Chapter 11 part 1

My mind felt very light as if it had no burden to think about. My body somehow feels wrapped in comfort. Ah, this really feels very peaceful. Maybe I'm dead.

In that calmness, I slowly opened my eyes. When my eyes opened, I could see the room in white. And in that room, there was me lying on the floor covered in white silk.

My tears without me knowing had already dripped, and my heart felt so longed for that soft voice. The atmosphere became silent for a while, but then the silence was filled with the sound of one's footsteps. A few moments later the sound of footsteps stopped.

The owner of the voice looked down and looked me in the eye. The gaze of that person's eyes was filled with warmth, and mixed with a smile that had never changed in the past.

I suddenly woke up looking at the cloudy sky on the roof of a building. To my right I saw a girl sitting and eating a loaf of bread. As I glanced at the sam[ing girl, I could see my black bag strewn across the floor.

“Why did you unpack the contents of my bag?” ask the girl next to me.

“You accuse me without any proof.” The answer without even touching me.

I straightened my body and tried to get up. But my body felt so much pain that it made me unable to do so.

“If you force yourself, you will definitely be permanently paralyzed.” Said the girl in a flat tone as she continued to chew the bread in her hand.

“Yes, yes, yes. I-i understand. This time I will obey your words.”

It would be bad if I denied his words. Because I don't want to be a paralytic.

“If you may know, since when did you wake up?”

Since earlier? Are not those ambiguous words. I don't know when he's actually human. Maybe he's been around since I fainted. Ah, forget it. Thinking about it will only keep me curious.

But I'll make him throw that smile away from now on.

The girl smiled slightly after hearing my confession. Actually I really didn't expect that his reaction would be like this.
