The Secret With Bad Boy

The Secret With Bad Boy
Nearly surrendered

At home, Lukman is currently silent alone in his room. Since deciding to go home first, he has not been able to overcome the nausea and pain that spread around his body. He lay on the bed, rolled to and fro and was very agitated. Cold sweat splashed on his body. Occasionally he complained and groaned alone while gripping the surface of his mattress tightly, until the blood vessels in his body appeared prominent from the surface of his thin and pale skin. His face was flushed with eyes that were sharpened with pain.

It was hard to endure this pain, but he could do nothing but accept the pain that plagued his body. Maybe this is the reason doctors forced him to stay in, because he would be very tormented while at home. But the choice was too strong to stay home with the princess.

Luckily Kinanti had not yet returned home so that she could freely express her pain. Sometimes he gripped the pillow, then hugged it very tightly and waited for the pain to subside on its own.

After a slight improvement, with the rest of his strength in his body, Lukman got out of bed. He took the medicine he always kept in his briefcase. His trembling hands tore through the medicinal shell to take out the capsule then drank it.

Only a few moments the drug was in his mouth, suddenly nausea attacked. Lukman tried to get up and ran to the bathroom in his room.

“Huwek! Huwek!”

Lukman regurgitated the medicine that had not yet entered his stomach. He sat in front of the toilet holding on to the edge of the toilet and tried to vomit all of his stomach contents that actually only contained water. It seems that the effect of chemo has not completely disappeared until it feels so tormented.

Around fifteen minutes Lukman sat on the bathroom floor and held on to the side of the toilet to support his weakened body. After there was nothing else he could spit out, his body felt extremely limp. Little by little he tried to get up, almost crawling to get back on his bed and lay his body there.

He looked at the ceiling of his room as well as every corner of the room he saw shaded.

“Kinan, maybe dad will soon catch up with mom, son.” Said the man muttering softly. His entire body was extremely weak, like a pile of axes that had no power to move even a little.

He looked at a family photo on one of the walls of his room. Kinanti's cheerful face was also the face of the late wife who was calm and peaceful. Everything became a beautiful collage that felt cornered his heart until it could only grimace in the pain of enduring all the grief that stifled his chest cavity.

“If father leaves, will Kinan forgive father? How long will Kinan be sad? How long will Kinan cry and learn to accept father?” Lukman asked the photo that Kinanti who only smiled, could not answer. Just like him who can only melt the tears in the corner of his eyes that begin to wrinkle.

“I'm sorry dad, mom. It seems like father failed to fulfill father's promise to accompany Kinan until he grew up and had his own family. My body is too tired and sick. I can't do anything but act like this. I hope, I do not hate father.” The man continued his sentence with a gasp in his heart. Her lips were too weak to budge and revealed the entire feeling that filled her chest.

Not long ago, the sound of a motorbike engine entered his yard. He knew the sound of the machine. The sound of Kala's newly arrived engine.

Kinanti who was on top of the baton, immediately went down and entered the house and looked for Lukman's whereabouts.

“Dad, Where's Dad?” call Kinanti. He looked around the house, no shadow of Lukman there. He checked the dining table, there was food that was bought by Lukman and was still in plastic, not yet placed in the food container.

“What Dad hasn't eaten?” Kinawani asked herself. He saw the sink, there were no dirty dishes which meant Lukman had not eaten.

“No idea, like in the room deh.” Kinanti approached Lukman's room door and placed her ear on the door leaf to check the sound in there.

“Daddy, Dad's asleep?” kinanti slowly knocked on Lukman's room door.

Lukman, who heard the sound of a cooling voice, opened his eyes that had been closed. He wanted to move but it felt very weak.

“Ayaaah..” Again Kinanti's voice sounded so soft, making Lukman's heart grimace in pain. He could only shed his tears and hold tightness in his chest.

“Dad to rest yes son. Tired very.” The voice then sounded from behind the door. Lukman made a noise and endured all his pain at the same time.

“Daddy don't eat first? I see the food is still intact.” Kinanti with all her worries.

“Kinan eat the same kala. Dad's not a laper, just a break.” Lukman is strong with his choices. He did not want Kinanti to see the current condition of his body and make the princess sad. It was only a moment ago that Kinanti laughed happily in front of him. Berdo’a course hopefully his condition will recover soon.

“Udah, Kinan. Let daddy rest first.” Trying to remind. He understands Lukman's condition. The man must be trying to hide his condition from Kinanti.

Kinanti nodded in understanding. “Yes, Dad rest yes. Kinan the same time eat first. If Dad laper, don't forget to eat too.” Kinanti advised with all her heart.

There was no response from Lukman. Her lips were too faint to say yes.

“Goodnight Dad. What a beautiful dream. Kinan dear Dad,” romantic message the girl while wiping the door of Lukman's room. No word was heard and Kinanti thought maybe Lukman was really asleep because of fatigue.

“Dad tired like that. Kasian...” Kinanti chose to move from his place and did not bother Lukman anymore.

“We eat, Kal,” take the girl. Kala did not necessarily chimed in, he just looked at Kinanti who looked agitated despite trying to calm down. Several times he exhaled violently. It is true, if the closeness of the Father and the child, can never be prevented anything. At this moment Kinanti was feeling uneasy, for what reason. He knew Lukman was home.

He sat down on the dining table and looked at Lukman's door with a strange feeling.
