper 2 times more than before.
"Who is this guy.. Damnit.. Damnit.. This person is dangerous if entering the city. I've got to get all of my power to kill him in this place." Instead of being scared, Victor was getting more motivated.
"let go.. Take off my weapon." Said Victor who could not draw his sword from Richard's hand. "All right.." Richard immediately responded and took off the sword.
Victor fell back because he lost balance, he bounced back after exerting all his strength to escape and suddenly Richard released his weapon, of course Victor bounced because of shock at it.
Victor rise.. "ALL OF YOU, ATTACK HIM!" Victor shouted with an angry look.
Along with that gaze, the knights and warriors attacked simultaneously. Richard who was still casually holding his forehead. "Tch..." He regretted having to go through this place, because of this he had to waste time looking for information about Gres.
"Yesa." Attacking the knight from behind, Richard lowered his head and kicked the knight right in the stomach until the knight was blown very far away. "Ahhhhhhhh.. Sorry." Richard.
Some of the approaching soldiers also bounced off very quickly. "Tch, if I don't hold back my attack, they could all die. So troublesome!!" Mumbled.
The two knights attacked alternately this time, Richard with just a few moves he could dodge easily.. It was very easy because right now in Richard's eyes, the movement of the knight's attack attacking him looked slow and easy to predict.
When Richard was busy dodging continuously, Victor who had just observed directly acted. He unleashed his strongest attack. I don't know what Victor's motivation, maybe because he was upset and angry at Richard because in line Victor had been defeated by Richard.
Victor stood bent over and held the sword with you leafing his hand in the right direction. "Velementi impetu ferri." After saying that, he slashed towards Richard.
"Hey watch out!!" Richard moved quickly, he pushed the knight in front of him.
And... The long-range slash was seen flying over the sky and exploding in the sky like a giant fireworks display. "You..." Richard approached while walking toward Victor who was still dumbfounded.

"You're stupid!! You almost killed your own partner." Richard.
A moment ago, when Victor attacked Richard it turned out to be one of the knights who fought with Richard, being right in front of Richard so the attack issued by Victor was very likely about the knight. Luckily, Richard was quick to throw the knight away and stop Victor's attack in the sky.
"Oh!!" Victor saw me all his fallen comrades.
"Huh.. I'm sorry but, I wouldn't have done this if you'd let me through. I have no evil intentions, I'm just a traveler looking for a place to rest." Richard murmured to Victor who was still holding his nose.
Victor still saw all the fallen knights and warriors but none of them were seriously injured. Soldiers and knights who were seriously injured were only those who were injured by Woli whereas those who fought with Richard only suffered minor injuries.
Richard who was attacked was basically just defending and not seriously attacking at all so Richard did not exert his true strength.
"You-you.. Who the hell are you! What's yourname?" Victor shouted at Richard who walked away from him. Currently he was involved no longer wanting to attack and accepted if he had lost.
Richard stopped and glanced at the kneeling Victor holding his broken nose. "Hem.. I'm Ri... Ah I mean Red." Strictly Richard then resumed his steps, he led to the outskirts of Lister.
Meanwhile..
"Richard.. Yeah it doesn't seem like what Mr. Eros said." Smits responds to Ivy. The conversation that was happening between the two of them was currently leading to one person namely Richard.
They were still him over the tower and had much to say, Ivy unintentionally offended Richard in the middle of their conversation.
"So yes.. It's worth it that you have great sympathy for him." Firmly Smits once again.
Ivy tells Smits pepper if Richard's face is similar to his lover in the world he came from. Although their character and nature are different because the lover of Ivy in his world is a gift man and great and very confident, while Richard who is known to Ivy in this world is the opposite of his lover.
Even so the two of them became close because after knowing me Richard even further, what the great knight Eros said about Richard was not true, Richard was not a feigning psychopath but Richard was indeed a fairly introverted and shy person. He wanted to trust Richard but on the other hand he saw for himself with his eyes that Richard was lying naked with a maidservant screaming in fear beside him.
Even after Richard was caught doing that, he still dared to swear that he did not do the thing he was accused of. He was tearful when he said he never touched the royal servant. Ivy wanted to believe what else Richard's gaze looked serious and far-fetched but Rinto's testimony and the woman's confession became solid evidence that Richard was a venereal criminal.
From then on, Ivy no longer responds and always stays away from Richard until finally an incident in the labyrinth occurs, something Ivy always regrets even after a year has passed.
"I don't care, whether Richard did it or not.. But beyond that, I can judge Richard as a good man." Firm Smits.
"Ivy... Smite... What are you doing up there!! Are you guys dating??" Rebecca yelled breaking up the chatter the two of them had about an old colleague who had died.
"Dadeuh.. The kid." Smits muttered, he glanced down. "What do you need??" Smits yell down.
Meanwhile Ivy laughed lightly.
Back to Lister's suburbs..
Richard, who had made the knights and warriors fall down, was now in the middle of the slums of Lister, stinging smell and dirt-filled streets as if they did not interfere with his smell and sight. For Richard what he experienced inside the labyrinth was much dirtier than this place.
Richard walked down the road that led right to the city's main road leading to District 5. On the side of the road he saw how many people were seen not wearing clothes, malnourished children and huts made of worn wood and even some were made of a piece of cloth.
It was a portrait of poverty in the slums of the city of Lister. A large city, a city that was famous as a trading area and a slave auction.
