A couple walked hastily down the long, lonely hospital hallway. It was Yudhishthira who came with Demian's mother, Imelda. The woman did not stop crying after hearing bad news about her son.
“Mas, what if something happens to Demian? He can't defend himself.” Imelda expressed her anxiety. His tears did not stop flowing especially after the doctor showed pictures of Demian's condition while being treated.
Yudhistira asked for it because he wanted to make sure his son's condition was not as bad as the doctor said. There were no serious injuries in his body and the doctor had given him first aid and a thorough examination.
“You are calm, not only you are anxious, I am the same. Demian is my son too, the son who always prides me. Where might I not worry about it.” Yudhishthira tightened his hand against Imelda to strengthen one another. He loved Demian very much.
“Iya Mas, thank you.” Imelda wiped her tears slowly. He had to believe that Demian was okay.
“Patient care room on behalf of Demian in which side?” Yudhishthira immediately asked the nurse who was on guard.
“Patients on behalf of Demian in VIP room number 206. Let me take you,” said the nurse swiftly.
He walked in front of Demian's parents and with his long steps to the room he was in. Both of his parents followed behind.
“The patient is resting, we give him a sedative,” the nurse explained as she opened the door of the treatment room.
Imelda went into the treatment room to check on her son. He approached his weakly lying son with many wounds on his face and body. Her crying broke immediately. His heart was also broken to see the condition of his son who was not okay. He wept sobbing until his tears drenched Demian's forehead and face.
“What time will he wake up?” ask Yudhistira. He was shocked to see Demian's condition.
“About ten p.m., chances are the patient will wake up.”
Yudhistira nodded in understanding. He approached his son with a rippling feeling. On the stroke of Demian's head with affection, like his own biological son.
“According to his teacher Demian, Demian came with his female friend. Is that true?” he remembered Jack's words a while ago.
“Oh yes Sir, the son of the father came with a girl.”
“Where does the child go now?”
“So he said that he will be out for a while and will be back here again. He also left his phone number, in anticipation that we would need to contact him.”
"Is he okay?"
"The condition is better than the father's son. He had bruises on his arm and shoulder but we've treated him."
Yudhishthira breathed a rough breath. He did not expect that Demian would get into this kind of trouble while being close to a girl.
“Then, excuse me, sir, Mom. If you need us, please press the call button near the patient bed.”
The nurse left, leaving the little family in the nursery.
“Did Demian ever tell you he was close to a girl?” Yudhishthira sat on the sofa, looking at his faithful wife near Demian.
“Ngak Mas. He just said he had a new friend. He will be playing in the Olympics with Demian. But Demian never said his new friend was a boy or a girl,”.
Yudhistira pensively looked at Demian for a moment. “Yes, I'll ask Jack. For a long time he did not give info about children in school,” he said.
“Iya, Mas,” said Imelda who again rubbed Demian's head with a lot of affection.

In front of the police, Kinanti just finished giving a statement. He told me everything that happened to him and Demian. All the chronology he told in full, the characteristics of the perpetrators to the results of the visa he got from the hospital he conveyed everything in detail without anything he covered in the slightest.
“Adek still remember the motor number plate of the perpetrator?” this is the question that Kinanti received.
Kinanti was silent, trying to remember the combination of letters and numbers he had seen. With his eyes closed his memory rolled back at the very beginning when those people came.
“Only two license plates I remember sir. As the other two approached after I was frightened,” recalls Kinanti.
“Good, write it here.” The police gave Kinanti a piece of paper and a ballpoint.
Kinanti wrote two license plates along with the type of motor used.
“Please, Sir.” He returned the paper he had written.
“Good, thank you. Our adek report received. We will also visit a friend tomorrow. Today, take a rest. Adek will be home in between by officer.”
“Iya Sir, thank you. Sir, please immediately arrest those people yes, lest they make a troublemaker and harm others again,” message Kinanti.
“Surely, we will soon do a search on the perpetrators.”
“Thank you, Sir.” Kinanti and the policeman shook hands.
About two hours Kinanti delivered her statement and she is now on her way to the hospital. He felt a little relieved that he could finally do something to protect himself and others in the future. Berdo’a course hopefully the police will immediately arrest the perpetrator of the crime.
