Anthem and Death Valley

The LEa POV

"His own eleven decided and made such a promise! Does he think he has nine lives? STUPID MAX!" I held back my irritation to Max.

"You can awaken the soul of the one who has calmed down here Lea." Say Rue casually.

"I'm sorry. I was passing by to find a man who was said to be a mobster but very stupid. If any of you see it, you can tell me." I said as I passed through the black shadows that had been around us.

We are in the Valley of Death. This is where Anthem will bring souls who are dead but do not gain peace.

Anthem was handsome and if anyone saw him he wouldn't have thought that Anthem was the Angel of Death. He often wears a black suit, a white shirt sometimes even pink with a long tie or bow tie. Her hair is so dirty. Even when I met him, I didn't think he was the Angel of Death.

"I've told it to the reader in the previous chapter." Tukas Rue's.

I looked at her annoyedly, "It doesn't matter if I tell her more in more detail." My solute.

Before long we were shhht by one of the souls hovering above our heads. It felt extremely cold, obviously because they were just empty souls. I don't know where it's going?

We continued walking down the valley, but there was no sign of Max or even Anthem.

"Rue where are they about?" My toot.

Rue seemed to think, "Is it possible that Anthem brought Max into Purgatory?" Ask Rue.

Purgatory is a place where the souls of deceased humans are purified before being taken up to heaven.

"It's impossible, right? Dad said Max wasn't dead!" My solute.

"Is it possible in the River of Exile?" Ask Rue again.

I looked at him annoyed, "I told you, Max isn't dead!" Sahutku.

"Death or life is still Max's soul! We don't know where Anthem took him because the King just asked Anthem to take him for a walk." Answer Rue.

That's right, but where am I supposed to find Max? We continue the journey. After being filled with black shadows, we now entered the area where there was a greenish-yellow river located in the middle of the valley. This is what is called the River of Exile.

It is said that people who have many unforgivable sins will be thrown here even more for those who have never been prayed. They're gonna keep circling there until sometime. So cassian.

There was the sound of a stick being knocked to the ground. I turned my eyes, "Anthem. Where's Max?" Excruciate.

Anthem with his handsome face smiled, "Do you think he's in there? Because there's been a lot of blood flowing from his hands so I cleaned it up in Purgatory." Anthem replied casually, "if he is clean enough, I will take him out and return him to earth." Connect Anthem again.

I feel the emotional outpouring of this handsome angel, it's useless to be handsome if he doesn't have a heart like this!

"So he's in Purgatory?" I asked with hunting breath.

Anthem nodded cheerfully, "Yes, you are absolutely right beautiful child." Answer Anthem.

I ran and rushed to save Max. He's not dead yet, why get a cleanup like that! I haven't even said I love her! That damn Death Angel I'm gonna tear him apart after I get Max out of that fire.

Purgatory is located at the very end of the Valley of Death, it is very hot in contrast to the front.

I'm going to get into it, but how do I get in there?

Rue and Anthem caught up with me and luckily I was able to ask how to get into that fire to save Max and at the same time I would ask Rue for an additional protection spell to protect me.

"Rue, add a protection spell for me. I've already tidied it up." I said.

"Do you really want to go in there?" Rue asked in disbelief.

"If you go in means you're ready to die, Leah. I'll cut the thread of your life soon then." Anthem said casually as if we were discussing me who should not eat too much cinnamon with sugar because of a toothache, that is.

"As far as you!" I said, "how did you get in there?" Ask again.

"Just enter like you went into a river to swim, it's just that it's very hot and many souls have not made it to heaven or hell. After you find Max and bring his soul up. Then join his body. It's that easy." Answer Anthem.

"A message for me?" My toot.

"Unfortunately, my dream of becoming a human is not an angel let alone an angel of death! All right, I'm going!" Tukasku.

I nodded and turned to Rue, "Pray me Rue." My speech.

"I'll accompany you." Sahut Rue's.

I forbid it, "No need. Just watch here if anything happens to me you should be ready to help me Rue or seek help down." My speech.

Before I jump in there I gather my courage first. I breathe out my breath and,

I swam in that river. True Anthem said there are a lot of souls floating around this fire. Imagine being able to float inside a fire? To what extent is the author's hallucination?

There was one soul trying to pull me to free, but I managed to kick him away.

I swam back down that soul-filled river and the deeper I swam, the more howls I heard. How horrifying.

So far I haven't seen Max, washed up next to where is Max? That damn anthem really wanted to invite me to join the death division apparently! Really too!

I paused for a moment to take a breath, and then dived back however,

Greeheng!

An empty soul with very dear eyes and a tapered cheek came in front of me!

I gave him my emergency fist,

Bugh!

The soul drifted far away and soon disappeared from my sight,

"I'm sorry I'm an unknown human being." I said in my heart and then I swam back.

I sharpened my eyes to look for Max,

At first glance I saw Max floating, the color has not pale so easily recognized.

I came back to the surface to take a breath and prepare my wand, fortunately I brought a stick to make it easier for me to reach Max's soul.

Before long I was in the river again, I tried to reach Max with my stick because Max was too deep there.

I forgot my wand and focused on Max. But some souls pulled me back. They are very strong, one soul holds my right hand, one soul holds my left hand, and the other pursues my legs!

I closed my eyes, hoping that Rue would hear me...

"Rue, help me!" My heart is in my heart.
