Max POV

After a while I was enveloped in darkness, and when I woke up I was reborn. I don't know what adventure I'm going on right now.

And in front of me now stood a very large and well-built king with a thunderous voice looking at me with a murderous gaze because I almost hugged his beloved daughter.

"Ehem! Eheeehem! EHEM!" King Wren cleared his throat.

Immediately I turned my body to the King and knelt before him, "Yes Your Majesty, forgive me." My speech.

"Ehem! You know what happened to you?" Ask King Wren.

I shook my head, "No, Your Majesty. All I remember is the King waving the King's scepter at me. After that I don't know what happened." My answer.

"My son saved your life twice, Max. Before that I acknowledge your courage and responsibility. I'm impressed with that. Do you still remember Melthem's prophecy?" Ask King Wren.

I nodded, "Yes, Your Majesty." Answer's short.

King Wren stood in front of me and walked with his cane. Surely those who read will be bored, but I will still say it again if King Wren is like King Triton.

"Lea fought so that the prophecy would not be fulfilled, one of which was his death. But you ruined everything by meeting Lea who was negotiating with your friend. There is one more prophecy that must be fulfilled, namely war and bloodshed. I can't possibly allow Leah to return to earth." King Wren's.

My heart breaks because I want to bring Leah down to earth, get away from Nelson as far as possible and rebuild my life with him.

I looked at him in disbelief. How could my future in-law be close friends with the Sovereign? What would happen if I married Leah and we argued a little bit then Lea complained to her father. His father will forward Leah's complaint to the Ruler, my life will be taken away that very second. It's hideous!

"Lea saved you and fulfilled Melthem's prophecy. First he nearly died, second he saved you while you were in Purgatory. Not a single living being could escape the Valley of Death alive and still be alive. But Lea did the miracle. He showed his true love for you." King Wren's.

My love for Lea grew bigger. Even though he is not human, he is willing to sacrifice himself just to save this evil me.

"Lea expressed her desire to become a human being. I can't ban him because it's his will. Throughout her life, Lea never asked for anything, and only this time did she have a wish." King Wren.

I nodded, "Yes Your Majesty." My answer.

"If only I would let him come down to earth. I want him away from you. Make him hate you. Can you Max do that?" Ask King Wren.

I didn't answer immediately because my wish was to stay with her instead of staying away from Leah.

"max. I need your answer." Said King Wren urging me to answer him immediately.

"I can't be like that, Your Majesty. I love Lea, forgive me Your Majesty." I finally answered King Wren's question.

I ventured to look into King Wren's eyes to prove my sincerity. King Wren looked at me with a wrathful look.

"How will you protect my daughter later!" King Wren exclaimed as he tapped his staff to the floor tightly.

"I will protect her in my own way, Your Majesty. And then, forgive me." My words bowed.

Lea has fought for me and it's time I avenge her struggle.

King Wren looks troubled, and I understand exactly how the King feels. Even if I had a daughter, I wouldn't allow her to be close to a mobster like me.

King Wren left his throne without a word. I still bent my knees and fell silent.

Soon King Wren comes back, "Protect Lea with your life! If you really love her, love my daughter with all your soul and body." King Wren again.

"Yes Your Majesty. I'll do Your Majesty's message." I said with gratitude.

The next day, I took Leah for a tour before we returned to earth.

Lea invited me to meet the mermaids because they were eager to meet Max the Tamoan, so I heard the message.

"Max, if you don't love Leah, you can come here whenever you want. Aye right?" Sedna centil.

Sirine and Muirgen laughed in a giggle, "Hihi, if the Ruler comes here then I will ask Him. Why did he make Max so handsome like this." Sire said shyly.

I can only smile at their conversation. Like being in a nightclub and being surrounded by beautiful women, the only difference is that the women who tease me now have fins and tails.

"Don't tease Max like that!" Luke Lea.

"Are you going to get married on earth?" Ask Muirgen.

Suddenly a long-haired blue mermaid rose to the surface, "Hi Max I'm Meltem." Said.

His voice was as deep and soothing as an ocean without waves.

"I want to convey my vision, you will be far apart and walk each other's paths. However, if your love is strong you will be reunited. All choices are in your hands. Lea, be strong." Meltem Messages.

He looked at me and seemed to be taking me into the future. A flash of shadow after shadow appeared in front of me.

Lea and I looked at each other. After saying goodbye to the mermaids, we returned to King Wren's place.

How surprised I was, there stood Anthem who smiled widely.

"Dad, why is Anthem here?" Ask Lea.

"I told you, this afternoon I have an appointment with your father for tea at Lady Titipati's cottage. Hi Max, I'm not picking you up yet. Don't worry." Anthem smiled and stroked my chest.

I breathed a sigh of relief, "Thank God." Sahut whispering.

"Eh but don't be relieved first, I have a duty to guard your house. There are some names that have entered my notebook. Be prepared." Anthem said cheerfully.

I looked at Lea, "Be...Is that really it?" My toot.

"He never lies." Lea's reply made me feel uncomfortable and went back to thinking if Lea was staying here? I don't want to because of my selfishness to be Anthem's companion.

"Are you ready?" Ask King Wren.

Me and Lea nodded.

"I'll keep asking Rue to come with you. Wherever you are, if you are lonely on earth, go home." King Wren.

Lea nodded, then took my hand.

King Wren turned his gaze to me, "I trust you Max and your promise." Legally.

"Yes, Your Majesty. Thanks." My word.

Rue asked me to climb onto his back, Lea expanded her wings with a ready stick in their hands.

And as soon as we arrived the sound of rifles everywhere. Many people were lying with blood flowing from one part of their bodies.

The stinging smell of blood reminded me of what happened a few years ago, when I massacred a large family of people who had killed my parents.

I saw Nelson laughing in excitement, "Max! Look at my revenge Max!" Nelson pointed his rifle at me.

Rue pulled me, I managed to avoid Nelson's shot. I spoke quickly to Lea and Rue, "Take Leah away from here! Please Rue! Save her!"

Rue nodded but not with Lea, "I'll accompany you here Max! I don't want to go!"

Nelson and his men shot back at us,

Rue flicked his staff and turned the bullet towards them.

"Aaaghhh!"

I don't know if the bullet hit who I don't care about. I held Lea's shoulder and kissed her amidst the noise of the gun barrage.

I kissed her as if there would never be a tomorrow for us, "Lea, please get out of here. I'll catch up with you as soon as the time comes. Please Lea." My love for him.

The tears had already drenched Lea's cheeks and soon turned into pearls. Damn Nelson saw this,

"That girl! Get the girl! Don't shoot him! I'll kill you if the girl gets scratched!" His order.

"Lea come!" Rue.

I nodded towards Rue and looked at Lea, "I promise I'll find you soon." Excruciate.

Rue lifted Lea up and raised her up on her back,

Leah was still looking at me, "Max! Max's! Put me down Rue!" The screams and cries were still heard until they disappeared quickly.

"Nelson! It's a fight we're pulling your men!" Excruciate.

Nelson laughed at me, "Retreat!" Tell Nelson to his team.

Lea, wait for me.
