Matt POV's

Right now we are in a meeting to talk about how we can find Alesya, because Hades' place is empty. Not even Bradd was there.

"So, how can we find Alesya?" ask them.

"From what I've learned about Hades, he's an angry man. What we have to pay attention to here is that, if Hades gets angry, he'll keep blabbering incessantly. So, we have to keep fishing for him so he can tell us where he's hiding Alesya and Bradd" Anthem said.

Wow, really typical of a sister.

"How to provoke his anger when we ourselves do not know where Hades is" I said.

Anthem fused his eyebrows together, "That's it, Matt. Hades is very clever to hide. And when I didn't know where he was hiding. I'm sure Alesya is still fine with him." Anthem replied.

Soon Leah came and joined us. He took a sitting position next to me, and started telling stories.

"My mom asked me to stop connecting with you, Matt." whispered Leah in my ear.

Just so Rue and Anthem looked at me and Lea alternately.

"Why?" rue asked, "I mean, we all know that you've been married and this time it's just different bodies. Queen Edwina already knew that, right?" Rue continued his question.

Lea nodded, "The reason is simple, because Matt is human. My mother doesn't want me to drown in grief. Because it will torment me." replied Lea.

I'm speechless. I'm just a human being who can die any time, different from them. If they get slammed, hit, even put in a freezer, they'll stay alive.

I just snorted at Anthem's words. But when my memory was restored, there was a sense that refused me to live a quiet life like this. I want turmoil, I want struggle.

Maybe I'll make an oath, if I don't marry Lea, then I'll go back to being a mobster. Heh, the thought is pleasant.

"ouch!" Anthem hit the tip of my head, and I saw the three of them leaving.

Anthem and Lea agreed with Rue's words. Lea looked at me, maybe she didn't think that I still wanted to be a mafia.

The three of them looked back at me, "I don't know what you're looking for, Matt. You've had peace with us, but it seems that it's lacking for you" Anthem said.

They looked at each other and finally sat back down, "We don't want you to think about it anymore, Matt. If you think about it again, I won't hesitate to break with you." threatening Lea.

"Don't do that to me, and I'm sorry" I said bowed. This time I am truly sorry.

"Okay, we're back to Hades. Like I said earlier, we need the right bait to make Hades angry, so angry that he will continue to babble and divulge his secrets" Anthem said.

"What?" the three of us asked simultaneously.

"I'll use Matt and Lea as bait!" anthem smiled widely.

"What! Why should I? I am a woman, I am weak and helpless! What if Hades is going to kill me? I was at the bottom of the pyramid. Do you guys!" Lea exclaimed furiously.

I grinned broadly, "Sorry. L loved her. Love her so much." I said, and blinked one eye at Lea.

Lea blushed in shame.

"Well, this is what you're going to bring to Hades. He'll sniff out all that love of yours, Matt. Take it easy, you'll just be sniffed. If you're good, he continues to suck your soul, but if he thinks you're not good, he'll spit you out" Anthem smiled and laughed out loud.

He teased me, this goddamn death angel!

Rue laughed chuckled next to Anthem, looking so happy that Rue was.

"Can and should! We have no one else to rely on. You are my only hope." said Anthem.

I was weighing this crazy idea and I finally decided, "All right. I agree, but I ask for full protection for me." I asked. Obviously it's because I don't want to be eaten by Hades. I don't want a part of me in the end.

"Definitely! You don't worry, Matt." Anthem promised.

"Are you sure?" Lea asked to convince me again.

I nodded steadily, "Yup. I want to help Anthem." I replied.

Anthem hugged me, "Thank you buddy" he said.

"OK, we'll do this at dawn tomorrow. How's it?" ask Anthem.

We all nodded in agreement.
