The Smile of God for Marissa

The Smile of God for Marissa
Flamboyant Child

At the Flamboyant boarding house, Rosa and Sulis were sitting in the living room, watching the television that was showing the Andalusian Moto Gp with Mas kiki, Mr. Kos in Flamboyan. Sulis was peeling the mango he bought at the market and returning home from college.

“Yesterday Rissa to here, Lis.”

“When?” ask Sulis enthusiastically. He already misses Rissa, the kind girl he always makes sad because he prefers to side with other friends.

“When you get home. He took his stuff and left some that we needed.”

“Why did he never chat us huh? I miss him a lot.” Sulis put down the knife and stood up and walked to the sink beside him to wash the mango he had finished peeling.

“He may be busy.”

“Busy?”

Rosa nodded.

“Busy what? He's not going anywhere. She's at home kept right?”

“Busy serving husband.” Sulis chuckles. He was astonished by Rosa's original answer.

“Indeed how many times a day a night are you busy?”

“What?”

“There was something wrong with me saying yes so you were so surprised?”Rosa hits Sulis' arm. Amused by the reaction caused by his best friend. The question he asked was a normal question.

“Just amused. To the extent that my hair stands all, nih.” Sulis showed her arms while stroking her slowly, trying to neutralize her skin.

“Why all stand? What do you feel try? Huh?”

“I can't imagine how Marissa's attitude towards Mr. Adit. Marissa has never been close to men. He fell in love with Mas Qomar, right? Sama Mas Qomar also never played anything. Continue to be the same Mr. Adit he immediately married without any experience with other men.how yes when he should . .. hi hi hi hi” Sulis shut his mouth, do not want to continue his sentence.

“Why not continue? Your words always make me wonder? What's on your mind right now?’

“Continue yourself.” Sulis said while picking up pieces of mango on a plate.

“What do you mean Rissa and Mas Qomar never play anything what is it?”

“He he he” Sulis chuckles/he is amused at imagining Rissa and Aditya, chatting together, sharing affection and making love.

“Hah, stop. I can't imagine Marissa. Already ah. Don't continue. Now the important thing is that Rissa is living happily with her husband. What should be our main topic is how Sisy. She is not home and her parents are already confused looking for her.”

“Where is Sisy?” sulis asked while looking at Rosa. Kiki who had been listening in silence could not suppress her curiosity.

“Why side, Ros?”

Rosa and Sulis who had been busy chatting could only look at each other.

“No idea, Mas. His parents were looking for him on campus yesterday. Ask us his whereabouts. We think, Sisy went somewhere with her family, it turns out said her parents, Sisy went without saying goodbye.”

“Since Marissa got married she's gone wrong, Kan?”

“Actually not since Marissa got married, Mas. Since Marissa volunteered. He will meet with Mas Seno, the person Sisy was expecting. Turns out to love Rissa.”

“Means Risa is considered to win Seno's heart so?”

“Yes not so many times, Mas. What I heard after marriage were both equally hurt. Seno is disappointed because Mr. Adit was chosen by Rissa. As for Sisi, he was disappointed that the person he loved turned out to be

fall in love with his own best friend.”

“Love is complicated. Always cause lara in every heart of lovers.” Said Kiki as he passed leaving his two boarding children.

Sulis and Rosa looked at each other. They finally put their shoulders together. Some time they were busy eating the mango that had been peeled Sulis in silence.

The last piece almost entered Sulis' mouth when suddenly the phone next to him kicked a song takka turned away from you that Rossa was singing. Sulis looked at his phone for a bit, trying to figure out the caller this afternoon.

“Assalamualaikum” said Sulis while putting pieces of mango on a plate.

“Waalaikum greetings, Sister Sulis?” the middle-aged mother's voice across the phone sounded very heavy.

“Iya, Mum.” Rosa looked at Sulis as if asking who the caller was this afternoon.

“Can't Mbak Sulis come to dorm?”

Deg

“What's up Mom, why do I have to come to the dorm. Sorry also is this with Sisy's mother?”

“Hiks. Yes, Sister Sulis. Come to the dormitory this afternoon. Hiks.”

“I-iya, Mom, well we will come. insya Allah.”

“Mother wait at home yes, Ma'am.”

“God willing, Mom. It's getting ready soon.”

“Alright, I'm waiting for ya Mrs Sulis. Assalamualaikum.”

            “Iya, Mom. Waalaikum salam”

Sulis hung up the phone and looked at Rosa with an opinion. He could not refuse the mother's request from his friend.

“What did Sisy's mother ask us to come? Is Sisy home yet?”

“Entahlah. But I really can't resist her wishes, Ros. Please forgive me”ucap Sulis while cupping both hands in the chest, apologizing .

“You said, you will also prepare. Don't you want to take me?”

“Don't joke ah. If I don't take you, who am I going with?”

Rosa chuckles.

“You ask me not to confirm I can or not. Are you sure that I can accompany you now?”

“Trus?”

“I have an old friend meeting on campus.”

“Please, don't bear with me. Please!”Sulis groveled in front of Rosa, Rosa chuckled at Sulis's behavior which to her was adorable. Actually, his meeting with an old friend was only his creation. Rosa really wanted to teach her friend a lesson so as not to be too rash on her decision.

“You always make unilateral decisions. I don't think you exist, and you don't think you have any interests. Wh why? Do you think I'm sitting here because I'm free until the afternoon here?”

Sulis lowered his head, he did not think that his decision to accept the request of Sisy's mother would be asserted by Rosa easily.

“Please don't be angry! I'm really sorry. If you can't I'll break my promise with Sisy's mother.”Sulis reached out her hand to grab the phone that was already

lying on the table, Rosa was faster.

“You what?”

“I want to undo the agreement. Why did I come if I had to be alone.”

“I'll accompany you.”

“What? Seriously?” Sulis prancing. He hugged Rosa who smiled triumphantly.

“Already, release me!”

“Tidal. You're so naughty. Yesterday at a crucial time like this you still have the heart to joke with me?”

“I'm not kidding. I'm serious.”

“What serious?”

“Seriously angry at you.”

“terus?”

“Up to u”

“Kok up to me anyway? No fun.”

“So not be nih to his dorm?”

“Ih, who said. I'm going to go find out? I miss her mother Sisy.”

“Heh, I know you miss Mas Sigit, not Sisy.”

“Aaan, Sih.”

“Ha ha” Rosa couldn't help but laugh at Sulis' reddened face.
