Ch. 38 - Like a Family

"Adduh duh.." Arthur holds his head wrapped in bandages by Diana.

"You don't papa, do you, Arthur?" Ivy asked while looking towards his head.

"Yes yes.. Hehe.. It's okay."

"It's your fault, yeah! I'm not gonna apologize.. Hmm." Rebecca turned her face away.

Arthur could only smile awkwardly.. It seems like Rebecca is still upset with Arthur after the incident that happened earlier.

Afternoon by night.. As they were all setting up tents, suddenly monsters attacked and surrounded them but with only one strike from Rebecca.. All these monsters can be killed.

Right now, the holy knights and some of the knights escorting them were sitting in front of the bonfire.. They all enjoyed dinner. A bowl of soup and wild deer meat hunted into a luxurious menu tonight for all of them.

It is also seen around them already stand tents as their place to lay down later. Indeed, if it is a night like today it is better to build a tent and rest because if you force to leave for the night then danger can lurk them from the darkness.

Rebecca did that because she was annoyed to see the bad behavior of Rinto who disrespected food by spending all the rest of his food.

"Already have.. Hehe.." Gildarts broke the two of them with an awkward smile.

"Take me off.. I'm gonna kill him.." Rinto thrashed out as Gildarts was currently holding herself back who wanted to get close to Rebecca.. While Rebecca was still mocking him.

Although they all often fought only because of small things.. That's because they all like to joke with each other. Sometimes jokes go over the limit..

"I'm..." Arthur's words attract the attention of his warring friends.

"me too.. I can't wait to fight. I want to fight the demon clan and free this land.." Arthur said with a sharp look.

"Already have.. Hehe." Gildarts again held Rinto.

They all once again laughed lightly with that ridiculous manner. They all looked familiar, laughing together.

"Ivy, aren't you papa?" Diana turned to look at Ivy who was next to her. Ivy bowed while holding a sling bag beside her right.

The bag was a magic item that could store any item. Items that are large or small but do not affect the weight and capacity of the bag, because the bag is connected with dimensional magic where the stored items will be stored in different dimensions.

Ivy who was a little moody suddenly smiled and the head bracelets. "No.. Its alright. I'm fine with daja." Ivy.
