The Delayed Leave

Sunday afternoon when I fell in the room, my phone rang, went from the place to pick up the phone and I picked up the phone from Mas Arif.

After Vano went to sleep I locked the gate and the door of the house and then went back to see Mom who was watching the tv show.

“Not sleepy Rin, if you are sleepy you sleep first,” said Mother.

I take ablution and perform prayer isya, after that I went into the room intending to sleep, actually my eyes are sleepy but kok hard to sleep, I rub my stomach, “What are you

I saw the clock on the wall at 9 pm, wanted to call Mas Arif but there it was 11 pm, surely Mas Arif was asleep, tomorrow just call, I thought.

I started to close my eyes but I couldn't sleep, I finally went out of the bedroom, I saw Mom still watching tv shows while lying on the couch, I picked up a book in the library of the house. When mom

looking at me and asking, “Not slept Rin?”

“Can't sleep Mom, don't know why it's hard to sleep,” I replied.

“Don't mind Rin much, you've slept, tomorrow you work,” said Mother.
